사전 방문예약 전면 시행 알림

1.   시행 개요

외국인들이 출입국 체류 업무를 보기 위해 장시간 대기하는 불편을 해소하고, 보다 쾌적한 환경에서 각종 신청 및 상담을 받을 수 있도록 2016년 6월 1일부터 사전 방문예약제를 전면 시행함을 알려 드립니다.

-      사전 방문예약제란 체류업무를 신청하기 위해서 미리 온라인으로 방문일자 및 시간대를 예약하고 출입관리사무소를 방문

-      사전에 방문예약을 하지 않고, 출입국관리사무소를 방문하면 업무 처리가 불가함 (※단, 외국인등록증 수령, 각종 증명서 발급 업무는 예약 없이 방문 가능)

2.   사전 방문예약 대상

(대  상) 세종로출장소 관할 체류 등록외국인 및 거소자격 소지자

※외국인등록증수령, 각종 증명서 발급업무는 예약 없이 방문 가능

3.   사전 방문예약 방법

인터넷 사이트 하이코리아(www.hikorea.go.kr)에서“방문예약” 후 예약증을 소지하고 사무소를 방문하는 경우 해당 방문예약 창구에서 예약 시간에 민원 처리 가능 (*순서대기표 필요 없음)

4.   제외 대상

외교 및 공무 (A-1, A-2), 투자 및 우수인재(D-8, E-1, E-3~E-5, E-6-1, E-6-3)

Full implementation of

Online Pre-booked Visits System

1.  Introduction

We announce that the Online Pre-booked Visits System will be fully implemented from June 1, 2016 in order to reduce wait time and create a pleasant and convenient environment for visitors seeking advice on immigration-related affairs.

-      Through Online Pre-booked Visits System, a civil petitioner wishing to apply for his/her sojourn books a date and time for his/her visit in advance.

-      Without a reservation, any application and/or request for a consultation is not accepted (※ No online-reservation is required to pick up an Alien Registration Card or to issue any type of immigration certificate.)

2.  Eligible visitors

(visitor)Foreigners who registered their residence or who have status of stay with Sejongno Branch Office.

3.  How to make an online reservation?

Visit our website Hikorea at www.hikorea.go.kr and complete “RESERVE VISIT form”. With the confirmation of the reservation, you can go to the counter of “RESERVE VISIT” on the date and time your reserved. (※ no need to take a number & wait.)

4.  Exemption

Diploma and Foreign government official (A-1, A-2), Global talents (E-1, E-3~E-5, E-6-1, E-6-3) and Investment (D-8).
