2023학년도 제2학기 이중전공 변경 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

신청 대상 : 2~4학년 재학생 및 휴학생

※ 확인사항

가. 현재 2~4학년으로

1) 기존에 이중전공을 신청한 적이 없는 경우 변경 신청 가능

2) 이중전공을 신청하여 배정되지 않은 경우 변경 신청 가능

나. 이전에 이중전공 변경 신청 기간에 신청하여

1) 배정된 경우 변경 신청 불가(※ 이중전공 변경은 재학 중 1회만 가능)

2) 배정되지 않은 경우 변경 신청 가능

다. 2023학년도 후기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함)은

1) 변경 신청 불가

2) 이중전공 신청으로만 신청 가능(※ 11월 27일(월) ~ 12월 1일(금) 예정)

단, 해당 기간에 신청하지 않으면 다음 학기부터 이중전공 변경 신청으로만 가능함

신청 기간 : 2023년 11월 6일(월) 10시 ~ 11월 10일(금) 16시

※ 안내된 기간에만 신청/변경/삭제 가능하므로 일정 준수할 것(이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 → 이중전공 변경신청(※ 1지망만 신청)

※ 제한사항

가. 신청할 학과(부)/전공의 본인 학번대에 여석이 없는 경우 신청 불가

나. 캠퍼스 간 이중전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 제한학과로는 신청 불가

다. 다음의 경우 이중전공 이수가 제한됨

라. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준

순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

(단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

마. AI융합전공 신청 안내

1) (2021학번 이후)2학년 1학기 재적자(3학기 재적생)

: 2학년 과정인 “AI융합전공” 신청(※ 3학년 진급 시 세부트랙 신청 및 배정)

2) (2021학번 이후)2학년 2학기 이상 재적자(4학기 이상 재적생)

: 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙(Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI) 신청

3) 2020학번 이전은 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙으로 바로 신청함

배정 확정 공지 : 2023년 12월 말 ~ 2024년 1월 초 [학사공지] 예정

※ 신청자를 대상으로 별도 전형을 진행하는 학과(부) 일정에 따라 공지 일정이 유동적임

※ 후기이중전공 선발자가 이중전공 변경 배정된 경우 둘 중 하나는 반드시 취소해야 함

배정기준

가. 현 시점 기준 학과(부)별/학번대별 이중전공 여석 내에서 배정(※ 첨부파일 참조)

나. 학과(부)별 배정기준에 따름(※ 첨부파일 참조)

다. 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정

라. 배정 시 성적 기준 : 신청 마감일인 11월 10일(금) 16시 기준 성적

(※ 이후 변동된 성적은 반영되지 않음)

마. 동점자 배정기준

1) 평점평균 동점자 : 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정

2) 평점평균, 이수학점 동점자 : 동점자 전원 배정

유의사항

가. 글로벌캠퍼스 학과(전공)로 이중전공 희망하는 학생은 글로벌캠퍼스 공지사항 확인

나. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

다. 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 반드시 학과 사무실에 관련 일정 및 자격 확인

(※ 관련 일정 및 자격 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 본인 과실임을 유의할 것)

라. 글로벌캠퍼스에서 이수한 이중전공 과목의 재수강은 글로벌캠퍼스 이중전공 이수 기간

중에 재수강을 완료해야 함(※ 서울캠퍼스 이중전공으로 변경한 후에는 재수강 불가)

마. 이중전공 변경 신청기간에 신청하여 배정된 경우 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 불가

(단, 이중전공 변경 신청 후 배정되지 않으면 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 가능)

※ 이중전공 변경은 재학 중 1회만 가능하므로 신청에 유의할 것

바. 부전공 희망자 및 단일전공 희망자의 경우 추후 종합정보시스템으로 별도 신청 예정

1) 부전공 희망자 : 일반 부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청

2) 단일전공 희망자 : 기존 이중/부전공 취소

※ 자세한 일정은 2024년 1월 중순 학사공지 예정인 “부전공 신청 및 이중전공/부전공 취소 일정” 확인

사. (이중전공 변경에 따라)이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서”를 작성하여 제출 바람(※상시 제출 가능)

 Changing Double Majors for the 2023-2 Semester in Progress

Applicants: 2nd to 4th graders and students on leave of absence

※ Notice: Below is the requirements to apply for the change in double major

A. Students who are in their 2^nd to 4^th grade to

1) No previous records of applying for a change in double major

2) No previous records of getting assigned to a double major

B. Students who have already applied for the change in double

1) cannot change their double major when they were assigned to their double major.  (※ Double Major change is available only once)

2) can apply for the change in double major only when they failed to take a spot of the double major previously.

C. Transferred students at the latter half semester of 2023 (including transferred students through the foreign student admission program)

1) Are unable to apply for change their double

2) Should apply for a double major, not double major change (※ Scheduled at the period from Nov 27^th (Mon) to Dec 1^st (Fri))

However, if you do not apply for a double major at the fixed period above, you can only apply for a change in double major from the next semester.

 Application Period: Nov 6^th, 2023 (Mon) 10AM to Nov 10^th, 2023 (Fri) 16PM

※ Apllication/Deletion/Change is available only during the fixed period, so please follow the schedule. (No further operation plan)

※ Notice

A. Some departments might not be allowed to apply for double majors due to limited seats

B. Below is the list of majors that are not available for double majors between campuses. 

C. Below is the list of cases where the application of double majors is limited.

D. “Korean Language Education Major as a Foreign Language” and “Korean Translation and Translation Major as a Foreign Language” are only application to foreign students who entered the university through foreign students admission program.

(Students who have entered the university after 2018 are only allowed to apply for “Korean Translation and Translation Major as a Foreign Language)

E. Information on Application for AI convergence Majors

1) Students who have entered university since 2021 and registered in their third semester

: Apply for “AI Convergence Major,” a second-grade course (※ After advancing to the third grade, you should apply for and get assigned to one of the detailed tracks)

2) Students who have entered university since 2021 and registered in their fourth semester

: Apply for the Detailed tracks, a third-grade course (Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI)

3) Students who have already entered university before 2021 apply for the detailed tracks, a third-grade course (Language & AI, Software & AI, Business & AI)

Period of Assignment Confirmation Notice: Scheduled at the End of December in 2023 to the Early January in 2024 

※ The schedule of the announcement is subject to change according to the schedule of departments that conduct separate screening process for applications.

※ If a double major applicant of the second application period is assigned to the changed double major, one of the two must be canceled.

Selection Criteria

A. Applicants will only be assigned to a double major that has spots for additional students (※ Please check the attached file for more details)

B. Each department has its own criteria for selection (※ Please check the attached file for more details)

C. Those who have acquire more than 34 credits will be chosen first

D. The GPA being considered for selection: GPA scores that were on the system at the time of the deadline, November 10^th 16PM (Fri)

(※ Any updates in the grades after the deadline will not be considered for the selection process)

E. Selection Criteria among Those with the Same GPA

1) Among those who hold the same GPA: Applicants with more credits will be chosen first.

2) Among those who hold the same GPA and have acquired the same number of credits: All will be chosen together.

Notice

A. Students who wish to double major in the department of global campus should check the notice of global campus.

B. Students who want to apply for convergence majors which open on both campuses must take courses on campuses of their first major.

C. Please check the schedule and qualifications at the department office if the department has its separate screening process.

(※ Please be notified that students themselves are liable to the disadvantages due to non-c○nfirmation of the schedule and qualifications)

D. Re-classification of dual majors completed at the Global Campus must be completed during the period of completion of dual majors at the Global Campus (※ Re-classification is not possible after changing to dual majors at the Seoul Campus)

E. In the case of applying for the change and being assigned to a new double major, no further change in double majors is available.

(Students who failed to get assigned to a new double major after the application for the change can only apply for the change in a double major.)

※ Please be notified that the change in double major is only possible once.

F. Those who wish to major in minor or do single major will apply separately through Web Information System later.

1) Applicants for minor: Either General minor or Advanced major with minor

2) Single major applicants: Cancellation of existing double major or minor

※ For more details about the schedule please check “Schedule for minor application and cancellation of double major/minor” that will upload in January 2024.

G. (Due to the change in double major) Students who need to adjust for the completion classification should fill out the “application for change of completion classification” on the webpage of Office of Academic Affairs and submit it. (※ Available to submit it at all times)

1. 申请对象 : 2~4学年在校生与休学生

※ 确认事项

一、现在是2~4学年

    1) 之前没有进行过第二专业申请的情况下可以进行变更申请

    2) 申请过第二专业但未分配的情况下可以进行变更申请

 二、之前双专业变更期间进行过申请

    1) 已被分配的情况下不可申请(※ 在校期间只能进行1次第二专业变更)

    2) 在未分配的情况下可以进行变更申请

三、2023学年度后期插班生（包括外国人专招、插班生）

    1) 不可进行变更申请

    2) 只能进行申请第二专业(※ 预计11月27日(周一)~ 12月1日(周五))

    但是，如果在该期间不进行申请，从下学期开始只能申请第二专业变更

2. 申请时间： 2023年11月6日(周一)10点~11月10日(周五)16点

※ 仅在此期间内可申请/变更/删除，请遵守时间（此后没有其他变更计划）。

3. 申请方法：综合信息系统→专业/教职管理→双重专业变更申请

※ 限制情况

  一、申请学科（学部）/专业于本人同届没有空位时不能申请

  二、希望在两个校区间读第二专业时, 不能申请以下限制学科

三、以下情况限制第二专业进修

四、“对外韩国语教育专业”与“对外韩国语通翻译专业”入学基准，只有外国人新生可以申请

     (但“对外韩语翻译专业”只能从2018学号开始可以进行申请)

五、AI融合专业申请指南

    1) (2021学号之后) 2年级第1学期在籍生(第3学期在籍生)

       : 申请2学年课程的"AI融合专业"(※升入3年级时申请及分配细分课程)

    2) (2021学号之后) 2年级2学期以上在籍生(4学期以上在籍生)

     : 申请3年级课程的希望细分课程(Language&AI，Software&AI，Business&AI)

    3) 2020学号之前直接申请希望细分课程作为三年级课程

4. 分配确定公告：预计2023年12月末~2024年1月初[学士公告]

※ 根据申请者为对象进行单独选拔的学科（部）日程，公告日程会有所变动。

※ 后期第二专业选拔者被安排变更双重专业时，必须取消其中一个

5. 分配基准

一、以目前为基准，各学科(部)/各学号在第二专业的空位内分配(※ 参照附件)

二、按照学科（部）分配标准（※ 参照附件）

三、优先分配34学分以上的进修者

四、分配时成绩标准：申请截止日11月10日(周五)16时的成绩作为基准 (※ 之后变动的成绩无相关)

五、 同分者分配标准

1) 评分平均同分者：优先分配已修学分高的学生

2) 评分平均，已修学分同分者：同分者全员分配

6. 注意事项

一、希望成为国际校区学科（专业）第二专业学生的确认国际校区公告事项

二、在两个校区相同开设的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

三、各专业（部）招生时，必须向专业办公室确认相关日程及申请资格

     (※ 请注意因未确认相关日程及资格而造成的损失属于本人过失。)

四、 在国际校区进修的第二专业科目重修，必须在国际校区第二专业进修期间完成(※变更为首尔校区双重专业后不能重修)。

五、 第二专业变更申请期间申请分配时, 日后不能申请第二专业变更

     (但，申请双重专业变更后未被分配时，则日后可以申请双重专业变更)

     ※ 专业变更仅在校期间1次，请注意申请。

  六、报考双重专业及单一专业的志愿生，日后可通过综合信息系统另行申请。

  1) 双重专业志愿生：申请普通双重专业或深化专业＋双重专业

    2) 单一专业志愿生：取消现有的第二/副专业

    ※ 详细日程将于2024年1月中旬发布学士公告“副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程”

七、(根据第二专业变更)需要修改专业分类时，请填写学士综合支援中心网站格式箱的"进修专业分类变更申请书"并提交(※可随时提交)。
