Southampton Summer School will feature 4 courses in 2024: 

• Composition and Sound Practice as Research (Music)
• International Entrepreneurial Finance (Business)
• International corporate governance: (Business)
The White Project – Zero Waste Design for Fashion (Sustainable Fashion)

They are devised and taught by the University of Southampton academic staff to mirror modules worth 15 Southampton Credits (7.5 ECTS or 3-4 US Semester Hours). All courses consist of a minimum of 45 teaching hours across the 3 weeks. There is also a busy social programme including tours of London, board game nights and sports activities.

The course will last for 3 weeks from the 6^th – 27^th July 2024. Fees are as shown below:

• Tuition: £2,250. This covers tuition for the full 3-week programme, the social programme, field trips, bus pass and a university hoodie.
• Accommodation: £1,245.75. This is optional for all students, though highly recommended. It will be a single occupancy en-suite room with breakfast every day, plus dinner Monday – Friday.
• Due to the nature of the course, The White Project has an additional charge of £60 to cover materials used in class.
• Discounts are available throughout the application process for groups of 10 or more, though please ask a member of the group to email summer@soton.ac.uk ahead of their application with a list of names so that we can verify the group and set up a specific product on the Online Store for them.

How to apply: Applications must be made via the Summer School website and we ask that all applicants send their latest academic transcript (in English) where possible. All applicants must pay a £50 application fee which we ask that this is paid within 5 days of applying, with the remaining balance payable within 30 days. Applications will close on 10 May 2024.
