2019 학년도 봄 학기 외국인 학부 유학생 학습 멘토링 프로그램 참가자 모집

 

 

  본교의 후배 유학생들이 한국 생활 및 학교 생활에 쉽게 적응할 수 있도록 멘토로 활동하며 도움을 줄 수 있는

유학생을 선발하니 관심 있는 외국인 유학생들은 지원해주시기 바랍니다 .

■ 멘토링 프로그램 진행 일정 (※ 일정은 학교 사정에 의해 변경될 수 있습니다 .)

■ 지원 대상 학과 : 경영대학 , 미디어커뮤니케이션학부 , 국제학부 , ELLT/영어학과 ,

                           중국어통번역학과 (글로벌 캠퍼스 ), 중국어대학 소속의 2 학년 이상 재학인 외국인 유학생

 

■ 지원 가능 기준 : 현재 해당 학과에 재학 중인 2~4 학년 학생(직접 멘티 3~5명 모집 가능자, 멘티 임의로 배정 될 수도 있음.)

 

■ 멘토링 활동 내용

 

 ▷ 멘토는 본인 소속의 단과대학 및 학과 재학생 대상으로 멘토링 실시

     ※ 멘토 1 명당 멘티 3 명 배치 예정

 ▷ 효율적인 멘토링 활동을 위한 오프라인 만남 및 온라인 연락

 ▷ 학습 상담뿐만 아니라 해당 단과대학 공지사항 등 안내 지원

 ▷ 멘토링 일지 작성 (매 달 1 회 ) 및 멘토링 결과보고서 제출

 ▷ 전체 모임 참석 (2 달에 1 회 -상기 일정은 학교 사정에 따라 변동될 수 있음 )

 

■ 선발 인원 :  3 ~ 5명  

 

■ 멘토링 장학금 지급

  - 선발된 멘토는 학기 말 장학금 지급 예정 (20 만원 )

 

 

 

Recruiting mentors for 2019 Spring semester

 

 

Dear full-degree international students,

Greetings from the HUFS Office of International Admissions and Management (OIAM).

 

We are recruiting mentors who can help new students adjust to Korean life and school life, and mentees who want to get some help for their student life.

 

Please apply for this mentoring program if you are interested.

  ■ Eligible Mentor majors: International Students who are in the 3rd semester or above,  majoring in College of Business, Media Communication Division, Division of International Studies, ELLT/English Linguistics, Chinese Interpretation &Translation(Global Campus), and College of Chinese 

 

  ■ Eligible Mentor applicants: 2 nd ~ 4 th year 

*You must be a student in one of the majors noted above and in the second ~ fourth year

 (You should be able to recruit 3~5 mentees yourself. You may randomly be matched with potential mentees.) 

 

  ■ Duties

 ▷ Mentoring other international students with the same major

 ▷ Off-line and Online(SNS) mentoring

 ▷ Helping other students study and share new information of the department

 ▷ Submitting monthly activity reports

    (submitted via email by the end of the month) and the final report upon completion 

 ▷ Attending a mandatory meeting every two months (may change depending on the situation)

 

■ Number of students to be recruited : 3 ~ 5

 

■Scholarship

- The one who is selected as a mentor for this program will receive a certain amount of

  scholarship (200,000 won) in the end of semester.
