1. 시험 일자 : 2024. 2.23 (금) 온라인 면접 ＋ 온라인 쓰기 시험

※ 한국어를 배운 적이 없는 학생은 자동으로 ‘1급(하)’에 배정됩니다. 

※ 한국시간을 기준으로 진행됩니다.

※ 2023 가을, 겨울학기에 등록했던 학생은 분반시험을 보지 않으며, 기존 성적을 기준으로 급이 배정됩니다. 

2. 시험 절차 : 아래의 개인 면접과 쓰기 시험에 모두 응시해야 합니다.

  가. 1단계 개인면접 (15~20분)

2. 카메라를 켜지 않으면 시험 응시가 불가능합니다. 

3. 1단계 면접 후 2단계 쓰기 시험까지 모두 응시해야 합니다.  면접에 불참하면  쓰기 시험을 볼 수 없습니다. 

   나.  2단계 쓰기 시험 (40분 ~ 50분)

1. 쓰기 시험 시작 시간 : 14:00 

2. 쓰기 시험 미팅룸 URL

- 쓰기 시험 시작 시간 10분 전에 개인 이메일(스팸 메일함 포함)을 확인하세요. 

   ※ 쓰기 시험 안내 메일을 받지 못했거나 미팅룸 접속이 안된다면 13:50까지 다음의 링크로 들어오세요. : https://hufs.webex.com/meet/annhjs (쓰기 시험 미팅룸에 못 들어간 사람만)

- 카메라를 켜지 않으면 응시가 불가능합니다. 

3. 필기시험 방법

① 책상 위에 백지 1~2장, 필기도구만 있어야 하며 교사가 카메라로 확인.

② 가능하면 필기시험 중에는 화면에 책상과 상반신 모두 보이도록 함.

③ 학생이 이동하면서 응시하거나, 시험 중 카메라를 이동하거나 끄면 1회 경고하고 경고 후에도 반복되면 즉시 미팅룸에서 퇴장시키고 결시로 처리하며 2차 시험(개강 첫 주)에 재응시해야 함.

④ 교사가 시험지 화면을 공유하여 ppt를 넘겨주고 학생은 백지에 이름 쓰고 답안 작성함.

⑤ 학생은 수기로 작성한 답안지 사진을 교사 메일로 보내고 로그인 상태로 대기하며, 교사가 메일로 받은 사진을 열어 사진 상태 확인이 끝난 학생은 시험이 종료됨. 

3. 결과 발표 : 시험 결과(급, 반)는  2.29(목) 이전에 홈페이지와 LMS (등록현황)에 공지됩니다. 

 ※ 온라인 시험에 참석하지 못한 경우 :  원서접수 설문결과를 바탕으로 임시로 배정됩니다. 이때 본인 수준과 다른 급으로 배정될 수있습니다. 이 경우 개강 이후에 반드시 오프라인 분반시험(⅗(화) 오후 2시)을 봐야 합닙니다. 

 ※ 1~2급은 오후(13:30~17:20)에, 3~6급은 오전(09:00~13:00)에 수업이 진행됩니다.

Level Test for Regular Korean Course  Spring 2024

Dear students,

Please check the interview and writing test schedule below for the placement. You are required to take both the interview and writing test online, so please carefully read and follow the directions.  

※ All schedule information is based on Korean Time.

※ Those who are beginners in learning Korean are not eligible for the test and will be placed in Level 1(low).

※ Students who had enrolled in CKLC Korean regular classes during the Fall/Winter Semester of 2023 will not be eligible to participate in this test. Instead, they will be automatically assigned to the appropriate level based on their academic records.

1. Placement Test Date: Friday, February 23 (Korean Time)

1. Individual Interview : 

a) Please log-in your LMS ((https://hufsportal.hufs.ac.kr/cklc/student.php - Level Test menu - 2024 Spring Semester) to check exact time and meeting room URL.

*LMS ID: Passport Number

           *LMS PW: Passwords that you set at the time of application or !hufscklcMMDD(date of birth)

b) If you do not turn on the camera, you cannot take the exam.

c)  Students who have finished the interview also have to take the writing test to complete the whole test. If you do not attend the interview you cannot take the writing test.

      2)Writing Test (40~50 min) : 14:20

a) Conference room URL for the writing test will be individually emailed to you 10 minutes before the test time. 

※ If you don’t receive an individual invitation email or have problems accessing the writing test conference room, please come into the following link by 13:50.

b) If you do not turn on the camera, you cannot take the exam.

c) Directions for the Writing Test

① Only 1-2 sheets of blank paper and writing tools should be on the desk, and the teacher should check this via the camera.

② If possible, adjust the camera so that both the desk and the upper body are visible on the screen during the written exam.

③ If a student moves around during the exam, moves the camera, or turns it off, they will receive one warning. If the behavior is repeated after the warning, the student will be immediately removed from the meeting room, marked as absent, and must retake the exam during the first week of the semester.

④ The teacher will share the exam paper on the screen, turning the pages of the PowerPoint, and students will write their name on a blank sheet and compose their answers.

⑤ Students must send a photo of their handwritten answer sheet to the teacher＇s email, wait in a logged-in state, and the exam will conclude for students whose photo submission has been verified by the teacher after opening and checking the email.

2.   Test Result announcement: Test results (grade, class) will be announced on the website no later than February 29 (Thursday). 

 ※ If you fail to attend the February 23 test, you will be temporarily assigned based on the results of the application survey. In this process, you may be placed at a level different from your actual proficiency. If this happens, you must take an offline placement test after the start of the course (Tuesday, 3/5 at 2 PM).

 ※ Levels 1-2 will have classes in the afternoon (13:30~17:20), and levels 3-6 will have classes in the morning (09:00~13:00)
