2024학년도 제1학기 이중전공 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

1. 신청 대상

  가. 2학년 진급 예정인 재학생

    (2007학번 이후 학생으로 2024-1학기를 두 번째 학기로 재학 중인 자)

  나. 2024년도 전기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함) 중 이중전공 희망자

  ※ 유의사항

  신청 대상자가 기간 내에 신청하지 않은 경우 또는 신청한 이중전공에서 탈락한 경우

    1) 다음 학기부터 이중전공 신청으로는 신청 불가

    2) 다음 학기부터 이중전공 변경 신청 기간에 이중전공 변경으로만 신청 가능

2. 신청 기간 : 2024년 05월 27일(월) 10시 ~ 05월 31일(금) 16시

※ 안내된 기간에만 신청/변경/삭제 가능하므로 일정 준수할 것(이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

3. 신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 → 이중전공 신청

  가. 2지망 신청 가능(선택사항)

    1) 1지망 배정 후 여석이 있는 경우에만 2지망 배정

    2) 학과(부) 선발인원보다 1지망 신청자가 많으면

      - 2지망 배정이 없으니 신청 시 참고할 것(단, 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 제외)

      - 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 2지망 지원자에 대해 전형 응시를 제한할 수 있음

  나. 프랑스어학부, AI융합전공을 이중전공으로할 경우 3학년 진급 시 세부전공/트랙 신청 배정

4. 제한사항

  가. 캠퍼스 간 이중전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 제한학과로는 신청 불가

나. 다음의 경우 이중전공 이수가 제한됨

  다. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준 순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

    (단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

  라. 융합인재학부 내 이중전공 세부모듈 선택 제한

    1) 융합인재대학 융합인재학부는 이중전공만 지원 이수 가능

    2) 아래의 12개 세부모듈 중 2개의 세부모듈을 자율적으로 선택하여 이수 함

  마. AI융합전공 신청 안내

    1) 2021학번 이후

      가) 2학년 과정인 “AI융합전공” 신청(※ 3학년 진급 시 세부트랙 신청 및 배정)

      나) 서울캠퍼스 소속 학생 : 세부트랙 배정시 추후 개설예정인 Business & AI 전공 혹은 융복합소프트웨어 전공으로만 신청 가능

      다) 글로벌캠퍼스 소속 학생 : 세부트랙 배정시 추후 개설예정인 Business & AI 전공으로만 신청 가능 (AI융합전공(Business & AI) 세부트랙, 글로벌캠퍼스 AI융합전공 

         (Software&AI) 세부트랙 폐지로 추후 세부트랙 배정 불가)

    2) 2020학번 이전 : 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙 신청

  바. 영어통번역학부 및 아프리카학부 소속 학생은 동일학부 내 세부전공을 이중(부)전공으로 이수 할 수 없음

5. 배정 확정 공지 : 2024년 7월 중순 ~ 하순 [학사공지] 예정

※ 신청자를 대상으로 별도 전형을 진행하는 학과(부) 일정에 따라 공지 일정이 유동적임

6. 배정기준

  가. 학과(부)별 배정기준에 따름(※첨부파일 참조)

  나. 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정

  다. 배정 시 성적 기준 : 2024년 7월 8일(월) 기준 성적

    1) 성적 기준 이후 변동된 성적은 반영하지 않음

    2) 2024학년도 여름 계절학기 성적은 포함되지 않음

    3) 2024학년도 전기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함)의 경우

      - 이수학점 : 본교 학점으로 인정받은 전적대학 학점 ＋ 본교 첫학기 취득학점

      - 평점평균 : 본교에서 취득한 첫학기 평점평균

  라. 배정순위

    1) [1지망] 34학점 이상 → 34학점 미만 → [2지망] 34학점 이상 → 34학점 미만

    2) LD/LT학부 학생은 학과(부)별 배정기준이 없는 전공을 신청할 경우 우선 배정함

      (※ 자세한 내용은 학과사무실 문의 - 우선 배정을 위한 자격 요건 등 관련 사항)

  마. 동점자 배정기준

    1) 평점평균 동점자 : 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정

    2) 평점평균, 이수학점 동점자 : 동점자 전원 배정

7. 유의사항

  가. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

  나. 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 반드시 학과 사무실에 관련 일정 및 자격 확인

    (※ 관련 일정 및 자격 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 본인 과실임을 유의할 것)

  다. 부전공 희망자 및 단일전공 희망자의 경우 추후 종합정보시스템으로 별도 신청 예정

    ※ 자세한 일정은 2024년 7월 중순 학사공지 예정인 “부전공 신청 및 이중전공/부전공 취소 일정” 확인

  라. (이중전공 신청에 따라)이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서”를 작성하여 제출 바람(※상시 제출 가능)

 2024-1 Application Schedule for Double Majors

The 2024-1 semester double major application is now open.

1. Applicants

  A. Students who will be in their second year next semester

    (Students admitted to HUFS in 2007 and later, who are enrolled in the 2024-1 semester as their second semester)

  B. Transfer students admitted to HUFS in spring semester of 2024 (including international transfer students) who wish to acquire a double major

  ※ Notice

When an eligible applicant does not apply within the period or is not accepted into their applied double major,

1) the student cannot directly apply for a double major in future semesters

2) and can only apply for a change in double major during a separate application period in future semesters

2. Application period: From May 27^th (Mon) 10 a.m. to 31^st (Fri) 4 p.m.

※ Observe the period, as applications and their change/deletion can be made only during the time above (no separate period scheduled)

3. How to apply: Web Information system → Major/Teaching Proffession Management → Double Major application

  A. A student can apply for up to two double majors (optional).

    1) Their second choice of application will be accepted only if there are remaining seats available after all first-choice applicants for the major are admitted.

    2) If there are more first-choice applicants for a major than the number of seats available,

      - second-choice applications will not be accepted (unless the major has a separate screening process).

      - Even if a department has a separate screening process, it can choose to not let second-choice applicants to enter the screening.

  B. If a student applies for a double major in AI convergence or the French Language Department, they can apply for their detailed major/track when they reach their third year.

4. Restrictions

  A. A student may apply for a double major in a different campus than where their first major is located. However, they cannot apply for the restricted departments listed below.

  B. Applications are further limited in the following cases.

  C. Only international students can apply for a double major in Korean Education as a Foreign Language or Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language.

(※Applications for a double major in Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language is available only to students who were admitted to HUFS in 2018 and later)

  D.  Restrictions in choosing sub-modules as double major in the Ingenium Divisoin of Convergence Studies

    1) A student only apply for a double major in the Ingenium Division of Convergence Studies.

    2) A student can choose two of the twelve sub-modules below.

  E. Information on application for an AI convergence major

    1) Students admitted to HUFS in 2021 and later

      A. should apply for a “AI Convergence Major,” a second-year program (※ After advancing to their third year, students should apply for and get assigned to one of the detailed tracks)

      B. For Seoul Campus students: 세부트랙 배정시 추후 개설예정인 Business & AI 전공 혹은 융복합소프트웨어 전공으로만 신청 가능after being assigned to a specific track, students can only apply for a major in Business & AI or Software Convergence (to be opened in future)

      C. For Global Campus students: after being assigned to a specific track, students can only apply for a major in Business & AI only (to be opened in future)

(The tracks of Business & AI and Software & AI have been abolished and are no longer available.)

    2) Students admitted to HUFS before 2021: should apply for third-year detailed tracks

  F. Students in the School of English Interpretation and Translation or the Division of African Studies cannot apply for another major in their School/Division to be their second major

5. Results of double major applications: scheduled to be announced on the [Notice] tab in mid-July

※ The exact date of announcement is subject to the schedule of the departments conducting separate screening for applicants

6. Assignment criteria

  A. Each department has its separate criteria (※See attached file).

  B. Students who completed 34 credits or more shall have priority.

  C. Grades for assignment: grades as of July 8^th (Mon)

    1) Grades that have change after the date above shall not be considered

    2) Grades of the 2024 Summer Session shall not be considered

    3) In the case of transfer students admitted to HUFS in the 2024-1 semester (international transfer students included),

      - Credits for completion: credits from former university recognized as HUFS credits ＋ credits acquired in the first semester in HUFS

      - GPA: grades from first semester in HUFS

  D. Order of assignment

1)   [First-choice applicants] 34 credits or more → less than 34 credits →

[Second-choice applicants] 34 credits or more → less than 34 credits

    2) LD/LT department students are assigned first when applying for majors that do not have separate criteria for assignment

      (※ For more information on requirements for priority assignments and others, contact the department office.)

  E. Criteria for assigning students with same order of priority

1)        Same GPA: students with more completed credits are prioritized

2)        Same GPA and number of credits: all tied students are assigned

7. Precautions

  A. Convergence majors opened on both campuses must be completed on the same campus where a student’s first major is located.

  B. If a department has a separate screening process, check its schedule and requirements at the department office

    (※ Only students themselves are responsible for all disadvantages resulting from not observing the schedule and requirements)

  C. A student who wishes to pursue a minor or a single major should apply separately through the Web Information System [종합정보시스템] in the future (applications to be open)

    ※ For the detailed schedule, check “Schedule for application for minor and cancellation for double major/minor” to be published as an academic notice in mid-July 2024

  D. When a student needs to change their completion classification (following their assignment to a double major), they should fill out and submit the “application for change of completion classification” under the “Forms” tab in the Academic Support Center website (* Can be submitted it anytime)

2024学年度第1学期 第二专业申请日程如下

- 内 容-

一、申请对象

 1、即将升入二学年的在校生

     (学号为2007级以后的学生，2024-1学期为第二个学期的在校生)。

 2、2024学年度春季插班生（包括外国人专招）中希望攻读第二专业的学生

※ 注意事项

  申请对象在期限内未申请或在申请的第二专业中落选时

  1) 下学期开始不能申请第二专业

  2) 下学期开始只能在第二专业变更申请期间，申请第二专业变更

二、申请时间 : 2024年 5月 27日(周一) 10点 ~ 5月 31日(周五) 16点

※ 仅在期间内可申请/变更/删除,请遵守日程(此后没有运营计划)。

三、申请方法 : 综合信息系统→专业/教职管理→第二专业申请

1、可申请第二志愿(选填事项)

1)    分配第1志愿后，仅在有空位时分配第2志愿

2)    第1志愿申请者比学科（部）选拔人员多的情况

       - 不会进行第2志愿分配，申请时请参考(但，各学科(部)有择优录取的情况除外)。

       - 各专业（部）招生时，可限制第2志愿的应试报考。

2、法语系，AI融合专业为第二专业时，升入3学年时安排详细专业/课程申请

四、 限制事项

1、 希望在两个校区间读第二专业时, 不能申请以下限制学科

2、 以下情况限制第二专业进修

3、"对外韩语教育专业"及"对外韩语翻译专业"入学择优录取标准

     只有外国人择优录取的新生才能申请

     (但， "对外韩语翻译专业"从2018学号起开始才能申请)

 4、 融合人才学部内第二专业细分专业选择受限

1) 融合人才大学融合人才学部仅可申请第二专业

2) 以下12个细分专业中可自由选择2个进修

5、AI融合专业申请指南

    1) 学号2021之后

a、 申请2学年课程"AI融合专业"(※升入3年级时申请及分配细分课程)

b、 首尔校区所属学生：分配细分专业时，只能申请日后开设的 Business & AI 专业或者融复合软件专业

c、 国际校区所属学生： 只能申请日后开设的 Business & AI 专业【由于AI融合专业（ Business & AI ）细分，国际小区AI融合专业 (Software&AI) 细分已废除，日后不可分配细分专业】

    2) 学号2020之前 : 直接申请三学年希望细分课程

6、英语翻译学部及非洲学部所属学生不可选择同一学部内细分专业作为第二专业

五、分配确定公告: 预计在2024年7月中旬~下旬 [学士通知] 

※ 根据单独选拔申请对象的学科（部）日程，公告日程会有所变动。

六、分配标准

1、 按照学科（部）分配标准 (※请参考附件)

2、优先分配已获得34学分以上的学生

3、 分配时成绩标准：2024年7月8日(周一) 成绩为准

    1) 此基准日起之后变动的成绩无相关

    2) 2024学年度夏季学期成绩不包括在内

    3) 2024学年度早期插班生（包括纯外国人专招插班生）的情况

       - 已修学分：已被认定为本校学分的前大学学分＋本校第一学期取得学分

       - 平均评分：在本校取得的第一学期平均评分

 4、分配顺序

    1) [第1志愿] 34学分以上 →未达到34学分 → [第2志愿] 34 学分以上 → 未达到34学分

    2) LD/LT本科生申请没有各专业（部）分配标准的专业时优先分配

      (※ 详细内容请咨询学科办公室 - 优先分配的资格条件等相关事项)

5、 同分者分配标准

     1) 平均评分同分者:优先分配已修学分高的学生

     2) 平均评分，已修学分相同者：同分者全员分配

七、注意事项

1、在两个校区都开设了的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

2、各学科（专业）招生时，必须向专业办公室确认相关日程及资格

     (※ 请注意因未确认相关日程及资格而造成的损失属于学生本人过失。)

3、希望报考副专业及单一专业的学生，日后将通过综合信息系统另行申请。

    ※ 详细日程确认将于2024年7月中旬发布学士公告的"副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程"

4、(根据第二专业申请)需要修改已修分类时, 请填写学士综合支援中心网站格式箱的"进修分类变更申请书"并提交(※可随时提交。)
