Two HUFS graduate students, Kang Mi-Hyang and Im Si-Eon, and one HUFS doctorate student, Yoon Hong-Seon, won the Award of Excellence at the 6th Best Measurement Paper Contest hosted by the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic Engineering and Science (KIEES) on March 19, 2021 (Fri). KIEES held the award ceremony during its 13th Electromagnetic Measurement Technology Workshop at aT Center in Yangjae, Seoul. The students all belong to MARS LAB, a lab run by Professor Park Young-Chul of the HUFS Department of Electronics Engineering.
With the paper ‘Study on the Establishment of a Deep Learning-Based Baseband Memory Model for Power Amplifiers,’ the students presented their approach of using AI technology to delicately expand the working scope of the limitedly used existing device modeling.
