Dear International Students

From 16th of March, the semester will start and all classes will be conducted using a Live Lecture Service for 2 weeks.

You will be able to listen to the lecture from HUFS' E-class web page for the classes that you are registered in.

E-class : http://eclass2.hufs.ac.kr:8181/ilos/main/main_form.acl

When you log in to E-class, you will see how the professor will do the live lecture on the Announcement board.

The lectures can be done by listening to an uploaded audio/video file, Youtube link, Webex program, etc..

Students need to follow each professor's instructions. Please attend the class online after reading the attached file and the announcement.

1. All live lecture will be held at their originally scheduled times (see the course syllabus) and you must attend the classes online when they are held.

* You must log in to e-class at the lecture time even if the professor uses other programs in order to take attendance.

2. You can take attendance, download the lecture materials and listen to the class in an E-class web page.

3. If you have any difficulty participating in the online lectures, please come to the booth outside the OIAM office.

안녕하세요 국제입학관리팀입니다.

3월 16일에 개강을 하고, 모든 수업은 2주간 e class로 운영될 예정입니다.

학생들은 수강신청을 완료한 수업에 대해서 E-class 에 들어가서 온라인 수업을 들을 수 있습니다.

E-class에 들어가면, 과목마다 어떻게 온라인 수업을 진행할지 게시되어 있을 것입니다. 온라인 수업은 음성/영상파일, you tube 링크, Webex 프로그램 , 혹은 그 외의 프로그램을 사용하여 이뤄질 수 있습니다.

학생들은 각각의 강의 공지를 따라야 하며, 아래 내용과 첨부된 파일을 꼼꼼히 읽어보고 수업에 참여하기 바랍니다.

1. 모든 원격수업은 정해진 강의시간표 시간에 진행되며, 매 시간 출석체크를 반드시 해야합니다.

    (**중요: you tube 및 다른 프로그램으로 강의가 진행되더라도 반드시 정해진 시간에 E-class에 로그인을 해야합니다.)

2. E-class에서 출석체크, 강의 자료 다운로드, 온라인 강의 수강 등이 가능합니다.

3. 온라인 수강에 어려움이 있는 경우, 국제입학관리팀 옆 부스에서 도움을 줄 예정이니, 찾아오기 바랍니다.
