중동연구소 인문사회연구사업단은 한국중동학회와 유관기관 및 유관연구소와 공동으로 국제학술대회를 개최하였다.

백승훈 전임연구원은 2세션 1분과에서 ‘Revisiting the Sustainability and Eco-Friendly Design on Smart City Project and Carbon Neutrality of the Middle East’라는 제목으로 발표하였으며, 김은지 책임연구원은 3세션 1분과에서 ‘The Change of Media Industry in the Arab World: Expansion of OTT Platforms and De-Arabization of Cultural Production’이라는 제목으로 발표하였다.

서정민 전임연구원은 3세션 2분과에서 ‘A Study on the Teaching Method of College Gulf Arabic Class as General Education’이라는 제목의 발표에 토론하였으며, 이경수 전임연구원은 3세션 1분과에서 ‘Museum in Jordan as a Place for Constructing National Identity: Bedouin, 1916 Uprising, and the Land of Ancient Civilizations’라는 제목의 발표에 토론하였다.

김수완 공동연구원은 3세션 1분과 좌장을 맡았으며, 안소연 초빙연구원은 개회식을 진행하고 1세션에서 ‘The Impact of the Diplomatic Relations Between Morocco and Korea: An Economic and Political Overview & Evaluation’이라는 제목의 발표에 토론하였다.
