My experience in HUFs as an International Development Student:

My time at HUFS as an IDS student was interesting to say the least. The Department contains a multitude of professors from various backgrounds all with opposing views and perspectives. Interacting with that many views in one place really pushes one to think about their previous perspectives and understandings. I could say confidently that my time at HUFS really developed my skill for critical thinking. The professors are demanding, but in my experience that really pushes one to go outside of their comfort zone and to push their boundaries. The department offers an array of different subjects suitable to accommodate anyone hailing in from any school of thought. All in all, I can honestly attest to the truthfulness of “Go to HUFS, meet the world”.
