2017학년도 봄학기 외국인 학부 유학생 학습 멘토링 프로그램 참가자 모집

 

안녕하세요, 국제학생지원팀입니다. 국제학생지원팀에서는 본교 외국인 신입생들의 내국인과의 캠퍼스내 교류 활성화 및 수학 적응 지원을 위하여 아래와 같이 2017학년도 1학기 외국인 학부 유학생 학습 멘토링 프로그램을 계획하고 있습니다. 본교 신입학 외국인학생의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

 

■ 일정

 

○ 멘토 접수 기간 : 2017. 03. 19.(일)까지(구글 설문지 작성 : https://goo.gl/forms/srWia3XIadRg1Up33)

○ 멘토 선발자 발표 : 2017. 03. 23(목) 오후 6시까지(이메일 안내 예정)

○ 오리엔테이션 : 2017. 03. 24(금) 18:00(국제학생지원팀 사무실)

 

- 아 래 -

 

1) 기본 방향

▷ 외국인 재학생이 많은 단과대학 7개를 선정하여 단과대학별 멘토 1명 선발

* 외국인 재학생이 많은 단과대학 순위(1.경영대학, 2.영어대학, 3.사회과학대학, 4.서양어대학, 5.국제학부, 6.통번역대학, 7.중국어대학, 2017.03.02. 기준)

▷ 멘토는 본인 소속의 단과대학 재학생 대상으로 멘토링 실시

▷ 효율적인 멘토링 활동을 위해 카카오톡으로 멘토링 진행(필요 시 모임을 토한 멘토링 활동 가능)

▷ 학습 상담뿐만 아니라 해당 단과대학 공지사항 등 안내 지원

▷ 멘토링 일지 작성 의무화를 통한 멘토의 책임감 고취

▷ 결과보고서 분석을 통한 성과평가 및 개선방안 제시

▷ 우수 멘토 선발 및 추가 장학금 지급을 통해 멘토 동기부여

 

2) 프로그램 참가 대상

3) 선발 인원

 

2017학년도 봄학기 학기: 멘토7명 (서울 6명, 용인 1명)

 

 

 

4) 멘토 의무 사항

 

○ 멘토링 활동일지 작성(해당 월말 이메일 제출)

○ 멘토링 결과보고서(프로그램 종료 후 1주 이내 이메일 재출)

 

- 선발된 멘토는 장학금 지급 예정(30만원 + @)

 

※ 멘티 지원자 수에 따라 선발 인원이 조정될 수 있음

Greetings from the HUFS Office of International Student Services (OISS)!

 

In order to help with adjustment and enhancing an exchange culture between local students and international freshmen, we are planning on a mentoring program for full-degree undergraduate international students.

 

*The one who is selected as a mentor for this program will receive a certain amount of scholarship (300,000 won)

1. Basic Rules

O To help international int’l regular students through their academic life at HUFS

O Mentors’ duties: document every session through an mentoring journal and submit a result report upon completion of the program.

 

2. Eligible Applicants

O Mentee

Full-degree undergraduate international students

O Mentor

HUFS students who are enrolled for this semester (2016-2 G.P.A. over 3.5)

 

3. The Numbers of Mentors and Mentees

O Mentors: 7 (Seoul Campus: 6, Global Campus: 1)

 

 

4. Duties of Mentors

O Document every session through an mentoring journal (submit end of the month, via email)

O Submit a result report upon completion of the program (submit within a week after the mentoring program ended)

※ The number of selection of Mentees are flexible.
