[Common] Notice on early graduation application

for 2021-1 semester

This is a notice of the schedule and method of applying for early graduation

for the first semester of 2021.

1. Application Date

- Application period on Web Information System: 2021. 2. 25(Thurs) - 3. 4(Thurs) until 16:00

- Application form submission period : 2021. 3. 2(Tues) - 3. 5(Fri) until 16:00

※ All documents need to be submitted until 3. 5(Fri) 16:00 in order for the application to be complete.

2. Qualification

- Those who are expected to enter into 1st semester of third year

- Those who have earned the designated credits each semester until the second semester of the second year (refer to the Course Manual)

- Those with a GPA of 4.00 or higher

3. How to Apply: Login to Web Information System -> Change in School Register -> Apply for Early Graduation

- After applying and printing out the application form -> Request for opinion of the dean of the department -> Submit to the Academic Support Center of your affiliated campus

(Seoul Campus: HUFS Historical Archives #101, 1st floor, Global Campus : Student Hall #109, 1st floor)

4. Other

- 3 additional credits can be registered during the course registration change period (possible from the time the documents are submitted)

- In case of cancellation or loss of qualification after selection of early graduation candidates, transfer of course credits are not applied.

- For students whose early graduation has been cancelled, course registration and enrollment for the 8th semester is mandatory even if credits are completed by the 7th semester.
