2024학년도 제1학기 부전공 신청 및 이중/부전공 취소 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

1. 신청 대상 : (2023-2학기 기준) 2학기 ~ 7학기 재학생 및 휴학생 중

  가. 부전공 희망자 : 일반 부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청

  나. 이중/부전공 취소 희망자(단일전공 희망자) : 이중/부전공을 취소하고 전공심화 이수

2. 일정

  가. 신청 기간 : 2024년 1월 25일(목) 10시 ~ 1월 26일(금) 15시

   ※ 안내된 기간에만 운영하므로 일정 준수할 것(이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

  나. 결과 확인 : 2024년 1월 26일(금) 16시, 종합정보시스템

3. 신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 (※ 가. / 나. 중 하나의 방법으로 신청)

  가. 부전공 신청 : 전공심화＋부전공 또는 부전공 신청

    1) 신청 시 기존에 이수 중인 이중/부전공은 자동 취소됨(※ 별도 취소 절차 없음)

    2) “4. 유의 사항”의 다. 참고하여 부전공 신청으로 인한 이수구분 변경 신청

  나. 이중/부전공 취소(단일전공 희망자) : 이중전공/부전공 취소 신청

    1) 이중/부전공을 취소하는 경우 1전공을 심화로 필수 이수해야 함

       (단, 편입생 및 15학번 이후 순수외국인전형 입학생(사범대생 제외)은 의무 없음)

    2) 전공심화 시 1전공 이수학점은 학번대별/단과대학별 다를 수 있으므로 소속캠퍼스의 수강편람을 반드시 확인할 것

※ 신청 예시 : (전공이수제도 변경 관련) 첨부파일 참조

※ 제한사항

  가. 캠퍼스 간 부전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 학과로는 신청 불가

* 글로벌캠퍼스의 학과 폐지로 2023학번부터는 글로벌캠퍼스 학생이 아래의 학과로 신청 및 이수 가능

-> 영어대학 각 학과(전공), 프랑스어학부(기존 프랑스어과 포함), 노어과, 포르투갈어과, 태국어과, 인도어과, 중국학대학 각 전공, 일본학대학 각 전공

* 글로벌캠퍼스 아랍어통번역학과 폐지로 2021학번부터는 글로벌캠퍼스 학생이 서울캠 아랍어과로 신청 및 이수 가능

  나. 다음의 경우 부전공 이수가 제한됨

  다. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준 순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

      (단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

  라. 국가리더 및 데이터사이언스 융합전공은 부전공 이수 가능하고, 그 외 융합전공은 부전공 이수 신청 불가

      (융합전공으로 부전공 시, 후기이중전공 불가)

4. 유의 사항

  가. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

  나. 이수하는 이중/부전공 캠퍼스가 변경된 경우 이전 과목의 재수강은 이전 캠퍼스 이수기간에 재수강을 완료해야 함

      (※ 변경된 캠퍼스에서는 이전 캠퍼스 교과목 재수강 불가)

  다. (부전공 신청 및 이중/부전공 취소에 따라) 이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서”를 작성하여 제출 바람

Minor Application & Double Major/Minor Cancellation in Spring Semester 2024.

1. Applicant: (As of Fall Semester 2023) Enrolled students or students on leave who are currently in their 2^nd to 7^th semester

  A. Minor Application: Choose either a general minor or intensive courses with a minor.

B. Double Major/Minor Cancellation (Single Major only): Cancel the current double major/minor and take intensive major courses.

2. Schedule

  A. Application Period: Jan 25, 2024 (Thu, 10AM) ~ Jan 26, 2024 (Fri, 3PM)

   ※ Please make sure to make applications during the period (No extra application period is planned.)

  B. Results Announcement: Available on Jan 26, 2024 (Fri, 4PM) via Web Information System (종합정보시스템).

3. Application Process: Visit Web Information System (종합정보시스템) → Click Class Management (전공/교직관리) (※ Make applications through either A or B below.)

  A. Minor Application: Either Intensive courses with minor or Minor

a) Your previous double major/minor will be automatically cancelled.

(※ No additional step is needed.)

b) Apply for credit transfer by referring to C of Part 4. Notice below

if you need credit transfer due to the changes in your minor application.

  B. Double Major/Minor Cancellation (Single Major only): Apply for the cancellation of Double Major/Minor.

    a) Intensive courses of your first major is mandatory if you cancel your double major/minor.

     ※ Transfer students or international students who were accepted after 2-15 (except, for those majoring in College of Education) are exempt from the mandatory rule.

    b) Please check the course catalog of your department for more details as each department/major requires students to take different amounts of credits if you take intensive major courses.

※ Examples: Check the attached file regarding the updates on major courses

※ Restrictions

  A. For those who wish to apply for a minor only available in the other campus, please see the following list of departments that are unavailable for application.

* The abolition of several departments in Global Campus allows students who got accepted after 2023 to register for the courses of the majors below.

-> Each department of College of English, Department of French, Department of Russian, Department of Portuguese, Department of Thai, Department of Hindi, Each department of College of Chinese and College of Japanese

* The abolition of the Department of Arabic Interpretation and Translation in Global Campus allows students who got accepted after 2021 to register for the courses offered from the Department of Arabic in Seoul Campus.

  B. The departments below are unavailable for students with certain majors.

C. Only those who were accepted through the Foreigner Screening can minor in “Department of Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language” or “Department of Korean as a Foreign Language & Translation”.

(For Department of Korean as a Foreign Language & Translation, students who were accepted after the year of 2018can apply)

  D. Among all the Convergence majors, Only National Leader and Data Science Major are available for minors.

      Make sure to remember that students who choose convergence majors as their minor are unavailable to pursue the Second-term Double Major (후기이중전공).

4. Notice

  A. Students with convergence majors that are available in both campuses should take the courses at the campus they belong to.

B. Students who makes changes in the campus where they take their minor/double major should complete the re-taking of the courses from the previous campus during the previous campus completion period.

  (※ It is unable to retake courses having offered in the previous campus at the current, changed campus.)

C. Please submit the “Credit Transfer Application Form” at the Office of Academic Affairs and Management webpage in case you need the modification of credit category (along with the changes in the minor application or the double major/minor cancellation).

2024年度第1学期副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程公告如下

1. 申请对象 : (以2023-2学期为基准) 第2学期 ~ 第7学期的在校/休学生中

  一. 希望申请副专业的学生 : 一般副专业或是专业深化＋副专业申请

  二．希望取消第二/副专业(只针对单一专业学生) : 取消第二专业/副专业，进修专业深化

2. 日程

 一. 申请时间 : 2024年 1月 25日(周四) 10点 ~ 1月 26日(周五) 15点

     ※ 仅在规定的时间内进行，请遵守日程（此后没有运营计划）。

  二. 确认结果 : 2024年 1月 26日(周五) 16点， 可以在综合信息系统进行查询。

3. 申请方法 : 综合信息系统 → 专业/教职管理 （※一），二）中的一种方法申请）

 一．申请副专业 : 申请专业深化＋副专业或副专业

   1) 申请时，有进修中的双重/副专业将自动取消(※无需另行取消)。

   2) 参考"4.注意事项"的 四）项，因申请副专业而申请进修分类变更

 二. 取消第二/副专业（希望攻读单一专业学生） : 申请取消第二专业/副专业

   1) 取消第二专业/副专业时，必须深化1个专业

  （但是，插班生及15级以后的纯外国人入学学生（师范大学生除外）没有义务执行）

   2) 专业深化时第1专业进修学分可能因各年级/各大学而不同，请务必确认所属校区的听课便览。

※ 限制情况

  一. 希望攻读校区间的副专业时, 不可以申请以下限制学科

* 由于国际校区的学科废除，2023学号起国际校区的学生可对以下学科进行申请及进修。

-> 英语大学各学科（专业）、法语学部（包括现有法语系）、俄语系、葡语系、泰语系、印度语系、中国学大学各专业、日本学大学各专业

* 由于国际校区的阿拉伯语通翻译系废除，2021学号起国际校区的学生可申请及进修首尔校区的阿拉伯语系

  二. 以下情况下，副专业受限

  三. "外语韩语教育专业"及"对外韩语翻译专业"入学录取标准

     只有通过外国人录取新生才能申请

     （但"对外韩语翻译专业"只能从2018学号开始申请。）

 四. 国家领导及数据科学融合专业可以进修副专业，其他融合专业不能申请副专业。

4. 注意事项

  一. 在两个校区相同开设的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

  二. 进修的第二专业/副专业校区变更时, 上一科重修必须在上一科所在校区的重修期间完成重修。（※ 在变更后的校区不能重修之前的校区课程）

  三.（根据副申请及第二/副专业取消）需要修改进修分类时, 请填写学士综合支援中心网站格式箱的"进修分类变更申请书"并提交(※可随时提交)。
