2016학년도 하반기 TESOL 과정을 수료하신 여러분, 한 학기 동안 수고 많으셨습니다. 영어교육전문가로서 거듭난 여러분께 축하의 말씀을 드리며, 2016학년도 하반기 수료식을 아래와 같이 개최함을 알려 드립니다.

일시 : 2017년 2월 17일(금) 19:00 ~ 장소 : 한국외대 서울캠퍼스 대학원 226호 많은 참석 부탁드리며 첨부된 파일로 수료식 참석 여부를 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. (참석 여부 제출처(이메일): tesol@hufs.ac.kr, 제출 기한: 2017. 2. 15 (수))
※수료증 발급과 관련하여 종합정보시스템에서 본인의 국영문 이름을 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 특히, 영문 이름의 경우 대,소문자 구분 없이 작성된 경우가 있으니 확인하시고 필히 수정해주시기 바랍니다. 종합정보시스템에서 본인이 직접 수정하셔야 하는 사항이며, 2/13(월)까지 수정 완료해주셔야만 변경 적용된 내용으로 수료증 발급이 가능합니다. * 자격증은 수료식 당일 18:30 이후 애경홀에서 수령 가능합니다. * 우편 송부는 불가능하며 수료식 이후에도 사무실에서 수령 가능합니다. * 부득이 참석이 어려우셔서 대리로 수령을 원하시는 분들은 사전에 대리인을 지정해 주시면 해당 대리인에 한해서만 자격증 수령이 가능합니다. * 소정의 기념품이 있습니다. (일정 기간까지만 수령 가능) * 영어세미나 성적이 입력된분들은 종합정보시스템 왼쪽 하단 인터넷 증명에서 수료예정증명서 출력이 가능합니다.
TESOL Professional Education Center congratulates you on your successful completion of the HUFS TESOL program. We are happy to inform you of the commencement ceremony for the 2016 Fall semester as below. Date and time: February 17th (Fri) 19:00~ Venue: #226, Graduate School Building, Seoul Campus Please inform us of your presence at the ceremony by filling out an attached form and sending it to us via e-mail (tesol@hufs.ac.kr) by Feb 15th (Wed). ※ Please check your name both in Korean and in English through 종합정보시스템. Your name in English can be spelled incorrectly, so if necessary, revise it at 종합정보시스템 for yourself by Feb 13th (Mon). Any revision after this date will not be applied. * You can receive your certificate at the auditorium after 18:30 on Feb 17th (Fri). * TPEC cannot send you the certificate via post. You can recieve the certificate at the TPEC Office after the commencement ceremony. * If you are not able to come to the commencement ceremony, you can designate a person and he/she can recieve your certificate for you. * There is a souvenir for you. (This will be given for a certain period of time) * If your English Seminar grade is inputted, you can get your 수료예정증명서 issued through 인터넷 증명.
