4. 교과목 이수안내 : 최대 6학점

  취득학점 범위 : 최대 6학점 (정규학기 20학점과 별도로 계절학기에 최대 6학점 가능)

    ①  프로그램과의 중복학점 인정 여부는 반드시 주관부서로 확인 필요      

    ② 계절학기 기간과 중복되는 학점취득 프로그램에 의한 이중학점 인정 불가함.

    ③ 재수강 과목으로만 6학점 가능초수강 과목으로만 6학점 가능초수강+재수강으로 6학점 가능

    ④ 여름계절학기 성적 포함해서 2023 8 졸업 가능함 (졸업요건 충족 )

     대학외국어의 수강 제한 서울캠퍼스 학생이 글로벌캠퍼스 계절학기에 개설된 대학외국어 과목을 수강할  학점을 인정받지 못함.

    ⑥ 정규학기에서 현재 수강중인 과목은 바로 진행되는 계절학기에 수강신청   없습니다.

  학점인정

    ① 2023-1학기 재학생 : 2023-1학기 성적으로 인정

     2023-1학기 휴학생

     - 2023-2학기 복학  중간고사 이후(2/4) 2023-2학기 성적으로 인정

     - 2023-2학기까지 계속 휴학할 경우 성적은 인정되지 않음

 

5. 수강자격

   이번학기(2023-1학기재학생인 경우

1학년, 2학년, 3학년

수강가능함

4학년 1학기 (7학기)

이번학기(2023-1학기현재 7학기생으로서

이번학기를 포함하여  취득학점이 다음에 해당하는 경우에는

이번 계절학기 수강 불가 (그외 7학기생은 수강가능함)

① 졸업학점이 140학점인 학생의 경우 134학점 이상을 취득한 학생

② 졸업학점이 134학점인 학생의 경우 128학점 이상을 취득한 학생

③ 졸업학점이 150학점인 학생의 경우 144학점 이상을 취득한 학생

4학년 2학기 이상

(8학기 이후)

수강가능함

 

  

  . 이번 학기(2023-1학기휴학생인 경우 다음의 조건을 모두 만족하면 수강 가능함

     ① 2023-2학기 복학해야  ( 복학  성적은 불인정됨)

        (복학 신청 일정은 향후 홈페이지 학사공지사항 참조)

     ② 휴학  학점인정( 이러닝 강좌 수강 포함) 재학  1회에  

        (1회에 취득한 학점이 6학점 미만인 경우라도 인정횟수를 1회로 계산함)

     ③ 휴학생이 이번계절학기에 수강한 교과목은 2023-2학기에 수강할  없음

 

6. 수강과목 취소  환불

취소기간 : 6. 20()7. 7(매일 09:00~17:00 까지

 취소방법 : 종합정보시스템 ⇒ 계절학기 환불

 수강취소한 과목의 수강료는 환불규정에 따라 환불함 (7. 20() 이후 일괄 지급 예정)

7. 유의사항

    개강전에 수강과목의 변경  추가 폐강과목 확인을 홈페이지 Hot Link 강의시간표조회에서 확인바람.

    개설과목(동일과목 재수강) 아닌 폐지과목을 재수강하는 학생  교양 선택과목을 재수강 하는 학생은 재수강과목 연결기간에 종합정보시스템에서 “재수강 과목 선택 반드시 선택하여야 .

    계절학기 F학점도 성적에 포함됨.

    재수강

      - 계절학기 재수강은 재수강 학점 제한에서 제외되며 학점상한(A0) 있음

 (Make-up class: (Thu) July 13th only for the missing class by instructors’ issues)

a. Visit the Woori Bank (from 09:00 to 16:00)

b. Pay via virtual account given on invoice (from 08:00 to 16:00)

② After the payment period, you cannot pay the tuition fee and registered courses will be deleted.

③ Only for those who successfully registered for the course can pay the tuition.(Those who have not registered the courses cannot pay the tuition.)

3. Criteria for Cancellation: Courses registered by less than 30 students

 The replacement for the cancellation: Available during the additional registration period.

 

4. Guidance for Courses

 A. Acquisition of credit: up to 6 credits (up to 6 credits, apart from 20 credits in the regular semester)

 It is necessary to check with the department in charge whether or not duplicate credits with other programs are recognized.

 Double credits cannot be recognized by the credit acquisition program that overlaps with the seasonal semester period.

 You can get 6 credits only for re-taking courses, 6 credits only for elementary courses, and 6 credits for elementary classes + re-taking courses

 Graduation is possible in August 2023, including grades for the summer session (However, if graduation requirements are met)

 Restriction on University Foreign Language: Students at Seoul Campus cannot get the credits when they take university foreign language courses opened during the global campus seasonal semester.

 You cannot apply for the course you are currently taking in the regular semester during the seasonal semester.

(e.g. you cannot take A course in the 2023-1 Spring semester in the 2023-Summer Session)

 

B. Credit Recognition

    Students enrolled in the 2023-1 semester: Recognized as grades in the 2022-2 semester.

    Students on leave for the 2023-1 semester.

- After returning to school in the 2023-2 semester, the grades of the 2023-2 semester are recognized after the midterm exam (2/4th term)

- If you continue to take a leave of absence until the 2023-2 semester, your grades will not be recognized.

 

 

5. Eligibility to take courses

A. If you are a student this semester (2023-1 semester)

Freshman, Sophomore,

or Junior

Senior 1st semester

(enrolling the 7Th semester))

However, those who are enrolling the 7th semester in the (2023 Spring Semester , but in the one of the following situations are not allowed to take the Summer Session. (the others enrolling in the 7th semester can apply) :

① Students whose graduation credits are 140 and are to obtain 134 credits or more.

 Students whose graduation credits are 134 and are to obtain 128 credits or more .

③ Students whose graduation credits are 150 and are to obtain 144 credits or more.

Senior who took the second semester of the fourth year

(enrolled the 8th

semester or more)

 B. Those who are in a leave of absence (2023 Spring Semester), but in one of the following

situations are able to apply for the Summer Session.

     ① You will return to school on the 2023 Fall Semester

  (Otherwise, the credits are not acknowledged.) 

     (The schedule of returning to school will be uploaded in the HUFS Academic Notice) 

     ② Credit acknowledgment during a leave of absence (including the e-learning during the

  military service) is limited to once during the whole school year.

  (Even if the number of credits acquired at one time is less than 6 credits, the number of credits is

  counted as one) 

     ③ Those who are in a leave of absence and take this Summer Session cannot retake the same

  courses during the 2023 Fall Semester 

 

6. Cancellation of Courses & Refund

a. When : From June 20th(Tue) to July 7th(Fri)  09:00~ 17:00

b. How : Web Information System >> 계절학기 환불 (Refund of Vacation Session)

c. Tuition fee of cancelled courses will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy. (It will be refunded at once after July 20th(Thu))

     ① You can cancel courses just during the above period and otherwise cannot change courses

     ② After the dropping of courses(application for the refund), you cannot re-apply for courses.

     ③ Partial Refund You can select the course(s) you would like to drop(delete) and apply for a

      partial refund.

 

 In the page for applying the refund(Web Information System), you can select the course(s) to cancel.

    Please check course schedule on HUFS main page->HotLink 강의시간표 조회(Time table ) fo any changes or cancellation of courses

    Those re-taking discontinued courses or optional liberal arts courses must select “재수강 과목 선택” (select re-take course) in Web information system during the designated period

    F grades earned during the vacation sessions are included in the total grade. 

    Retaking courses : Vacation sessions are excluded from the limit of the number of retaking

 courses and the maximum grade for the courses is A0.
