행사에 관심이 있는 외국인 학생들은 첨부파일을 참고하여 연등회 관람 신청 및 체험 신청서 등을 작성하여 해당 기관에 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

Invitation to the Lantern Parade For International Guests Greetings
Yeondeunghoe is pleased to resume the Lotus Lantern Festival this year 2023.
During the parade, 100,000 Lanterns will brighten the whole world and our mind. Behold a brilliant ocean of light from the
countless, colorful handheld lanterns and the grand ornate lantern floats in the festival. The Lantern Parade is the highlight of the Lotus Lantern Festival.

Time: 19:00 ~ 21:30
Venue: Jongro 3 Ga, Seoul, in front of Tapgol Park,
Booth Number: Entrance A
Dress code: Casual and warm

How to get there:
Take subway No.1 to Jongno 3-Ga Station, Exit 1
Take subway No.3 to Jongno 3-Ga Station, Exit 2-1
Take subway No.5 to Jongno 3-Ga Station, Exit 5

You can reserve seats to watch the spectacular Lantern Parade, and at the end you may follow the parade to Jogyesa Temple which will start from around 21:10 and last for 15 minutes.
Beautiful lanterns will be prepared for registered marchers.
Please make a reservation as soon as possible to secure your seat. Your seats will be reserved until 18:50. If you do not
show up until then, the seats will be given to others on the waiting list.
