[Internship/Remote Work] K-pop Global Community Manager

[H2K Introduction]

• H2K makes it easy to read and speak for everyone. With the mobile application ‘Sojunghangeul,’ H2K has ranked 4th place in Korean Language Education Industry based on its sales.

• H2K hopes to make a great leap forward in the global market beyond Korea. We are stepping into the Korean Language Education market for foreigners through a mobile application called “BB.”

• H2K is looking for a marketing intern who can create a community and application for global users who are interested in K-pop, Korean culture, and Korean Language.

• It is a 3-month paid internship position working remotely.

[Main Responsibilities/Roles]

• Setting and management of BB Social media channel (Twitter, etc.)
  • Roles of BB Social Media Channel
    • Advertise BB application
    • Activate the K-pop fans’ community who are the potential customers of BB
    • Customer support channel related to BB service
• Produce social media content for application users & community activation
• Collaborate with relevant departments for issue reporting/to deal with the application service.

[Qualifications]

• Regardless of academic background
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Experienced in managing social media channels
• Experienced in creating/producing social media contents
• Interested in K-pop

[Preferred Candidates]

• Interested in designing K-pop platforms
• Interested in designing mobile application service
• Interested in UI/UX
• Experienced in using social media post makers (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop)
• Experienced in using collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Google, Notion)
• Interested in Korean Language Education for foreigners

[Terms of Employment]

• Remote work
• Working hours: 20 hours per week
• Internship contract period: 3 months
