2020학년도 제1학기 원격수업 실시 안내문 

교수님께, 

안녕하십니까?  

앞서 안내하여 드린 바와 같이 코로나바이러스 감염·확산 방지를 위하여 우리 학교의 2020-1학기 개강은 3월 16일에 진행되며, 추가적인 조치로 개강 후 모든 강의를 원격수업으로 진행할 것을 결정하였음을 알려드립니다. 따라서 교수님께서는

코로나19 상황 안정 시까지 원격수업을 실시하여 주기 바랍니다. 

원격수업 방법은 아래의 유의사항을 참고하여 주시기 바라오며, 추가적인 도움이 필요하실 경우

유의사항:  

1. 원격수업의 강의 콘텐츠는 1차시 당 콘텐츠 진행(재생) 시간이 25분 이상(1학점 기준)이 되도록 제작해야 합니다.

   (일반대학의 원격수업운영기준, 교육부 대학학사제도과 지침 2018.12.)

    예) 1시간: 25분, 2시간: 50분, 3시간: 75분 이상이 되어야 합니다. 

2. 1학점(50분) 수업은 아래와 같은 학습활동 시간을 충족하여야 합니다.

    예) e-Class 활용 25분 이상의 음성 또는 영상 강의 + 퀴즈/토론/질의응답 등 학습활동 = 50분 수업

3. 원격수업은

   ① e-Class 활용(I) (음성강의 및 자료 업로드)

   ② e-Class 활용(II) (강의동영상 유튜브 업로드 후 e-Class 링크),

   ③ 실시간 원격강의 중 편하신 방법을 선택하여 진행하시면 됩니다. 

4. 실시간 원격강의는 위 ③으로 설명드린 것과 다른 프로그램을 활용하셔도 됩니다. 

5. 원격강의 방법에 대한 자세한 내용은 e-Class 매뉴얼(바로가기)과 위 각 원격수업 방법에 대한 안내를 참고하시기 바라오며,

    추가적인 도움이 필요할 경우 우선 각 학과사무실 조교의 협조를 받으시기 바랍니다.  

6. 원격강의 관련 내용을 교수님의 <강의계획서>에 기재하여 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 모든 원격수업은 정해진 강의시간표 시간에 진행하시고, 출결관리(출결 데이터 보관)를 하여 주시기 바랍니다.

   ◦ e-Class <출석> 메뉴 활용: 수업 시작 및 종료 시간 출석체크, 수업시간 중 퀴즈/토론 등 활동 체크

   ◦ e-Class <강의자료실> 다운로드 여부 확인

   ◦ e-Class <온라인강의실> 학습이력 확인

   ◦ 실시간 원격수업 프로그램 활용 경우 실시간 확인(전자출결 관리 가능(매뉴얼 바로가기))

   ★ 1주차 수업에 한하여 퀴즈, 질의응답, 과제물 등으로 학습이력을 체크하시되 출석을 성적에 반영하지는 않을 것을 요청드립니다.

Dear HUFS faculty members,

As we informed you earlier, the start of our 2020 spring semester has been postponed until March 16 to prevent the infection and spread of COVID-19. To better respond to the evolving situation, we have decided to conduct all classes online of the semester. Accordingly we kindly ask you to conduct your classes online until the current situation gets better. We will notify you 2 weeks before the start of the offline classes.

For guidance on online classes, please refer to the information below. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact our Academic Support Center and Registrar at 02 2173 2130 (Seoul) and 031 330 4026 (Global).

Key Details on Online Classes:

1. For each credit hour, online lectures are required to be at least 25 minutes in length (Standards on E-Learning in Universities introduced by the Ministry of Education’s University Undergraduate System in Dec. 2018).

E.g.) At least 25 minutes, 50 minutes, and 75 minutes for one-hour, two-hour, and three-hour classes, respectively

2. A one-credit-hour class (50 minutes) must contain the following class activities.

     E.g.) At least 25 minutes of e-Class audio or video lecture + quizzes/discussion/Q&A, etc. = a 50-minute class

3. For online lectures, you may choose from the following three options:

    ① e-Class (I) (upload audio lectures and course materials);

    ② e-Class (II) (upload video lectures on YouTube and link them to e-Class); and

    ③ real-time online lectures.

4. For real-time online lectures, you may use programs other than the ③ option above.

5. For details on online lectures, go to e-Class Manual (Shortcut). You can also receive further in-person assistance from your teaching assistant at your department office.

6. Make sure that your syllabus includes this two-week period of online classes.

7. Be sure to hold all online classes on time as scheduled in the syllabus, and check student attendance each class.

  ★ How to check online class attendance

  ◦ When using the e-Class platform

    - Visit the Attendance menu and check attendance at the beginning and end of each class as well as in-class

       participation for quizzes, discussion, and other class activities.

    - Visit the Course Materials menu and check download records.

    - Visit the Online Classes menu and check learning records.

  ◦ When using WebEx or other live streaming platforms

    - Check attendance in real time (for the Electronic Attendance Management System, (Shortcut to the Manual).

    ★ Please check the record of your students' taking classes on 1st week by quizzes, discussions and assignments. We ask you not to reflect the attendance of 1st week on students' grades but just check it.
