제 1조 목적
본 약관은 한국외국어대학교 홈페이지(이하 ‘홈페이지’)와 이용자(이하 ‘이용자’)간에 한국외국어대학교(이하 ‘학교’)에서 제공하는 각종 서비스의 이용 조건 및 필요한 제반절차에 관한 사항을 정하는데 목적이 있습니다.
제 2조 약관의 효력 및 변경
(1) 본 약관은 홈페이지에서 회원 가입시 실명인증을 거처야 되며, 이후 회원가입 약관에 동의함으로써 효력을 발휘

(3) That users agree to the terms and conditions means users shall regularly checks changes in the terms and conditions. The HUFS has no obligation or liability whatsoever arising out of the fact that users did not check the changed terms and conditions.
Article 3 (Obligation of the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies)
(1) The HUFS shall not disclose or distribute the personal information of users known by providing the service to a third party without the approval of users. However, it may be disclosed if government agency requests by regulations of law.
(2) The HUFS shall comply with regulations relating to the operation and management of the website.
(3) The HUFS shall be equipped with security systems for protecting personal information of users, and notify and abide by the Privacy Statement.
(4) If a service user raises any justifiably objective complaint, the HUFS must deal with the situation immediately. But, if immediate treatment of the issue is not possible at the given time, the HUFS must notify the user of the reasons.
Article 4 (Obligation of the User)
(1) Users shall be held solely responsible for protecting UserID and Password and hereby agree to accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under their account with their UserID and Password.
(2) Users shall agree to faithfully comply with relevant laws and procedures while using the service.
(3) Users shall not engage in the any action in the following subparagraphs while using the service.
① Acts done knowingly to damage someone’s honor or cause someone a disadvantage.
② Acts of posting links to pornographic or other obscene sites on the website
③ Acts of posting or transferring information that is forbidden by law ④ Acts of collecting, saving, and publicizing another member’s personal information.
⑤ Acts of circulating details violating public order and traditional custom
(4) User cannot engage in sales activity using the service and result incurred by using for sales activity
Article 5 (Provision of Copyright)
(1) Copyright of the post shall belong to the HUFS.
(2) Users cannot copy, publish, or provide any copyright in ways not permitted by the HUFS policies, such as commercial use of the service, and also cannot transfer or give service usage right to a third party.
(3) Users shall be held responsible for posting contents related to their use of the service, and shall be subject to civil and criminal liability for any result arising out of it.
(4) Any information collected from other sources shall reveal its source.
(5) The HUFS may delete details violating the Terms and Conditions or illegal contents.

(1) If there is no special professional or technical inconvenience, usage of service shall be 24/7, 365 days a week in principle. However, service may not be available due to periodical inspection or similar stoppage.
(2) Service may stop being provided if unavoidable national emergency, natural disaster, power failure, system failures due to traffic overloads or when system inspection is required. However, in such case, the HUFS will notify the reason and a schedule for dealing with the issue.
Article 7 (Privacy)
(1) The HUFS shall comply with relevant regulations and the Privacy Statement specified by the HUFS to protect personal information of a user. The Privacy Statement may be changed as needed and the HUFS must notify the user of these changes.
(2) The website privacy policy is applied by the Privacy Policy that a corresponding operating organization specifies.
(3) Users shall take care of any personal i
nformation and try to avoid information exposure to a third party. (4) Users are solely responsible for any result caused by disclosed personal information by their negligence.

Users may request a membership cancellation at any time, and the HUFS will handle the request as soon as possible.

3. Period of Retention and Usage of Personal Information
All information that has been previously provided by users will be immediately deleted. However, in the case that there is a demonstrable need to retain some information, the HUFS follows the relevant laws and reserve the right to make such an exception.
4. Rejection of Consent
If users do not agree to the disclosure of their personal information, they would be restricted from reading certain bulletin contents or writing on the website.
(1) The HUFS does not collect, maintain, use, or provide personal information. However, an exception of collection will be made in accordance with a certain situation as follows.
