Notice: Course registration is to be done in order of the student year based on the registration of the Spring semester. So, please check your year from Wishlist(장바구니).

 

★How to check ‘Your Year in College?’: ‘수강신청/장바구니 바로가기’

 

 

  (예 : 등록횟수 3∼4회는 2학년, 5∼6회는 3학년, 7회 이상은 4학년)

  (ex. if you have registered 3 or 4 times, you are in your second year. If you have registered 7 times or above, you  are in your fourth year.)

 

※ 수강신청 기간[2019. 2. 11(월)~2019. 2. 25(월)] 동안 신청인원이 0명인 강좌는 자동 폐강 됨.

Notice: If a class has no applying students during the course registration period[2019. 2. 11(Mon)~2019. 2. 25(Mon.)], then it is automatically cancelled.

- 학교 홈페이지 – Hot Link <수강신청 장바구니 바로가기>로 로그인 HUFS official webpage → Hot Link → <수강신청 장바구니 바로가기> → Log-in ‘수강신청/장바구니 바로가기’     - 수강희망과목을 선택하여 장바구니에 담기(최대 15강좌) Choose courses you would like to take and put them in your wishlist(장바구니): maximum 15 classes   - 수강신청기간에 장바구니 목록에서 수강할 과목을 선택하여 수강신청 During the course registration period, use the wishlist(장바구니).   - 장바구니 이용기간 : 2019. 1. 30(수) 10:00 ~ 수강신청 변경 종료시 까지 Period: from 2019. 1. 30(Wed.) to the Course Registration Alteration period, 10:00-16:00

 

과목별 조회 신청 By searching each subject/class

- 학교 홈페이지 – Hot Link <수강신청 또는 수강신청 변경 바로가기>로 로그인 HUFS official webpage → Hot Link → <수강신청 장바구니 바로가기> → Log-in ‘수강신청/장바구니 바로가기’     - 전공, 이중(부)전공, 교양 등 영역별로 개설 과목을 조회하여 한 과목씩 수강신청 Searching by major(전공), double major & minor(이중(부)전공), liberal arts(교양) and registering one by one.   - 과목조회 신청은 수강신청(변경)기간 중에만 이용할 수 있음. Checking the courses you have signed up for is only possible during the Course Registration Alteration Period.

 

 

※ 모바일 앱 수강신청 서비스 종료 : 2017-2학기부터 어플리케이션 사용 불가

※ 수강신청 대기 순번 시스템 도입

Notice: Waiting List Function(수강신청 대기 순번 시스템)

 

- 접속자가 많은 경우 로그인 및 수강신청 모든 요청에 대기 순번을 발급하고 순차적으로 서비스를 제공함.

- 유의사항 : 대기 순번 부여받은 후 ‘새로고침(F5)’을 하거나 메뉴를 반복 클릭하면 최후 번호로 재발급되어 대기시간이 늘어남. 자세한 사항은 붙임 파일 참조

- In order to prevent issues with connecting to the server and the use of bots and automated scripts, we are now using a new system.

- If there is an excessive number of connection requests at the same time, all login and course registration requests will be  issued a waiting number and  processed in that order.

- If you press ‘F5’ or the menu button consecutively after you get a waiting number, a new waiting number will be issued. You will be put at the very end of the waiting list, and thus your waiting time will be longer. Please wait until the process is done.

4 수강신청 유의사항 (자세한 사항은 수강편람 참조)

Things you need to be aware of for Course Registration (please look up the student handbook for further information)

 

가. 수강신청은 수강신청(변경)기간 중 반드시 학생 본인이 하여야 함.

1)    Course registration must be personally done during the specified period

나. 2019학년도 1학기 휴학신청자는 수강신청 할 수 없음.

2)    Students on leave of absence for this coming semester cannot register for courses.

다. 강좌별 “비고”란의 수강대상을 확인한 후 수강신청 함.

3)    Please check “비고” for each course and then register.

라. 수강금지과목은 수강신청 할 수 없음. (수강편람 참조)

4)    Certain courses are not available, so please refer to the studenthandbook(수강편람) on page 115 and download the excel file, or contact each departments office for further information.

 

마. 타캠퍼스 개설 교과목 신청

5)    Applying for courses offered by other campus (Seoul/Global Campus)

 (1) 타캠퍼스 학과의 전공을 이중전공 또는 부전공으로 이수허가 받은 학생에 한하여 타캠퍼스 해당 이중(부)전공 과목을 수강신청 할 수 있음.(교양, 자유선택 수강 불가)

 a) Only students who are permitted to take major courses in the other campus as their double major or minor can apply for courses offered at the other campus.* Liberal arts(교양) and Elective Subject(자유선택) are not available.

 (2) 단, 철학, 사학, 언어인지과학과의 전공을 부전공으로 이수하는 서울캠퍼스 학생은 서울캠퍼스에 부전공 교과목이 개설되므로 서울캠퍼스 개설 강좌를 수강하여야함.

또한 정치외교학, 행정학, 언론.정보, 광고.PR.브랜딩,방송.영상.뉴미디어를 부전공으로 이수하는 글로벌캠스 학생은 글로벌캠퍼스에 부전공 교과목이 개설되므로 글로벌캠퍼스 개설 강좌를 수강하여야 함.

b)    Students from Seoul campus majoring or minoring in Philosophy, History, and Linguistics and Cognitive Science must take courses at the Seoul campus because those departments provide minor courses within the campus.

c)    Students from Global campus minoring in Political Science and Diplomacy, Public Administration, Journalism & Information, Advertising·Public Relations·Branding, Broadcasting·Film·New Media must take courses at the Global campus because those departments provide minor courses within the campus.

 

5. 수강신청 변경

6. 폐강 공고

Course Cancellation

  가. 1차 폐강공고: 2018. 2.26(화) 또는 2. 27(수) 예정 

 1)   First Cancelled Courses Announcement: 2018. 2.26(Tue.) or 2. 27(Wed.) Prearranged

 

  나. 2차 폐강강좌 대체 수강신청 : 2019. 3. 13(수) ~ 3. 15(금) 16:00 학사종합지원센터

  (자세한 사항은 추후 폐강 공고 참조) 

  2)    Alternatives for cancelled courses: 2019. 3. 13 (Wed.)-3. 15(Fri.) at 16:00 from Academic Support Center and    Registrar (학사종합지원센터) *further information will be announced afterwards.)

7. 재수강과목 연결

Linking Retaken Courses

  가. 일정 : 2019. 3. 13(수) 10:00 ~ 3. 15(금) 17:00

  1)    Period: 2019. 3. 13(Wed.)-3. 15(Fri.), 10:00-17:00

  나. 방법 : 종합정보시스템 – 수업/수강관리 – 재수강과목선택

  ※ 자세한 사항은 수강편람의 재수강 안내 참조 바람.

   2)    Web Information System(종합정보시스템) → Class/enrollment management(수업/수강관리) → 재수강과목선택

※Notice: Please refer to the Student Handbook for more details → Guide to Retaking Courses(재수강)

*Linking Retaking Courses is for when you retake a course or when you retake a course with a different course under the same category (ex. Liberal Arts courses). For courses that you have applied to retake, students need to check if they have been properly linked as a retaking course and registered.            

 

 

8. 수강신청 취소

Cancellation Period

  가. 일정 : 2019. 3. 25(월) ~ 29(금), 매일 10:00 ~ 22:00, 토․일요일 불가

  1)    Period: 2019. 3. 25(Mon.)-29(Fri.) 10:00-22:00, except Saturday and Sunday

 나. 방법 : 학교 홈페이지 – Hot Link <수강신청 취소 바로가기>

  2)    HUFS official webpage → Hot Link → <수강신청 취소 바로가기>

  다. 제한 : 12학점 미만으로 취소할 수 없음(4학년은 예외이나 전체 취소 불가)

  3)    Students taking less than 12 credits cannot cancel courses. (This rule does not apply to Senior students, but it is not possible for them to cancel all their courses.)

      ※ 수강신청은 12학점 미만으로 가능하나, 이 경우 수강 취소 불가

      ※ Notice: students can take less than 12 credits, but they cannot cancel any of their courses.

제한인원 증원이 가능한가요? Can I request for the increasement of the number of seats for the class?	증원처리는 각 학과에서 결정/시스템 증원 처리 가능하므로 해당 학과 사무실로 문의 또는 요청하시기 바랍니다. 단, 교양은 증원 불가합니다. It depends on each department, so please contact the department office for the request or further information. However, for liberal arts classes the number of seats cannot be increased.
온라인으로 수강신청하지 못한 과목을 교수님께 허락(사인)받아 수강할 수 있나요? Can I ask the professors for permission to take courses  that I have failed to register online?	불가합니다. 모든 과목은 수강신청기간 또는 수강신청 변경(개강 첫 주)기간에 학생 본인이 온라인으로 수강신청을 완료하여야 합니다. 제한인원이 꽉 찬 전공(이중/부전공) 과목을 담당 교수님이 구두로 수강 허용하는 경우에도, 반드시 해당 학과의 수업 담당 조교가 제한 인원을 늘려주어 학생이 온라인 수강신청을 완료하여야 합니다. No, that is not possible. Every course must be registered online personally by students during the course registration or alteration period(first week of the semester). Even if a professor give oral permission for you to attend a major(double major/minor) class that is full, you have to visit the department offices so that the teaching assistants can increase the limited seats for you to take that class.
강의시간표의 비고의 문구의 의미가 궁금합니다. 어디로 물어봐야 하나요? What does ‘비고’ on class schedule(강의시간표) mean? Where should I ask?	강좌를 개설한 해당 학과 사무실로 문의하시기 바랍니다. Contact the relevant department office offering the courses.
수강신청을 하는데 제한이 걸려있어 수강신청이 불가하다는 메시지가 뜹니다. A Message saying “restricted(제한된 강좌)” pops up while doing course registration.	강좌를 개설한 학과에서 제한/허용을 설정한 경우입니다. 해당 학과 사무실로 문의하시기 바랍니다. It means that the relevant departments offering the courses have set a restriction/permit. Please contact the related offices.
