Our ideal candidate has
• Foreign nationals residing in Korea with the aim of domestic employment (Overseas Koreans (F-4 visa) are not eligible to apply)
• Articulate communication skills in English and Korean : verbal & writing
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 ~ 6 year HR experiences in either general HR process or a specific HR function like Compensation& Benefit, Recruitment or Talent Management
• Ability to recognize the needs of various stakeholders and strive to find the best HR support or solution
• Good business understanding or ready to learn the business
• Analytical skills and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Power Point tool
• Assertiveness to push things forward in the desired direction
Previous experience from the multinational company, or corresponding organizations, as well as experience from a multi-cultural working environment is considered as an advantage.
- You will work with subsidiary HR managers to implement and enforce HR policies and processes set by corporate HR to improve the overall operation and its effectiveness
- You will learn various HR function/works from HR specialists(C&B, Talent Management, etc.) and business partners to grow as a HR professional
- Your focus is to support subsidiary HR managers and employees in all areas of HR strategy/operations, including various HR projects and HR routines
- You will also participate in various organizational and operational HR projects in Korea and also overseas.
- You will coordinate the activities, programs and strategic HR plans with other HR departments
- You need to learn the differences of domestic and international policies, programs and coordinate the integration of all such programs.
