1. 수강신청 안내

  가. 수강신청기간 : 2021. 08. 10(화) ~ 08.13(금), 09. 01.(수) ~ 09. 07.(화) 10:00 ~ 16:00 한국시간, 온라인으로 수강신청

  나. 입학(개강)일자 : 2021. 09. 01.(수)

2. 오리엔테이션 안내

   가. 8월 25일에 예정되었던 오프라인 오리엔테이션은 취소합니다.

   나. 오리엔테이션 자료를 국제입학관리팀 홈페이지에 올리겠습니다.

3. 설문조사

  가. 신/편입생의 비자 현황, 입국 현황, 입국계획 등을 확인하기 위하여 설문조사를 진행하오니, 모든 학생이 설문조사를 진행해주시기 바랍니다.

학교가 학생의 비자 신청현황과 입국현황을 정확하게 확인할 수 없는 상황이 발생할 경우,

추후 학생의 비자 신청에 제한을 받을 수 있으니 설문조사를 성실하게 진행해주시기 바랍니다.

  가. 현재 한국에 있는 경우

■중요: 2021년 9월 30까지 국제입학관리팀에 학생의 입국 현황에 대한 고지가 없을 경우 “비자 취소”(2021년 가을학기에 한국 미입국) 처리되오니 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

4. 입국확인서명서

  가. 모든 신·편입생은 반드시 입국확인서명서를 작성하여야 합니다.

      *해외에서 입국한 학생뿐만 아니라 한국에 있었던 학생 모두 입국확인서를 작성해주시기 바랍니다.

  나. 국제입학관리팀(서울 캠퍼스:역사관 102호, 글로벌 캠퍼스: 백년관 204호)에 비치하고 있으니 사무실에 와서 작성 후 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 미비서류 제출

   가. 최종학력증명서(고등학교 졸업장), 최종학력 성적표(고등학교 성적표) 영사확인 등을 제출하지 않은 학생은 8월 25일까지 국제입학관리팀에 제출하시기 바랍니다.

6. 입학포기자 안내

   가. 본 대학 입학을 포기하고 납부한 등록금 환불을 희망할 경우 아래의 서류를 구비하여 스캔본을 이메일로 송부하거나, 우리 대학 국제입학관리팀에 방문하여 제출하여야 합니다.

   나. 제출서류

       1) 입학포기원서(소정양식) 1부 (국제입학관리팀 문의)

       2) 본인 신분증 사본 및 통장 사본 각 1부

   다. 등록 포기는 입학일 전(2021. 08. 31)까지 가능하며, 그 이후에는 등록금 전액 환불이 불가할 수 있습니다.

7. 첫 학기 휴학 신청

   가. 입학 후 첫 학기에는 우리대학교 학칙에 의거하여 휴학할 수 없으나, 코로나-19로 인하여 2021학년도 2학기 신/편입생은 모두 휴학 신청이 가능합니다. (휴학신청서 첨부파일 참고)

   나. 휴학 신청을 원하는 학생들은 휴학신청서를 작성하여 8월 31일까지 보내주시기 바랍니다. (보낼 때 이메일 제목은 “휴학신청”으로, 내용에는 학생의 성명과 수험번호 기재요망)

   다. 휴학 신청후 2022학년도 1학기 또는 2022학년도 2학기에 복학신청 후 복학 가능합니다.

Guideline for Fall 2020 Newly Admitted Students of HUFS

Hello,

This is the HUFS Office of International Admissions and Management(OIAM).

1. Course Registration

  A. Course registration period : 2021.08.10.(Tue) ~ 08.13.(Fri), 09.01(Wed) ~ 09.07(Tue), 10:00 ~ 16:00 KST, online

  B. First day of class : 2021. 09. 01.(Wed)

2 New International Student Orientation

  A. In-person orientation, which was scheduled to be on August 25th, is cancelled.

  B. Important information will be uploaded on OIAM website.

3. Survey

We are conducting a survey to check the visa status, entry status, and immigration plan of new/transferred students, so we ask all students to complete the survey.

If the school is unable to accurately check the student's visa application status and entry status, the student's visa application may be restricted in the future, so please conduct the survey honestly.

■How to complete in the survey

1. If you are currently in Korea,

2) After changing the visa, proceed with the 2nd round of survey (For those who do not need to change their visa like F, A, etc. visa holders, you do not need to take the 2nd survey)

3) Visit the Office of International Admissions & Management and fill out “입국확인서명서”(Immigration Confirmation Form)

*If there are any changes to your entry plans, visas, contacts, addresses, etc. after completing the survey, please take the survey again.

2. If you are in a foreign country,

2) If the date of entry to Korea has been decided after getting the visa approved, proceed with the 2nd round of survey

4) After self-quarantine is over, visit the Office of International Admissions & Management and fill out “입국확인서명서”(Immigration Confirmation Form)

*If there are any changes to your entry plans, visas, contacts, addresses, etc. after completing the survey, please take the survey again.

■Important: Please note that if there is no notification of the student's entry status to the Office of International Admissions & Management by 2021. 9. 30, it will result in "visa revocation/cancellation" (not entering Korea in fall semester of 2021).

4. Signing the Entry Confirmation form

  A. All new and transfer students who have registered to school must sign the Entry Confirmation form regardless of their entry record. This includes those who have been staying in Korea.

*Signing available from August 9th.

  B. Please visit the Office of International Admissions & Management (Seoul Campus: Historical Archives Building(역사관) Rm 102, Global Campus: Centennial Complex(백년관) Rm 204) and fill out the form.

5. Submission of missing documents

   A. If you have not submitted your Graduation Certificate and high school transcript (both Apostilled), please turn them in to OIAM before August 25th.

6. Admissions renunciation (giving up admission)

   A. If you have registered for the school but have to renunciate your admission due to visa denial or personal reasons, please complete a form for giving up admission and submit a scanned copy via e-mail or visit the office and submit it in person.

   B. Necessary documents

       1) Giving up admission form

       2) A copy of one’s ID and bankbook

   C. Please submit the form before August 31st, 2021; a full refund of tuition may not be possible after then.

7. Leave of Absence on First Semester

   A. According to HUFS academic policy, newly enrolling students who are starting their first semester are not allowed to take a leave of absence. However, due to COVID-19 outbreak, both freshmen and transfer students who are starting their first semester at HUFS this year are able to apply for a leave of absence. (Application file is attached.)

   B. Application for Leave of Absence should be submitted by August 31th via e-mail.

1) E-mail title: ‘휴학신청(Application for Leave of Absence)’

2) Include your name and application numberin the e-mail.
