2023학년도 2학기 재입학 시행 공고

2023학년도 제2학기 재입학 시행 일정 및 방법 등을 공고합니다.

1. 재입학 자격

  가. 미등록, 휴학기간초과, 자퇴, 재학연한초과로 제적된 경우 제적된 학기를 포함하여 1개학기 이상 경과자
  (단, 취득학점이 없고 총평점평균 0.00인 자는 재입학을 할 수 없음)

  나. 학업성적불량, 징계로 제적된 경우 제적된 학기를 포함하여 2개학기 이상 경과자

  다. 법과대학(서울)의 경우 폐과로 인해 행정학과로 재입학

   ※ 재입학 신청자가 모집 인원을 초과할 경우 별도의 기준에 의하여 해당 인원만 선발하여 허가함

   ※ 사범대학(서울)의 경우 결원이 있을 경우만 선발

   ※ 사범대학 재입학 여석

2. 재입학 가능 횟수

  가. 미등록제적, 휴학기간초과제적 : 2회

  나. 자퇴, 학업성적불량제적, 징계제적, 재학연한초과제적 : 1회

  다. 수료생(졸업대기) 재학연한초과제적 : 횟수 제한 없음(2020.2.20.개정)

   ※ 2012. 10. 17 이후 발생한 제적부터 제적종별에 따라 재입학 횟수가 제한됨

      단, (가)의 사유로 제적된 자가 재입학 후 (나)의 사유로 다시 제적되는 경우와

      (나)의 사유로 제적된 자가 재입학 후 (가)의 사유로 다시 제적되는 경우에는 재입학을 불허함

3. 재입학 시행 일정

  ※ 종합정보시스템 신청은 2023. 6. 15(목)부터 가능

4. 신청방법 및 구비서류

  가. 신청방법

    1) 인터넷 종합정보시스템 신청 (첨부파일의 서류만 제출 불가)

       (홈페이지→종합정보시스템 로그인→학적변동신청→재입학신청) 

    2) 본인 소속 캠퍼스 학사종합지원센터 구비 서류 제출

       방문(서울캠퍼스 : 역사관 1층 101호, 글로벌캠퍼스 : 학생회관 1층 109호)

       또는 우편 제출 가능

    ※ 1) 인터넷 신청, 2) 서류 제출 모두 해야 신청 완료됨. 

  나. 구비서류

    1) 재입학원서 및 각서(본인 및 보호자 서명 또는 도장 날인) 각 1부

    2) 학과장 의견서 1부

    3) 성적증명서 원본 1부(제출당시 90일 이내 발급 서류만 인정) - 홈페이지 인터넷증명서발급

    ※ 1), 2) 서식은 첨부파일 혹은 종합정보시스템에서 출력가능하나, 첨부파일 사용시 반드시 시스템에 재입학 신청을 해야 함.

5. 유의사항

  가. 재입학 허용 횟수가 제한되어 있으므로 신중히 지원할 것

  나. 정해진 기간 내에 원서를 제출한 자에 한하여 재입학을 심사함

  다. 재입학 허가 후 등록기간 내에 미등록시 재입학을 취소함

  라. 기존 졸업시험/논문 합격 기록은 삭제됨

  마. 기타사항은 재입학시행규정을 참고하기 바람

Announcement on Fall 2023 Readmission

Here is the announcement on Fall 2023 readmission schedule and guidelines.

1. Qualifications for readmission

  A. Those unenrolled from HUFS for not registering for classes, exceeding the maximum leave-of-absence period, voluntarily droppping out, exceeding the maximum enrollment period, or having more than one semester pass after being unenrolled.
  (Those with no credits earned or a GPA of 0.00 cannot be readmitted)

  B. Those expelled from HUFS due to academic failureor disciplinary action and/or have more than two semester pass since unenrollment

  C. Those in the College of Law (Seoul Campus) will admitted to Department of Public Administration due to the closure of the Department

   ※ When the number of applicants for readmission exceeds the total number of students that can be admitted, applicants will be selected based on separate criteria.

   ※ For the Department of Education (Seoul Campus), readmission is allowed only when there are vacancies.

   ※ Readmission vacancies in the Department of Education

2. Potential number of opportunities to apply for readmission

  A. Removed for not registering for classes oror exceeding maximum period of leave: 2 times

  B. Removed for voluntarily dropping out, failure in studies, disciplinary action, or exceeding the maximum period of enrollment: 1 time

  C. Exceeding the maximum period of enrollment after completing coursework: no limit (revised on Feb. 20, 2020)

   ※ The number of re-admissions is limited depending on the type of removal from the removal that occurred after October 17, 2012

   With the exception of those readmitted after being removed for cases in Category A

   and then removed again for cases in Category B (or vice versa) cannot be readmitted

4. How to apply and documents needed

  A. How to apply

1)   Application for Internet Comprehensive Information System

(You can＇t just provide materials online.)

       (Homepage -> log in to student portal -> apply for change of school register-> apply for readmission) 

    2) Submission of documents provided by the Bachelor＇s Comprehensive Support Center on your campus

       in person or by post (Seoul campus: Rm #101, Historic Archives Building, Global campus: Rm #109, Student Hall)

    ※ 1) Online application, 2) offline submission of all documents is required to complete the application

  B. List of documents

1)    Readmission application and memorandum (with applicant’s and parents’ signature)

  2) Written opinion of the department head

    3) Transcripts (issued within 90 days)- Issuance of Internet certificate on the homepage

    ※ 1), 2) The form can be printed from the attached file or the comprehensive information system, but you must apply for re-entry to the system when using the attached file.

5. Notes

A.   Please apply carefully and pay attention to the details as the number of readmission vacancies are limited

B.    Only those submit documents within the application period will be evaluated for readmission

   C. Readmission will be canceled if the tuition is paid within the payment period

   D. Any existing records on graduation exam/thesis will be deleted

2023学年度第2学期再入学实行公告

以下对2023学年度第2学期及方法等进行公告

1.再入学资格

  1）因未登记，超过休学期，自主退学，超过在校年限而被开除学籍的情况，包括被开除的学期在内超过1个学期以上的同学
（但，没有取得学分且总评分平均为0.00的人无法再入学）

  2）因学业成绩不良，惩戒而被开除学籍的情况，包括被开除的学期在内超过两个学期以上的同学

  3）首尔校区的法学院因废科的原因会重新入学到行政系

※再入学申请者超过招收人数时，会按照其他标准选拔相应人员并予以许可

※师范大学（首尔）只有在有缺额的情况下才会选拔

※师范大学再入学余席

2.可再入学次数

1）因未注册，超过休学期被开除学籍者：2次

2）因自主退学，学业成绩不良，惩戒，超过在校年限被开除学籍者：1次

3）结业生（等待毕业）因超过在校年度被开除学籍者：不限制次数（2020.2.20修改）

   ※ 从2012年10月17日以后发生的开除学籍开始，根据开除学籍的种类限制再入学次数

      ※但，因1事由而开除学籍者再入学后又因2事由开除学籍者

        和因2事由而开除学籍者再入学后又因1事由而开除学籍的情况，不允许再入学

3.再入学日程说明  

  ※ 从2023. 6. 15(周四)开始可以在综合信息系统(종합정보시스템)进行申请

4.申请方法及所需材料

  一、申请方法

    1) 线上申请综合信息系统 (不可以只在线上提供材料)

       (学校官网→登录综合信息系统→学籍(학적)变动申请→再入学申请) 

    2) 将所需材料提交至本人所属校区学士综合支援中心

       可访问或邮寄提交（首尔校区：历史馆（역사관）1楼101号，国际校区：学生会馆(학생회관)1楼109号）

    ※ 1) 网上申请，2)须线下提交全部文件才能完成申请

  二、所需材料

    1）再入学申请书和保证书（需本人及监护人的签名和盖章）各一份

    2）系主任的意见书一份

3）成绩证明书原件一份（只认证在90天内发放的成绩证明书） - 学校官网发行电子证明书

    ※1），2）所需材料的格式在综合情报系统(종합정보시스템)打印， 若要添付附件材料则需要先在系统中申请再入学

5. 注意事项

  一、复读许可是有次数限制的，要慎重考虑申请

  二、在规定时间内提交材料才能进行审核

  三、复读申请成功后，在该登陆的时间内未登陆的复读生将被取消复读资格

  四、现有的毕业考试/论文的合格记录将被删除

  五、 其他事项请参考再入学施行规定
