외국인등록/체류기간연장 서류 목록표

1. 외국인 등록 (복학생 또는 외국인등록증이 없는 신입생)

   1. 통합신청서

   2. 여권 복사본 (인적사항&입국비자면)

   3. 사진 1매 (흰색배경, 3.5*4.5CM)

   4. 재학증명서

   5. 위임장 (행정사 통해서 신청 시 필수. 직접 신청 시 필요 없음)

   6. 부동산 계약서 사본 （계약기간이 만료된 경우 계약서 재작성 또는 최근 납부한 수도세&전기세 영수증)

     - 계약자 명의가 타인인 경우 : 부동산 계약서 ＋ 명의자 신분증 앞뒷면 복사본 ＋ 거주숙소제공확인서

     - 기숙사인 경우 : 기숙사거주증명서

     - 고시원인 경우 : 고시원 계약서 ＋ 사업자등록증 ＋ 월세 영수증

2. D-2 연장 신청 (외국인등록증 만료 전 국내에서 비자연장)

      - 기존 외국인등록증 상의 사진과 다른 사진 제출

단, 기존 외국인등록증이 최근 6개월 애 발급 된 경우 동일사진 제출 가능

   5. 표준입학허가서

   6. 최종학력 인증서류

   7. 최종학력 성적인증서류 (베트남 학생만)

   8. 은행잔고증명서

      - 어학당 → 학부 : 2400만원

      - 학부 → 대학원 : 같은 학교 : 1200만원 / 다른 학교 : 2400만원

   9. 어학당 재학 또는 수료증명서

   10. 어학당 전과정 출석 및 성적증명서

   11. 위임장 (행정사 통해서 신청 시 필수. 직접 신청 시 필요 없음)

   12. 부동산 계약서 사본 （계약기간이 만료된 경우 계약서 재작성 또는 최근 납부한 수도세&전기세 영수증)

      - 어학당 최근 체류허가기간 내 출석률이 70%미만인 학생

      - 대학교의 평균성적 혹은 직전학기 성적이 2.0미만인 학생

2. Extension of Sojourn Period for D-2

  (Visa extension in Korea before expiration of alien registration card)

3. Change of Status of Sojourn for D-2

  (Transfer student from another university or Korean Language center student from D4 to D2)

   1. An application form

   2. A copy of Passport (personal information page)

   3. An alien registration card

   4. A color photograph (white background, 3.5*4.5CM)

      - Submit photo that is different from alien registration card.

        if the alien registration card has been issued within the last 6 months, the existing photo can be submitted.

   5. A standardized acceptance letter

   6. A doc of final level of education

   7. A doc of high school transcripts (only Vietnamese)

   8. A doc of bank account balance (over $20,000)

      - Korean Language center → Undergraduate : 24,000,000won

      - Undergraduate → Graduate : Same university : 12,000,000won / Other university : 24,000,000won

   9. Certificate of enrollment or completion by language school

   10. A transcript by language school (attendance late)

   11. A power of attorney (only necessary when applying through visa agency service)

   12. A copy of lease contract （If the contract period on the real estate contract has expired, rewrite the real estate contract or submit additional water tax or electricity payment receipts)

     - 签约名义为他人时 : 住房合同复印件 ＋ 签约人外国人登陆证正反面复印件 ＋ 提供借住确认书

     - 宿舍 : 宿舍居住证明书

     - 考试院 : 考试院签约合同 ＋ 考试院事业者登陆证 ＋ 月租缴纳证明

3. D-2 变更申请（转校生及语学堂D4→D2）

   1. 出入境统一格式申请书

   2. 护照首页信息页复印件

   3. 外国人登陆证原件

   4. 照片一张 (白色背景, 3.5*4.5CM)

      - 需要提交和之前登陆证不同的照片，但如果之前使用的登陆证是在6个月以内申请的话可以提交同样的照片

   5. 标准入学通知书

   6. 最终学历证明材料

   7. 存款证明

     - 语学堂 → 本科 ：2400万

     - 本科 → 研究生 ： 学校相同：1200万 / 学校不同：2400万

   8. 语学堂在学或结业证明书

   9. 语学堂期间全部出勤及成绩证明

   10. 代办委托书（只有通过代办公司申请时才需要提交，本人亲自办理时无需提交）

   11. 住房合同复印件 (合同到期的情况需要重新签合同或提供最近缴纳水电费的证明)
