[공통] 2024-1학기 이중전공 변경 신청 일정 공고

2024학년도 제1학기 이중전공 변경 신청 일정을 다음과 같이 공고합니다.

1. 신청 대상 : 2~4학년 재학생 및 휴학생 

  ※ 확인사항

  가. 현재2~4학년으로

    1) 기존에 이중전공을 신청한 적이 없는 경우, 변경 신청 가능

    2) 이중전공을 신청하여 배정되지 않은 경우, 변경 신청 가능

   나. 이전에 이중전공 변경 신청 기간에 신청하여

    1) 배정된 경우, 더 이상 변경 신청 불가

       ※ 이중전공 변경은 재학 중 1회만 가능

    2) 배정되지 않은 경우, 변경 신청 가능

  다. 2024학년도 전기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함)은

    1) 변경 신청 불가

    2) 이중전공 신청으로만 신청 가능

      ※ 5월 27일(월) ~ 5월 31일(금) 예정

        단, 해당 기간에 신청하지 않으면 다음 학기부터 이중전공 변경 신청으로만 가능함

2. 신청 기간 : 2024년 5월 7일(화) 10시 ~ 5월13일(월) 16시

  ※ 안내된 기간에만 신청 / 변경 / 삭제 가능하므로 일정 준수할 것

    (이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

3. 신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 → 이중전공 변경신청

  ※ 1지망만 신청 가능, 신청 완료후 다시 조회하여 신청 결과를 반드시 확인할 것

  ※제한사항

    가. 신청할 학과(부)/전공의 본인 학번대에 여석이 없는 경우 신청 불가

    나. 캠퍼스 간 이중전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 제한학과로는 신청 불가

  다. 다음의 경우 이중전공 이수가 제한됨

  라. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

    (단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

  마. 융합인재학부 내 이중전공 세부모듈 선택 제한

    1) 융합인재대학 융합인재학부는 이중전공만 지원 이수 가능

    2) 아래의 12개 세부모듈 중 2개의 세부모듈을 자율적으로 선택하여 이수 함

  바. AI융합전공 신청 안내

    1) (2021학번 이후) 2학년 1학기 재적자(3학기 재적생)

      : 2학년 과정인 “AI융합전공” 신청(※3학년 진급 시 세부트랙 신청 및 배정)

    2) (2021학번 이후) 2학년 2학기 이상 재적자(4학기 이상 재적생)

      : 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙(Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI)신청

    3) 2020학번 이전은 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙으로 바로 신청함

4. 배정 확정 공지 : 2024년6월 말~ 2024년7월 초[학사공지]예정

  ※ 신청자를 대상으로 별도 전형을 진행하는 학과(부)일정에 따라 공지 일정이 유동적임

  ※ 후기이중전공 선발자가 이중전공 변경 배정된 경우 둘 중 하나는 반드시 취소해야 함

5. 배정기준

  가. 현 시점 기준 학과(부)별 / 학번대별 이중전공 여석 내에서 배정

    (※ 첨부파일 참조)

  나. 서울캠퍼스 이중전공의 경우 학과(부)별 배정기준에 따름

    (※ 첨부파일 참조)

  다. 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정

  라. 배정 시 성적 기준 : 신청 마감일인 5월 13일(월) 16시 기준 성적

    (※이후 변동된 성적은 반영되지 않음)

  마. 동점자 배정기준

    1)평점평균 동점자 : 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정

    2)평점평균, 이수학점 동점자 : 동점자 전원 배정

6. 유의사항

  가. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

  나. 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 반드시 학과 사무실에 관련 일정 및 자격 확인

    ※관련 일정 및 자격 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 본인 과실임을 유의할 것

  라. 타캠퍼스에서 이수한 이중전공 과목의 재수강은 타캠퍼스 이중전공 이수 기간중에 재수강을 완료해야 함

    ※ 타캠퍼스 이중전공에서 본인 소속 캠퍼스 이중전공으로 변경한 후에는 재수강 불가

  마. 이중전공 변경 신청기간에 신청하여 배정된 경우 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 불가

    (단,이중전공 변경 신청 후 배정되지 않으면 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 가능)

    ※ 이중전공 변경은 재학 중 1회만 가능하므로 신청에 유의할 것

  바. 부전공 희망자 및 전공심화(단일전공) 희망자의 경우 추후 종합정보시스템으로 별도 신청 예정

    1)부전공 희망자 : 일반 부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청

    2)단일전공 희망자 : 기존 이중/부전공 취소

      ※ 자세한 일정은 2024년 7월 중순 학사공지 예정인 “부전공 신청 및 이중전공/부전공 취소 일정” 확인

  사. 편입생도 재학 연한 내 희망 시 이중전공, 부전공, 전공심화(부전공)로 이수할 수 있음

    ※ 이수 시 졸업이수학점 및 외국어인증기준이 변경될 수 있음

  아. (이중전공 변경에 따라)이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서” 를 작성하여 제출 바람

Applications for changing double majors for the 2024-1 semester are now open

1. Eligible Applicants: Students in their 2nd to 4th year, including students on leave of absence

  ※ Notice: Below are the requirements to apply for a change in double major

  A. Students in their 2nd to 4^th yearwho have

    1) no previous records of applying for a change in double major

    2) no previous records of being assigned to a double major

   B. For students who previously applied for a change in double major in past semesters,

    1) changing their double major again is not allowed if they were assigned to a double major.

※ Change in double major is allowed only once)

    2) application is allowed only if they were not assigned to a double major.

  C. Transferred students at the first semester of 2024 (including transferred students through the foreign student admission program),

1)     are not allowed to apply for a change in double major

    2) should apply for a double major, not a change in double major.

      ※ Applications scheduled to be open from May 27th (Mon) to May 31st (Fri)

        If a student does not apply for a double major during the period above, they can only apply for a change in double major from the next semester.

2. Application period: From May 7^th, 2024 (Tue) 10AM to May 13^th, 2024 (Mon) 4PM

  ※ Please observe the schedule, as application/deletion/change of double major are available only during the period above.

(No additional applications possible)

3. How to apply: Web Information System(종합정보시스템) → Major/Teaching Profession Management(전공/교직관리) → Apply for Changing Double Major(이중전공 변경신청)

  ※ Students can apply for only their first choice. Please reenter the page and check if application is properly submitted.

※     Notice

    A. Some departments might not be open to applications for double majors due to limited number of seats

    B. Below is the list of majors that are not available for inter-campus double majors. 

  C. Below is the list of cases where the application of double majors is limited.

  D. Applications for a double major in “Korean Language Education Major as a Foreign Language” and “Korean Translation and Translation Major as a Foreign Language” are only available to foreign students who entered the university through the foreign students admission program.

    (The “Korean Translation and Translation Major as a Foreign Language” is available only to students admitted to HUFS in 2018 and after.)

  E. Restrictions in choosing sub-modules as double major in the Ingenium Divisoin of Convergence Studies

    1) Students can apply for only a double major in the Ingenium Divisoin of Convergence Studies.

    2) Students can choose two of the twelve sub-modules below.

  F. Information on Application for AI convergence Majors

    1) Students admitted to HUFS in 2021 and after who are in their third semester

     can apply for a “AI Convergence Major,” a second-year program (※ After advancing to their third year, students should apply for and get assigned to one of the detailed tracks)

    2) Students admitted to HUFS in 2021 and after who are in their third semester or more

      can apply for third-year detailed tracks (Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI)

    3) Students admitted to HUFS before 2021 can also apply for third-year detailed tracks (Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI)

4. Notice on Confirmation of Assignment: scheduled to be announced between the end of June and early July, 2024

  ※ The exact announcement date is subject to change according to the schedules of the respective departments that conduct separate screening process for applicants.

  ※ If a student’s second-term double major application is accepted at the same time they are assigned to a changed double major, they must cancel one of the two.

5. Selection Criteria

  A. Applicants will be assigned only to a double major that has seats for additional students at the time of application.

  B. Each department has its own criteria for selection

(※ Check attached file for details).

  C. Those who have acquired more than 34 credits shall be selected first.

  D. The selections shall be made based on the GPA registered on the system at the deadline, May 13th 4PM (Mon)

    (※ Any updates in grades after the deadline shall not be taken into consideration)

  E. Selection criteria among students with the same GPA

    1) If students have the same GPA, the applicant with more credits shall be chosen first.

    2) If students have the same GPA and have acquired the same number of credits, all applicants shall be accepted.

6. Notice

  A. Students who wish to apply for convergence majors that open on both campuses must choose the one on the campus of their first major.

  B. Please check the schedule and qualifications at the department office if the department has its own separate screening process.

    ※ Be advised that students themselves are responsible for the disadvantages caused by not observing the schedule and requirements.

  라. Retakes of dual major courses in the campus different from where the student’s first major is opened must be completed during the period of completion of dual majors at the other campus.

    ※ Retake is not possible after changing to a dual major in the campus where the student’s first major is opened

  E. In the case of applying for a change and subsequently being assigned to a new double major, no further change in double majors is available.

    (Students who fail to get assigned to a new double major after application can later apply again.)

    ※ Be advised notified that a change in double major is available only once.

  F. Those who wish to pursue a minor or a single major shall later apply separately through the Web Information System.

    1) Applicants for minor: apply for General minor or Advanced major with minor

    2) Single major applicants: cancel their existing double major or minor

      ※ For more details about the schedule, please check the “Schedule for minor application and cancellation of double major/minor” that will be uploaded in July 2024.

  G. Transferred students can also apply for a double major or a minor.

    ※ This can result in a change in required credits for graduation or foreign language certifications.

  H. Students in need of adjustment for the completion classification (due to a change in double major) should fill out and submit the “application for change of completion classification” on the webpage of Office of Academic Affairs.

一、申请对象 : 2~4学年在校生与休学生

※ 确认事项

1、现在是2~4学年

    1) 没有申请过第二专业申请的，可以申请变更

2) 申请过第二专业但未分配的，可以申请变更

 2、过往第二专业变更期间进行过申请

1)    已被分配的情况，不可再申请

※ 在校期间只能申请1次第二专业变更

2) 未被分配的情况，可申请

3、2024学年度前期插班生（包含外国人专招、插班生）

    1) 不可申请变更

2) 只能申请第二专业

※ 预计5月27日(周一)~ 5月31日(周五)

    但，如在该期间内未申请，从下学期起仅能申请第二专业变更

二.、申请时间： 2024年5月7日(周二)10时 — 5月13日(周一)16时

※ 仅在此期间内可申请/变更/删除，请遵守时间（此后没有运营计划）。

三、 申请方法：综合信息系统（ 종합정보시스템 ）→专业/教职管理（ 전공/교직관리  ）→双重专业变更申请（ 이중전공 변경신청 ）

※仅申请第一志愿，申请完成后请务必再次查询确认申请结果

※ 限制情况

1、申请学科（学部）/专业于本人同届没有空位时不能申请

  2、希望在两个校区间读第二专业时, 不能申请以下限制学科

3、以下情况限制进修第二专业

4、“对外韩国语教育专业”与“对外韩国语翻译专业”入学基准，仅外国人专招的学生可申请

     (但“对外韩语翻译专业”仅限2018级起可申请)

5、融合人才学部内第二专业细分专业选择受限

1) 融合人才大学融合人才学部仅可申请进修第二专业

2) 以下12个细分专业中可自由选择2个进修

6、AI融合专业申请指南

    1) (2021级之后) 2年级第1学期在籍生(第3学期在籍生)

       : 申请2学年课程的"AI融合专业"(※升入3年级时申请及分配细分课程)

    2) (2021级之后) 2年级2学期以上在籍生(4学期以上在籍生)

     : 申请3年级课程的希望细分课程(Language&AI，Software&AI，Business&AI)

    3) 2020级之前直接申请希望细分课程作为三年级课程

四. 确定分配的公告：预计2024年6月末 — 2024年7月初[学士公告]

※ 根据申请者为对象进行单独选拔的学科（部）日程，公告日程会有所变动。

※ 后期第二专业选拔者被安排变更第二专业时，必须取消其中一个

五. 分配基准

1、以目前为标准，各学科(部)/学号在第二专业的空位内分配(※ 参照附件)

2、首尔校区第二专业按照学科（部）分配标准（※ 参照附件）

3、优先分配34学分以上的学生

4、分配时成绩标准：申请截止日5月13日(周一)16时的成绩作为标准

(※ 之后变动的成绩无相关)

5、 同分者分配标准

1) 平均评分同分者：优先分配已修学分高的学生

2) 平均评分，已修学分同分者：同分者全员分配

六. 注意事项

1、 在两个校区相同开设的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

2、各专业（部）招生时，必须向专业办公室确认相关日程及申请资格

     ※ 请注意因未确认相关日程及资格而造成的损失属于本人过失。

3、在他校区进修的第二专业科目重修，必须在他校区第二专业进修期间完成

※不可将他校区第二专业变更为所属校区第二专业重修

4、 第二专业变更申请期间申请分配后, 不能再次申请第二专业变更

(但，申请第二专业变更后未被分配时，则可以再申请第二专业变更)

     ※ 请注意第二专业变更在校期间仅可申请1次 。

5、志愿申请副专业和专业深化（单一专业）的学生，可通过综合信息系统另行申请。

  1) 副专业志愿生：申请普通副专业或深化专业＋副专业

    2) 单一专业志愿生：取消现有的第二/副专业

    ※ 详细日程将于2024年7月中旬发布学士公告“副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程”

6、插班生也在在学期间内有相关志愿时

可进修第二专业、副专业、专业神话（副专业）
