2014 Fall Welcoming Orientation for NEW Exchange/Visiting Students

Where: Ae-Kyung Hall, 2nd floor in the GSIAS Bldg., Seoul Campus
Items you need to bring with you:
1. Copies of your passport (Information Page and Korean Visa Page) You will be asked to present your passport at the time of dorm check-in and our ISO staff will make photocopies for you If you don’t have those copies, please bring your passport 2. 1 passport-sized photo (3 x 4cm / white background color) 3. 13:30 ~ 14:00 p.m. Pick up your ID card & Immigration Application Form - Location: Ae-Kyung Hall Lobby - You will receive your HUFS ID card, certificate of enrollment and immigration application form.
14:00 ~ 14:20 p.m. Welcome to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies - Location: Ae-Kyung Hall - Introduction Session/ Staff Members @OISS, HUFS & ISO Video
14:20 ~ 14:50 p.m. Programs, Housing & International Student Services - Location: Ae-Kyung Hall - Exchange / Visiting Program in general, Dorm Life, Immigration Info, Scholarships, and more - Foreign Language Tutoring Program
14:50 ~ 15:20 p.m. Course Registration Information - Location: Ae-Kyung Hall - Academic Schedules (Undergraduate / Korean Language Program), Course registration Info.
15:20 ~ 15:40 p.m. International Student Organization (ISO) - Location: Ae-Kyung Hall, International Building - Student Services, Cultural Activities & Field Trips
15:40 ~ Campus Tour & Welcoming Party on Campus - Location: HUFS Seoul Campus - By groups / guided by ISO students / Major buildings, Cafeterias, Computer labs and so on This session will be held in Korean, English, Spanish, French and Japanese. (Location will be available very shortly) - Welcoming party will be held in the dorm cafeteria from 5:00 pm (Time is subject to change)
