대면수업 실시에 따른 방역 및 관련 사항 안내

우리 대학은 일상회복을 위한 학사 운영 방안에 따라 11월 1일(월)부터 일부 수업을 대면으로 진행할 예정이며, 대면수업을 위하여 학교에서 준비 중인 방역 사항 및 수업 관련 방역 요청사항을 아래와 같이 안내하오니 많은 협조를 바랍니다.

■ 학교 방역 대책

서울캠퍼스 교내 모든 건물 및 강의실 1일 1회 소독

2. 서울캠퍼스 교내 각 건물 입구 및 강의실 내 손소독겔 비치

3. 출입구 혼잡 예방을 위한 발열 및 QR체크 기기 증설

4. 교수회관 및 학생식당 수용인원 제한 및 거리두기 강화

■ 수업 관련 협조 요청

1. 의심 증상이 있는 학생의 경우 등교를 하지 않고 담당 교수에게 사전 연락

2. 수업 전 담당 교수는 수강생 중 코로나19 의심증세(발열, 기침 등)가 있는 학생이 있는지 확인하여 주시고, 의심증세가 있는 학생이 있다면 즉시 보건실(내선 2139)로 연락하여 주십시오.

3. 담당 교수와 수강생 모두 강의 시작부터 종료 시까지 마스크를 착용하여 주십시오.

4. 강의실 안에서는 거리두기를 유지하고, 불필요한 대화와 접촉을 자제하여 주십시오.

5. 강의실 환기를 적극적으로 시행하여 주십시오.

6. 수업 시간에 맞추어 등교하고 수업 종료 직후 하교하여, 교내 공간에 머무르는 시간을 최소화하여 주십시오.

7. 확진자, 자가격리자, 유증상자 등의 등교 금지 관련은 아래 표에 따라 주십시오.

■ 국제학사 코로나 확진자 발생 시 대처 요령

1. 코로나 확진자 발생 시 해당 학생에게 사실 여부 확인 후 임시격리조치

2. 룸메이트에게 확진자 발생에 따른 PCR 검사를 받도록 안내 및 임시격리조치

3. 해당 호실 및 엘리베이터 등 공용공간 소독

4. 확진자가 신속하고 안전하게 치료기관으로 이송될 수 있도록 보건실 및 동대문구청과 협조

5. 확진자 발생을 기숙생에게 알리고 PCR 검사를 받도록 안내

6. 치료 경과 및 완치상황 점검

■ 글로벌홀 코로나19 환자 발생 시 대처 요령

1. 코로나19 관련 증상자 발생 시 기숙사 상황 파악 후 학교 보건실 상황 보고(필요 시 동대문구 보건소 보고)

   가. 호실 내 격리 조치 및 밀접접촉자 PCR 검사 안내

   나. 별도 격리 필요 시 예비격리장소 이동 조치

   다. 환자가 이용한 시설, 공용공간 소독 진행

   라. 호실 외 기숙사 시설 사용 금지 안내

   마. 운영팀에서 긴급 생필품(생수, 해열제 등) 지원

   바. 호실 내 격리 시 마스크 착용 및 외부 출입 불가 안내

   사. 환자 상태 관련 필요 시 학교 보건실 수시 보고

2. 보건소 및 역학조사관 지침에 따라 접촉자에 대한 개별검사 안내 공지

   가. 밀접접촉자의 경우 전화로 관련 내용 전달(격리 및 검사 이행 촉구)

3. 격리 장소 확정 및 이송 전 환자 생활 지원

   가. 격리시설 이동 전까지 생활 지원(식사 및 생필품 지원)

Quarantine and Face-to-Face Instruction Information

Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) plans to deliver some classes in person starting Monday, November 1st in accordance with the academic operation plan. We ask for your cooperation as we outline the following requests below.

- 아      래 -

■ School Quarantine Measures

All buildings at the Seoul campus will be disinfected once per day.

2. Hand sanitizer will provided at the entrance of each building and classroom.

3. Additional temperature checking and QR Code equipment will be added at building entrances to facilitate quicker entry into buildings.

4. The number of people allowed in faculty halls and the student cafeteria will be limited to improve social distancing.

■ Class-time Requests

1. Students with possible COVID-19 symptoms cannot attend school and must inform professors about their symptoms.

2. Prior to the start of class, the professor in charge will check students for any symptoms (e.g., fever, cough). If any students have COVID-19 symptoms, HUFS’ public health office will be contacted immediately (ext. 2139).

3. Faculty and students are required to wear a face mask throughout the entire class.

4. Social distance must be maintained during class, and students should avoid unnecessary talking and physical contact.

5. Classrooms must be ventilated actively (e.g., opening windows, fans).

6. Minimize the amount of time spent on campus by coming to school only for classes and leaving immediately after classes end.

7. Follow the guidelines listed in the table below regarding campus attendance and c○nfirmed COVID-19 cases, students in self-isolation, and symptomatic persons.

■ GlobeeDorm Resident COVID-19 Case Guidelines

1. Temporary quarantine until details about the c○nfirmed COVID-19 student have been c○nfirmed.

2. Roommates will take a PCR test in addition to conducting temporary quarantine.

3. Common spaces (e.g., elevators, public rooms) will be disinfected.

4. After reporting the c○nfirmed case, cooperation between the public health office and Dongdaemun-gu Health office so the student can be moved quickly and safely to a treatment facility.

5. Inform the dorm office after receive a positive PCR test and inform others to undergo PCR testing.

6. Monitor treatment progress and check on the student’s recovery status.

■ Global Hall Resident COVID-19 Case Guidelines

1. If a student with COVID-19 related symptoms arises, inquire about their dormitory situation and report it to the school health office (if necessary, report it the Dongdaemun-gu Health Office as well).

   가. Protocols for quarantine measures in dorm rooms and PCR testing for close-contact individuals

   나. Moved to a preliminary quarantine location when self-isolation is required.

   다. Disinfection of facilities and common spaces that were used by the COVID-19 c○nfirmed student.

   라. Restricted use of dormitory facilities outside the dorm room.

   마. The Operations Team will provide emergency necessities (e.g., water, medication)

   바. Advise students to wear face masks and to not enter rooms where students are quarantining.

   사. Report one’s health condition to the school Health Office when requested.

2. Announce the student’s test results for general public in accordance with guidelines from public health centers and epidemiological investigators.

   가. In the case of students in close contact, related information will be delivered directly by phone (isolation and PCR testing is urged).

3. Confirming the quarantine location and support

   가. Daily life support before being transferred to a treatment facility (e.g., meals, necessities).

   나. Transfer guide for leaving the quarantine facility

   다. Disinfection of facilities and common spaces used by patients in cooperation with the quarantine team at Dongdaemun-gu Public Health Center

   라. Disinfect the room and separate waste before transport (collection from public health center)

有关实施线下授课时的检疫相关指南

我校计划从11月1日（周一）起，按照日常恢复学术的管理计划，进行部分面授课程。请同学们积极配合以下学校为线下授课班级符合检疫要求而准备的检疫措施。

- 以     下 -

■ 学校防疫措施

1. 每天一次对首尔校区的所有建筑和教室进行消毒

2. 在首尔校区每栋楼入口处和教室里摆放手消毒凝胶

3. 增设测温和二维码检测设备，以防止入口拥堵

4. 限制教职工餐厅和学生食堂的人数，加强使用人员间距离规范

■ 授课相关协助请求

1. 如同学出现可疑症状时，请不要来校，提前与教授联系。

2. 上课前，请负责教授检查学生中是否有 COVID-19 的症状（发烧、咳嗽等）的学生，如果有疑似症状学生请立即与保健室（内线 2139）联系.

3. 请教授和学生课间课外都务必佩戴口罩。

4. 请在课堂上保持距离，避免不必要的交谈和接触。

5. 教室内积极通风。

6. 请准时来校并在下课后立即离开学校，请最大限度地减少逗留在学校内的时间。

7. 有关确诊人员、自我隔离人员以及有症状者的禁止来校事项请参照下表。

■ 国际学士馆出现新冠患者时的对应要领

1. 如发现新冠患者则向该同学确认事实后实施临时隔离措施。

2. 引导其室友进行PCR检测并实施临时隔离措施。

3、需对相应房间、电梯等公共空间进行消毒。

4. 为了将确诊患者快速安全地转移到治疗机构， 积极配合保健室和东大门区厅。

5. 将确诊病例告知宿舍其他同学，指导其进行核酸检测。

6. 确认治疗进展及康复与否。

■ 国际宿舍（Global Hall）出现 COVID-19 患者时的对应要领

1. 当出现COVID-19 相似症状患者时，确认宿舍情况并向学校保健室报告情况（如有必要，向东大门区保健所报告）。

    a) 指导学生在宿舍内进行隔离措施及知道密切接触者进行核酸检测。

    b) 如需单独隔离，则将学生转移到预备隔离地点。

    c) 对患者使用过的设施和公共空间进行消毒。

    d) 通知确诊学生禁止使用房间外的其他宿舍设施。

    e) 运营团队为确诊学生提供应急必需品（矿泉水、退烧药等）。

    f) 通知确诊学生室内隔离时佩戴口罩且禁止外出。

    g) 必要时向学校保健室报告患者的病情。

2. 按照保健所和流行病学调查馆的指导方针，告知密切接触者进行个别检测

    a) 若是密切接触者则电话通报相关信息（敦促其进行隔离及检测）。

3. 隔离场所确定前以及移送前对患者进行生活上的支援

    a) 移送至隔离设施前为止对其进行生活上的支援（餐食和日用品支援）。

    b) 移送至隔离设施时为其规划单独的移动路线。

    c) 与东大门区保健所的检疫小组合作，对患者使用过的设施和公共空间进行消毒。

    d) 对房间进行消毒,并对移送前所留的垃圾进行单独处理（保健所收取）。
