2014학년도 2학기 해외인턴/연수/계절학기 및 지원금 신청

2014학년도 2학기 해외 인턴십/연수/계절학기 희망자를 아래와 같이 모집하오니 기간 내에 신청하시기 바랍니다. 일부 학과의 경우 인턴십/연수 지원금이 지급되오니 해당사항을 잘 확인하시고 지원금 신청 여부를 표기하여 주시기 바랍니다.

GSIAS 2014학년도 2학기 해외인턴/연수/계절학기 학점 신청

1. 지원자격 : 2014년도 1학기에 해외기관 인턴/연수생(계절학기 포함)으로 선발된 자로서 인턴또는 계절학기 학점을 인정받고자 하는 자

2. 지원마감 : 2014. 6. 13(금) 오후 5시

3. 제출서류 : 해외인턴연수신청서 1부(첨부양식) 및 인턴합격증명서류

4. 제출처 : 국제지역대학원 교학과

5. 유의사항 : 신청서 상의 지원금 신청 여부는 반드시 아래 내용을 확인한 후 작성할 것

6. 학점인정

가. 인턴십 : 한 학기에 해당하는 기간동안 인턴십 수행시 최대 9학점

유엔평화학과는 방학기간 중 인턴십 수행시 최대 6학점 (4주간 근무시간 160시간 이상시 3학점)

나. 계절학기 : 방학 중 16시간당 1학점씩 재학중 최대 6학점

유엔평화학과는 인턴십 학점 포함하여 재학중 최대 6학점

과목명은 해외에서 이수한 과목명 그대로 인정함.

단, 본 대학원에서 개설되는 과목과 동일한 과목은 인정할 수 없음.

※ GSIAS 해외인턴연수 지원금 신청 자격

1. 목 적 : 해외 교류 기회가 적은 학과에 해외 인턴연수를 장려하기 위함

2. 우선학과 : 한국학과, 중국학과, 일본학과, 미국.캐나다학과, 유럽연합학과

*위 학과생 중 신청자가 적을 경우 기타 학과 학생 수혜 가능

3. 지원자격 : 2013학년도 2학기에 학점 인정을 받는 해외 인턴 또는 해외 연수생으로서 기타 관련 지원금(본교및 외부 기관 포함)을 받지 않는 자.

4. 지급금액 : 인당 약 40만원 (신청인원에 따라 조정 가능)

5. 선발결과 : 2014. 6~7월 중 선발 결과 및 구체 지원 금액 공지 예정

Application for Overseas Internship/Training/Summer Session Credits

- Fall Semester 2014 -

1. Eligibility: GSIAS student who wants to get overseas internship/training/summer session credits for Fall Semester 2014. Students should be able to submit the letter of selection from an overseas institution or the letter of acceptance from an overseas university/international organization.

2. Application Deadline: 5:00pm, June 13, 2014

3. Documents required: Application for Overseas Training, Certificate of Internship Selection

4. Document Submission: GSIAS Office (Room 102, Graduate School Building)

5. Note: Please check the eligibility for the financial before you fill out the application form.

6. Credit Approval

i. Internship : Students perform internship at least 4 months and get 9 credits in maximum

Dept of U-PEACE: 3 credits per 4 week (80 working hours) internship during vacation

6 credits in maximum

ii. Summer Session: one credit per 16 course hours during vacation / 6 credits in maximum

Dept of U-PEACE: 6 credits in maximum including internship credit

Original course title from the overseas institution will be accredited.

Any courses same as GSIAS classes will not be approved for credits.

* Application for GSIAS Overseas Training Financial Aid

1. Purpose: to provide more opportunities to students in departments which have fewer international exchange programs.

2. Priorities: Korean Studies, Chinese Studies, Japanese Studies, U.S and Canadian Studies, European Union Studies (If there are not enough applicants from these departments students in other departments will also be considered)

3. Eligibility: Students who are planning to get overseas internship/training/summer session credits, and do not receive any other financial supports from the university or any other institution/organizations.

4. Amount: Approx. KRW 400,000 per students (the amount is subject to change based on the number of applicants)

5. Notification of Selection: June ~ July 2014
