저희 교육원에서는 2017년 상반기 반별 반장 모임을 아래와 같이 개최할 예정이오니 수강생 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

 

- 아             래 -

 

1. 행사명 : 반장 모임 (Class Representatives Meeting)

2. 대   상 : 2017학년도 상반기 TESOL 수강생

3. 목   적 : 개선사항 수리 및 주요 공지사항 전달

4. 기   간 : 종강 전까지 운영

5. 장   소 : 교육원 내 강의실 혹은 외부

6. 방   법 : 1) (반장이 없을 시) 반별 선거를 통해 반장 선발 (행정조교는 선발 불가)

             2) 주중반(주중오전/오후/YL주중오전) 반장의 경우, 

              4월 26일(수) 13:00~14:00에 진행되는 간담회 참석

             3) 주말반(주말/YL주말/2+4+1) 반장의 경우,

              4월 29일(토) 13:40~14:30에 진행되는 간담회 참석

7. 혜   택 : 간담회 참석시 식사 제공 / 수료식날 공로상 수여

8. 비   고 : 1) 각반 반장 및 운영팀 참석 예정

             2) 반장 선정 이후 4월 1일(토)까지 운영팀으로 통보 요망 (유선통보(02-2173-3504) 혹은 사무실 방문)

               ※ 주중반(주중오전/주중오후/YL주중오전) 반장은 운영팀 통보 완료

 

HUFS TESOL is holding Class Representatives Meeting for 2017-1. Please check the information below.

 

1. Event Name : Class Representatives Meeting (CR Meeting)

2. Participant : 2017-1 HUFS TESOL Student

3. Objective : To listen to students' opinions and convey important notices

4. Period : Until the end of the semester

5. Place : Classroom of TPEC or Outside

6. Procedure : 1) (If there is no CR) Select CR through election for each class

                       *TA can't be selected

                 2) For weekday classes' CR, CR should attend the meeting from

                       13:00~14:00 (April 26th(wed))

                 3) For weekend classes' CR, CR should attend the meeting from

                       13:40~14:30 (April 29th(sat))

7. Benefit : Provide Lunch & Certificate of Contribution

8. Note : 1) Each CR and Admin Team will attend

           2) After selecting CR, notify to Admin Team until April 1th
