1. 종학정보시스템 계좌번호 등록 : 필수 (미등록시 자격 취소됨)

예금주명 : 한글 이름 (영어 입력 안 됨)

2. 언어능력 우수장학금

① 신청대상 및 일정

신청시기	2023년 9월 25일 (월) – 2023년 10월 04일 (수)
제출서류	① 장학금 신청서 ② 어학성적표 (유효기간 이내여야 함)
유의사항	① 낮은 등급으로 장학금을 받은 학생은 높은 등급의 장학금을 수령 가능 ② 전액 장학생 수혜자 신청 불가

3. 외국인우수장학금

신청시기	2023년 9월 25일 (월) – 2023년 10월 04일 (수)
제출서류	① 장학금신청서

4. 장학금 신청 방법

① 기존 이메일로 장학금 신청했던 방식을 더 이상 사용하지 않음(주의요망)

② 2021-2학기부터 한국외대 외국인유학생종합지원센터(HUFS ISSC) 홈페이지

(http://issc.hufs.ac.kr) “장학금 신청 시스템” 통한 전산 신청 방식으로 변경

③ 장학금 신청 시스템 클릭 -> 장학금 신청 페이지 링크 -> 로그인(종합정보시스템 계정) -> “APPLY” 버튼 클릭하여 장학금 신청 -> 업로드 된 내역 없을 경우, 알럿 및 리턴 처리됨. (즉, 반드시 업로드) 정상 제출 시 자동으로 장학금 신청 내역 페이지로 이동. - 외국 국적의 등록한 학부생들만 로그인 가능하며, 아닐 경우, 알럿 발생하여 로그인 페이지로 재이동

※ 반드시 10월 04일(수)까지 HUFS ISSC 홈페이지 장학금 신청 시스템을 통해 신청하셔야 하며, 신청 기간 내 신청하지 않은 경우, 장학금 지급이 불가함을 알려 드립니다.

2023-2 Scholarship for International Students

1. Register your account number on HUFS portal: required (unless your scholarship would be cancelled.)

Account holder: Name in Korean (You cannot type in English.)

2. Language Skills Scholarship

Application Material	① Application form for Scholarship ② copy of the certificate of your test result (within the valid date)
Note	① the recipient of the scholarship also can apply, but only for higher level ② Recipients of full-scholarships are not eligible to apply.

3. GPA-based Scholarship

Candidate Selection	① undergraduate students from 2nd ~ 8th semester of enrollment in Seoul and Global campus (Freshman students, students on a leave of absence, students who use the installment plan for tuition, students who attend language school and graduate students are not eligible to apply) ② international students who got 12＋credits from their previous semester ③ international students whose GPA of previous semester is above 3.5 ※ Recipients of full-scholarships are not eligible to apply. ※ Recipients of other GPA-based scholarships are not eligible to apply.(학장, 학과장 장학금)

4. How to apply

① We will provide the new Scholarship Application System through HUFS ISSC website(http://issc.hufs.ac.kr) from the second semester of 2021.

② Click “Scholarship Application System” -> Go to the application link -> Log in with your Web Information System account -> Click “APPLY” for application -> If there is no history of files uploaded, your application will not be processed and an ａlert will pop up. (Hence, you must upload your files) If all the necessary files have been successfully uploaded, you will automatically get to the Scholarship Application History page.

③ Only enrolled undergraduate international students can log in. In any other case, an ａlert will pop up and you will be taken back to the login page.

※ You must apply for the scholarships via the Scholarship Application System mentioned above by October 4th. Unless the documents are not submitted between September 25th and October 4th, the scholarship will not be paid.

2023年2学期外国人奖学金申请指南

1. 在综合信息系统填写账号 : 请务必填写 (未填写时取消资格)

예금주명 : 韩文姓名 (不用填写存折上的英语姓名，确保账号正确就可以)

2. 语言成绩奖学金

① 申请对象及日程

提交材料	① 奖学金申请书 ② 语言成绩证明书 (需在有效期内)
注意事项	① 以低等级语言成绩取得过奖学金的学生还可以以高等级再领取一次 ② 全额奖学生无法申请本奖学金

4. 奖学金申请方法

① 以往通过邮件申请奖学金的方式将不再使用（请注意）

② 2021-2学期开始，变更为通过韩国外大外国人留学生综合支援中心 (HUFS ISSC http://issc.hufs.ac.kr) 官方网页的 “奖学金申请系统” 进行网上申请

③ 点击奖学金申请系统 > 奖学金申请页面 > 登入（综合信息系统账户）> 点击APPLY按钮申请奖学金 > 如果没有上传内容，将会收到提示并退出（即, 必须上传）

正确提交后会自动连接至奖学金申请详情页面

* 只有外国国籍的学部生可以登入，否则将会收到提示并再次移动至登入页面

※ 请务必在10月04日(周三)之前通过奖学金申请系统申请，如在奖学金申请期间没有申请奖学金，则不予以发放奖学金
