[☁️February Monthly Report☁️]

Hello, this is the 16th DIS Student Council DIS-CO. We're here with updates on the programs we've held and the expenses that DIS-CO has made during February of 2020!

🌤DIS-CO Programs

1. 2020 DIS Freshmen OT (Feb. 10th)
The Freshmen Orientation School (Feb.12,13,14) was cancelled due to the Coronavirus. However, we made minor adjustments to the program and substituted them in the Feb. 10th Freshmen OT event.

2. DIS Room
After cleaning the DIS room, necessities were purchased.

Due to the Coronavirus, the Freshmen Orientation School, Graduation, and the Freshmen Class Registration are all cancelled.

🌤Monthly Financial Report
Due to the 2019 fiscal year ending on the last day of February, the leftover school expenses were all spent on holding programs and purchasing equipment for the DIS room (print supplies, table, etc.). Please refer to the link below for more details.

안녕하세요. 국제학부 제16대 학생회 DIS-CO 입니다. 2020년 2월에 DIS-CO가 집행한 사업과 지출 내역에 대한 보고 내용을 담은 카드뉴스를 가져왔습니다!

🌤DIS-CO 진행 사업

1. 2020 국제학부 새내기 오티 (2월 10일)
국제학부 20학번 신입생을 대상을으로 OT를 진행했습니다. 코로나 바이러스로 인해 2월 12,13,14일로 예정되어 있던 새내기 배움터가 취소되었기에, OT를 새터 대처프로그램으로 수정하여 진행했습니다.

2. 새맞이 과방 재정비
과방을 대청소 한 후, 필요한 물품들을 구입하였습니다.

코로나 바이러스로 인해 기존에 예정되어 있던 새내기 배움터, 졸업식, 새내기 수강신청 사업은 모두 취소되었습니다.

🌤월간 재정 보고
2019 학년도 회계연도가 2월 막일로 종료됨에 따라, 잔여 교비를 모두 사용하여 행사를 진행하였고, 프린트 비품,테이블 등 과방 재정비에 필요한 물품들은 구매 하였습니다. 자세한 사항은 아래 페이스북 페이지를 참고해주시길 바랍니다.
