2023학년도 제2학기 부전공 신청 및 이중/부전공 취소 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

- 아   래 -

1. 신청 대상 : (2023-1학기 기준) 2학기 ~ 7학기 재학생 및 휴학생 중

  가. 부전공 희망자 : 일반 부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청

  나. 이중/부전공 취소 희망자(단일전공 희망자) : 이중/부전공을 취소하고 전공심화 이수

2. 일정

  가. 신청 기간 : 2023년 7월 31일(월) 10시 ~ 8월 1일(화) 15시

     ※ 안내된 기간에만 운영하므로 일정 준수할 것(이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

  나. 결과 확인 : 2023년 8월 1일(화) 16시, 종합정보시스템

     ※ 부전공 신청 확정 시 이전에 이수하던 이중/부전공은 자동 취소됨

3. 신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 (※ 가), 나) 중 하나의 방법으로 신청)

  가. 부전공 신청 : 전공심화＋부전공 또는 부전공 신청

    1) 신청 시 기존에 이수 중인 이중/부전공은 자동 취소됨(※ 별도 취소 절차 없음)

    2) “4. 유의사항”의 다)항 참고하여 부전공 신청으로 인한 이수구분 변경 신청

  나. 이중/부전공 취소(단일전공 희망자) : 이중전공/부전공 취소 신청

    1) 이중/부전공을 취소하는 경우 1전공을 심화로 필수 이수해야 함

       (단, 편입생 및 15학번 이후 순수외국인전형 입학생(사범대생 제외)은 의무 없음)

    2) 전공심화 시 1전공 이수학점은 학번대별/단과대학별 다를 수 있으므로 소속캠퍼스의

      수강편람을 반드시 확인할 것

※ 신청 예시 : (전공이수제도 변경 관련)첨부파일 참조

※ 제한사항

  가. 캠퍼스 간 부전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 제한학과로는 신청 불가

  나. 다음의 경우 부전공 이수가 제한됨

  다. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준

     순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

     (단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

  라. 국가리더 및 데이터사이언스 융합전공은 부전공 이수 가능하고, 그 외 융합전공은

     부전공 이수 신청 불가

4. 유의사항

  가. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

  나. 이수하는 이중/부전공 캠퍼스가 변경된 경우 이전 과목의 재수강은 이전 캠퍼스 이수 기간 중에 재수강을 완료해야 함(※ 변경된 캠퍼스에서는 이전 캠퍼스 교과목 재수강 불가)

  다. (부전공 신청 및 이중/부전공 취소에 따라)이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서”를 작성하여 제출 바람(※ 상시 제출 가능)

Minor Application & Double Major/Minor Cancellation in Fall Semester 2023

This is the announcement on the schedules for minor application and double major/minor cancellation in Fall Semester 2023.

1. For whom: (As of Spring Semester 2022) enrolled students or students on leave who are currently in the 2^nd – 7^th semester

  A. Minor application: you can choose either a general minor or intensive major courses ＋ a minor

  B. Double major/minor cancellation: you can cancel your double major/minor and take intensive major courses

2. Schedules

    A. Application period: July 31, 2023 (Mon) 10:00 to August 1, 2023 (Tue) 15:00

     ※ Any applications coming in after the deadline will not be processed

  B. Results announcement date/time: August 1, 2023 (Tue) 16:00, Comprehensive Information System

     ※ If the application for the minor is c○nfirmed, the previously completed double/failure work will be automatically canceled

3. Application process: go to Web Information System → click on Major/Teaching Profession Management (※ apply by following A or B)

A. Minor application:  major intensive courses ＋ minor or a minor

    1) Your previous double major/minor will be automatically cancelled (no additional step is needed on your part)

    2) After updating your minor, apply for credit transfer by referring to C below

  B. Double major/minor cancellation (this is for those who wish to take a single major): Application for cancellation of middle/non-working

1) Students who wish to cancel their double major/minor are required to take the intensive courses of their first major

      (Transfer students or international students who were accepted after 2015 (except for those majoring in College of Education) are exempted)

    2) For those who take intensive major courses, since credit requirements can vary by class year and college, please refer to the course catalog of your college for more details

※ Examples: see the attached file regarding the updates on major courses

※ Restrictions

A. For those who wish to apply for a minor only available in the other campus, please see the following list of departments that are unavailable for application.

  B. The list of departments unavailable for students with certain majors

  C. Only those who were accepted through the Foreigner Screening can minor in “Department of Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language” or “Department of Korean as a Foreign Language & Translation”. (For Department of Korean as a Foreign Language & Translation, students who were accepted after the year of 2018can apply)

4. Notice

  A. Students with convergence majors that are available in both campuses should take the courses at the campus they belong to.

B. If a double/non-performing campus is changed, re-taking of the previous course must be completed during the previous campus completion period (※ Unable to retake previous campus courses on changed campuses)

  C. If it is necessary to modify the number of applications (according to the application for submission and cancellation of double/submission of submission), please fill out the "Application for change of submission"(이수구분 병경 신청서) in the form of the Bachelor＇s Comprehensive Support Center(학사종합 지원센터) website. (※ Can be submitted at all times)

2023年度第2学期副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程公告如下

- 内  容 -

1. 申请对象 : (以2023-1学期为基准) 第2学期 ~ 第7学期的在校/休学生中

    一. 希望申请副专业的学生 : 一般副专业或是专业深化＋副专业申请

  二．希望取消第二/副专业(只针对单一专业者) : 取消双重/副专业，进修专业深化

2. 日程

一. 申请时间 : 2023年 7月 31日(周一) 10点 ~ 8月 1日(周二) 15点

     ※ 仅在规定的时间内进行，请遵守日程（此后没有其他计划）。

  二. 确认结果 : 2023年 8月 1日(周二) 16点， 可以在综合信息系统进行查询。

     ※ 确定辅修专业申请时，之前进修的第二专业/副专业将自动取消

3. 申请方法 : 综合信息系统 → 专业/教职管理 （※一），二）中的一种方法申请）

一.  申请副专业 : 申请专业深化＋副专业或副专业

1) 申请时，有进修中的双重/辅修专业将自动取消(※无需另行取消程序)。

2)  考"4.注意事项"的四）项，因申请辅修专业而申请进修分类变更

    二. 取消第二/副专业（希望攻读单一专业者） : 申请取消第二专业/副专业

    1) 取消双重/辅修专业时，必须深化1个专业

（但是，插班生及15级以后纯外国人入学学生（师范大学生除外）没有义务执行

2) 专业深化时第1专业进修学分可能因各年级/段和各大学而不同，请务必确认所属校区的听课便览。

※ 申请示例：请参考（专业进修制度变更相关）附件

※ 限制情况

  一. 希望攻读校区间的副专业时, 不可以申请以下限制学科

  二. 以下情况下，副专业受限

  三. "外语韩语教育专业"及"外语韩语翻译专业"入学录取标准

     只有通过外国人录取新生才能申请

     （但"对外韩语翻译专业"只能从2018学号开始申请。）

  四. 国家领导及数据科学融合专业可以进修副专业，其他融合专业不能申请副专业。

4. 注意事项

  一. 在两个校区相同开设的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

    二. 进修的双重/辅修学校变更时, 上一科重修必须在上一科重修期间完成。（※ 在变更后的校区不能重修之前的校区课程）

  三.（根据辅修申请及第二/副专业取消）需要修改进修分类时, 请填写学士综合支援中心网站格式箱的"进修分类变更申请书"并提交(※可随时提交)。
