2023학년도 제2학기 이중전공 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

1. 신청 대상

  가. 2학년 진급 예정인 재학생

       (2007학번 이후 학생으로 2023-2학기를 두 번째 학기로 재학 중인 자)

  나. 2023년도 후기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함) 중 이중전공 희망자

※ 유의사항

 신청 대상자가 기간 내에 신청하지 않은 경우 또는 신청한 이중전공에서 탈락한 경우

  1) 다음 학기부터 이중전공 신청으로는 신청 불가

  2) 다음 학기부터 이중전공 변경 신청 기간에 이중전공 변경으로만 신청 가능

2. 신청 기간 : 2023년 11월 27일(월) 10시 ~ 12월 1일(금) 16시

※ 안내된 기간에만 신청/변경/삭제 가능하므로 일정 준수할 것(이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

3. 신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 → 이중전공 신청

  가. 학과(부)별 1지망 신청 인원 및 경쟁률을 신청 화면에서 실시간으로 조회 가능

    1) 경쟁률 확인 방법 : “이중전공 신청” 화면의 학과(부)명 옆에 안내됨

    2) 2023학번만 조회 가능(※ 그 외 학번 경쟁률 및 배정 결과는 공개하지 않음)

  나. 2지망 신청 가능(선택사항)

    1) 1지망 배정 후 여석이 있는 경우에만 2지망 배정

    2) 학과(부) 선발인원보다 1지망 신청자가 많으면

     - 2지망 배정이 없으니 신청 시 참고할 것(단, 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 제외)

     - 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 2지망 지원자에 대해 전형 응시를 제한할 수 있음

  다. 프랑스어학부, AI융합전공을 이중전공으로할 경우 3학년 진급 시 세부전공/트랙 신청 배정

※ 제한사항

 가. 캠퍼스 간 이중전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 제한학과로는 신청 불가

 * 글로벌캠퍼스의 학과 폐지로 2023학번부터는 글로벌캠퍼스 학생이 아래의 학과로 신청 및 이수 가능

  -> 영어대학 각 학과(전공), 프랑스어학부(기존 프랑스어과 포함), 노어과, 포르투갈어과, 태국어과, 인도어과, 중국학대학 각 전공, 일본학대학 각 전공

 * 글로벌캠퍼스 아랍어통번역학과 폐지로 2021학번부터는 글로벌캠퍼스 학생이 서울캠퍼스 아랍어과로 신청 및 이수 가능 

 나. 다음의 경우 이중전공 이수가 제한됨

 다. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준 순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

     (단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

 라. AI융합전공 신청 안내

  1) 2021학번 이후 : 2학년 과정인 “AI융합전공” 신청(※ 3학년 진급 시 세부트랙 신청 및 배정)

  2) 2020학번 이전 : 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙(Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI) 신청

4. 배정 확정 공지 : 2024년 1월 중순 ~ 하순 [학사공지] 예정

※ 신청자를 대상으로 별도 전형을 진행하는 학과(부) 일정에 따라 공지 일정이 유동적임

5. 배정기준

  가. 학과(부)별 배정기준에 따름(※첨부파일 참조)

  나. 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정

  다. 배정 시 성적 기준 : 2023년 1월 5일(목) 기준 성적

    1) 성적 기준 이후 변동된 성적은 반영하지 않음

    2) 2023학년도 겨울 계절학기 성적은 포함되지 않음

    3) 2023학년도 후기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함)의 경우

     - 이수학점 : 본교 학점으로 인정받은 전적대학 학점 ＋ 본교 첫학기 취득학점

     - 평점평균 : 본교에서 취득한 첫학기 평점평균

  라. 배정순위

    1) [1지망] 34학점 이상 → 34학점 미만 → [2지망] 34학점 이상 → 34학점 미만

    2) LD/LT학부 학생은 학과(부)별 배정기준이 없는 전공을 신청할 경우 우선 배정함

       (※ 자세한 내용은 학과사무실 문의 - 우선 배정을 위한 자격 요건 등 관련 사항)

  마. 동점자 배정기준

    1) 평점평균 동점자 : 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정

    2) 평점평균, 이수학점 동점자 : 동점자 전원 배정

6. 유의사항

  가. 글로벌캠퍼스 학과(전공)로 이중전공 희망하는 학생은 글로벌캠퍼스 공지사항 확인

  나. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

  다. 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 반드시 학과 사무실에 관련 일정 및 자격 확인

      (※ 관련 일정 및 자격 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 본인 과실임을 유의할 것)

  라. 부전공 희망자 및 단일전공 희망자의 경우 추후 종합정보시스템으로 별도 신청 예정

   ※ 자세한 일정은 2024년 1월 중순 학사공지 예정인 “부전공 신청 및 이중전공/부전공 취소 일정” 확인

  마. (이중전공 신청에 따라)이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서”를 작성하여 제출 바람(※상시 제출 가능)

Announcement of the application schedule for dual majors for the 2023-2 semester

Announcing the schedule for registering double majors for the 2023 2^nd semester as below.

1. Applicable to:

  A. A student who is scheduled to be promoted to the second grade.

     (Those who are enrolled in the 2023-2 semester as a student after the 2007 school year as the second semester)

  B. Among transfer student in the autumn semester of 2023 school year (Including pure foreign transfer student) those who wish to major in double

※ Precautions
Where a person subject to application does not apply within the period or is eliminated from the applied double major;

1) You can＇t apply for a double major from next semester
2) You can only apply for a double major change during the application period for a double major change from the next semester

2. Application period : 2023-11- 27(MON) 10:00AM ~ 12-1(FRI) 4:00PM

※ Application/change/deletion is possible only during the guided period, so follow the schedule (no further operation plan) 

3.How to apply: Web Information system → Major/Teaching Proffession Management → Double Major application

A. You can check the number of applicants and competition rate for each department (department) in real time on the application screen

    1) How to check the competition rate: Guide next to the name of the department (department) on the "Apply for Double Major" screen

    2) Only the 2023 academic year can be viewed ( ※ Other academic year competition rates and allocation results are not disclosed)

B. 2 Applications can be applied (optional)

1) Allocate 2 applications only if there are seats available after allocating 1 application

2) If there are more applicants for one application than the number of department (department) selected

- Since there is no assignment of two applications, refer to it when applying (except where there is a screening for each department (department))

- If you have screening by department (department), you can restrict the screening process for applicants who wish to apply for 2nd place

C. If you major in AI convergence or in the French Language Department, assign a detailed major/track application when you are promoted to the third grade

※ Restrictions

 A. If you want to major in a double major between campuses, you cannot apply for the restricted department below.

 * Due to the abolition of global campus departments, global campus students can apply for and complete the following departments from 2023

  -> Universities of each department (major), French (including existing French), Russian, Portuguese, Thai, Indian, Chinese, and Japanese

* Due to the abolition of the Department of Arabic Interpretation and Translation at the Global Campus, students at the Global Campus can apply for and complete the Department of Arabic at the Seoul Campus from 2021

 B. In the following cases the application of the double major is limited

  C. Only international students can apply for double major in Korean Education as a Foreign Language or Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language. Students who have entered university from 2018 can apply for double major in Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language 

 (However, "Korean Translation Major as a Foreign Language" can only be applied from the 2018 school year)

 D. Information on application for AI convergence major
1) (After the 2021 academic year)

 Registered in the first semester of the second grade (re-registered in the third semester)
: Application for "AI Convergence Major," a second-grade course ( 3Application and assignment of detailed tracks when advancing to the third grade)
2) (Before the 2020 academic year)

 Those enrolled in at least two semesters of the second grade (re-students of at least four semesters)
: Apply for the third-grade course, Language & AI, Software & AI, Business & AI
3) For the 3rd grade course before the 2020 class, you can apply immediately with the desired detailed track

4. Notice of c○nfirmation of assignment : Scheduled for[Notice] for mid-to-late January 2024

 ※ The schedule of the announcement is flexible according to the schedule of the department (department) that conducts separate screening for applicants

5. Assignment criteria
A. According to the allocation criteria for each department (department) (※See attached file)
B. Priority allocation of those who have completed 34 credits or more
C. Grades for allocation: grades as of January 5 2024 (Thu)
1) Does not reflect grades that have changed since the grade criteria
2) 2023 Winter Semester grades are not included3) In the case of transfer students in the latter half of the 2023 school year (including those who transferred to the pure foreign admission system),
- Credits for completion: Credits for transferred universities recognized as credits for this school ＋ credits for acquiring the first semester of this school
- Average score: The average score of the first semester acquired by this school
D. Assignment order
1) [1 candidate] 34 credits or more → less than 34 credits →[2 candidates] 34 credits or more → less than 34 credits
2) LD/LT department students are assigned first when applying for majors that do not have criteria for assignment by department (department)

E. Criteria for allocation of tiebreakers
1) Average Score Tied Person: Priority Assignment to Students with High Completion Credits
2) Rating average, completion grade tie: All tie players are assigned

6. Precautions

A. Students who wish to double major in the department of global campus (major) check the notice of global campus

B. Convergence majors opened equally on both campuses must be completed on their own campuses

C. If there is a screening process for each department (department), check the relevant schedule and qualifications at the department＇s office
(※ Keep in mind that the disadvantages due to non-c○nfirmation of the relevant schedule and qualifications are your own fault)

 D. Those who wish to major in minor or single major will apply separately through the comprehensive information system in the future information system

    ※ For the detailed schedule, check "Application for minor and cancellation schedule for double major/second major" scheduled for academic notice in mid-July 2023

E. If it is necessary to modify the completion classification (according to the change of double major), please fill out the "application for change of completion classification" in the format of the bachelor＇s support center website and submit it (*You can submit it at all times)

- 内 容-

1. 申请对象

 一、 即将升入二学年的在校生

     (学号为2007级以后的学生，2023-2学期为第二个学期的在校生)。

 二、2023学年度秋季插班生（包括外国人专招）中希望攻读第二专业的人

※ 注意事项

  申请对象在期限内未申请或在申请的第二专业中落选时

  1) 下学期开始不能申请第二专业

  2) 下学期开始第二专业变更申请期间只能申请第二专业变更

2. 申请时间 : 2023年 11月 27日(周一) 10点 ~ 12月 1日(周五) 16点

※ 仅在期间内可申请/变更/删除,请遵守日程(此后没有其他相同计划)。

3. 申请方法 : 综合信息系统→专业/教职管理→第二专业申请

一、学科（部）第1志愿申请人员及竞争率可在申请画面进行实时查询

1) 竞争率确认：参考“第二专业申请”画面的学科（部）名旁的相关指引

2) 查询权限仅限于2023学号（※ 其他学号的竞争率及分配结果不予公布）

二、可申请第二志愿(选填事项)

1)    分配第1志愿后，仅在有空位时分配第2志愿

2)    第1志愿申请者比学科（部）选拔人员多的情况

       - 不会进行第2志愿分配，申请时请参考(但，各学科(部)有择优录取的情况除外)。

       - 各专业（部）招生时，可限制第2志愿应聘者报考。

三、法语系，AI融合专业为第二专业时，升入3学年时安排详细专业/课程申请

※ 限制事项

一、 希望在两个校区间读第二专业时, 不能申请以下限制学科

* 因国际校区的学科废止，自2023级起，国际校区学生可申请及进修以下学科

-> 英语大学各学科（专业），法语学部（包括现有的法语系），俄语系，葡萄牙语系，泰语系，印度语系，中国学大学个专业，日本学大学各专业

* 因国际校区阿拉伯语通翻译专业的废止，自2021级起，国际校区学生可申请及进修首尔校区的阿拉伯语系

二、 以下情况限制第二专业进修

三、"对外韩语教育专业"及"对外韩语翻译专业"入学择优录取标准

     只有外国人择优录取的新生才能申请

     (但， "对外韩语翻译专业"只能从2018学号开始申请)

 四、 AI融合专业申请指南

    1) 学号2021之后

       : 申请2学年课程的"AI融合专业"(※升入3年级时申请及分配细分课程)。

    2) 学号2020之前

       : 直接申请三学年希望细分课程(Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI) 

4. 分配确定公告: 预计在2024年1月中旬~下旬 [学士通知] 

※ 根据单独选拔申请对象的学科（部）日程，公告日程会有所变动。

5. 分配标准

一、 按照学科（部）分配标准 (※请参考附件)

二、优先分配已获得34学分以上的学生

三、 分配时成绩标准：2024年1月5日(周四) 成绩为准

    1) 此基准日起之后变动的成绩无相关

    2) 2023学年度冬季学期成绩不包括在内

    3) 2023学年度后期插班生（包括纯外国人专招插班生）的情况

       - 已修学分：被认定为本校学分为前大学学分＋本校第一学期取得学分

       - 平均评分：在本校取得的第一学期平均评分

  四、分配顺序

    1) [第1志愿] 34学分以上 →未达到34学分 → [第2志愿] 34 学分以上 → 未达到34学分

    2) LD/LT本科生申请没有各专业（部）分配标准的专业时优先分配

五、 同分者分配标准

     1) 平均评分同分者:优先分配已修学分高的学生

     2) 平均评分，已修学分相同者：同分者全员分配

6. 注意事项

一、 国际校区学科（专业）为希望第二专业的学生确认国际校区公告事项

二、 在两个校区都开设了的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

三、 各学科（专业）招生时，必须向专业办公室确认相关日程及资格

     (※ 请注意因未确认相关日程及资格而造成的损失属于学生本人过失。)

  四、 希望报考副专业及单一专业的学生，日后将通过综合信息系统另行申请。

    ※ 详细日程确认将于2024年1月中旬发布学士公告的"副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程"

五、(根据专业申请)需要修改已修分类时, 请填写学士综合支援中心网站格式箱的"进修分类变更申请书"并提交(※可随时提交。)
