4. 교과목 이수안내 : 최대 6학점

  가. 취득학점 범위 : 최대 6학점 (정규학기 20학점과 별도로 계절학기에 최대 6학점 가능)

    ① 타 프로그램과의 중복학점 인정 여부는 반드시 주관부서로 확인 필요      

    ② 계절학기 기간과 중복되는 학점취득 프로그램에 의한 이중학점 인정 불가함.

    ③ 재수강 과목으로만 6학점 가능, 초수강 과목으로만 6학점 가능, 초수강＋재수강으로 6학점 가능

    ④ 겨울계절학기 성적 포함해서 2023년 2월 졸업 가능함 (단, 졸업요건 충족 시)

    ⑤ 대학외국어의 수강 제한 : 서울캠퍼스 학생이 글로벌캠퍼스 계절학기에 개설된 대학외국어 과목을 수강할 시 학점을 인정받지 못함.

    ⑥ 정규학기에서 현재 수강중인 과목은 바로 진행되는 계절학기에 수강신청 할 수 없습니다.

       (예, 2022-2학기 수업 수강중인 A교과목을 2022-겨울계절학기 수강 불가)

  나. 학점인정

    ① 2022-2학기 재학생 : 2022-2학기 성적으로 인정

    ② 2022-2학기 휴학생

     - 2023-1학기 복학 후 중간고사 이후(2/4선)에 2023-1학기 성적으로 인정

     - 2023-1학기까지 계속 휴학할 경우 성적은 인정되지 않음

5. 수강자격

   가. 이번학기(2022-2학기) 재학생인 경우

  나. 이번 학기(2022-2학기) 휴학생인 경우 다음의 조건을 모두 만족하면 수강 가능함

     ① 2023-1학기 복학해야 함 (미 복학 시 성적은 불인정됨)

        (복학 신청 일정은 향후 홈페이지 학사공지사항 참조)

     ② 휴학 중 학점인정(군 이러닝 강좌 수강 포함)은 재학 중 1회에 한 함

        (1회에 취득한 학점이 6학점 미만인 경우라도 인정횟수를 1회로 계산함)

     ③ 휴학생이 이번 계절학기에 수강한 교과목은 2023-1학기에 수강할 수 없음

6. 수강과목 취소 및 환불

가. 취소기간 : 12. 19(월)～2023. 1. 6(금) 매일 09:00~17:00 까지

 나. 취소방법 : 종합정보시스템 ⇒ 계절학기 환불

 다. 수강취소한 과목의 수강료는 환불규정에 따라 환불함 (2023. 1. 18(수) 이후 일괄 지급 예정)

※천원미만 절사

라. 유의사항

     ① 수강취소는 상기 해당기간에만 가능, 수강변경은 할 수 없음

     ② 수강취소(환불신청)후 다시 수강신청 불가

     ③ 부분환불 가능 : 수강 취소(삭제) 교과목을 선택하여 환불 신청함

      ※ 환불 신청(종합정보) 화면에서 환불 받을 교과목 선택이 가능함

7. 유의사항

   ※ 개강전에 수강과목의 변경 및 추가 폐강과목 확인을 홈페이지 Hot Link 강의시간표조회에서 확인바람.

   ※ 개설과목(동일과목 재수강)이 아닌 폐지과목을 재수강하는 학생 및 교양 선택과목을 재수강 하는 학생은 재수강과목 연결기간에 종합정보시스템에서 “재수강 과목 선택”을 반드시 선택하여야 함.

   ※ 계절학기 F학점도 성적에 포함됨.

   ※ 재수강

      - 계절학기 재수강은 재수강 학점 제한에서 제외되며 학점상한(A0) 있음

5. Eligibility to take classes

A. If you are a student this semester (2022-2 semester)

  b. Those who are in a leave of absence (2022 Fall Semester), but in one of the following

situations are able to apply for the Summer Session.

     ① You will return to school on the 2023 Spring Semester (Otherwise, the credits are not acknowledged.) 

          (The schedule of returning to school will be uploaded in the HUFS Academic Notice) 

     ② Credit acknowledgment during a leave of absence (including the e-learning during the military

 service) is limited to once during the whole school year.

     (Even if the number of credits acquired at one time is less than 6 credits, the number of credits is counted as one) 

     ③ Those who are in a leave of absence and take this Summer Session cannot retake the same

 courses during the 2023 Spring Semester 

6. Cancellation of Courses & Refund

 b. How : Web Information System >> 계절학기 환불 (Refund of Vacation Session)

 c. Tuition fee of cancelled courses will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy. (It will be refunded at once after 2023.1. 18(Wed))

d. Note 

     ① You can cancel courses just during the above period and cannot change courses

     ② After the cancellation(application for the refund), you cannot re-apply for courses.

     ③ Partial Refund : You can select the course(s) you would like to cancel(delete) and apply for a partial refund.

※ In the page for applying the refund(Web Information System), you can select the course(s) to cancel.

5. 大学外语课修讲限制 :首尔校区学生修国际校区假期课开设的大学外语课程时将不予承认学分认证 

6. 目前在正规学期修读的课程不能在这次假期学期再修讲。

学分认证 

1. 2022-2学期在校生: 认证到2022-2学期成绩单

  나. 2022-2学期修学生 

     - 2023-1学期复学后在期中考试后（2/4线）认证为 2023-1学期的学分

     - 2023-1学期期继续休学的情况学分不以认证，做作废处理

5. 申请资格

本学期（2022-2学期) 休学中的学生需要满足下方所有要求

1. 2023-1 学期必须复学(未复学时学分做作废处理)

          (复学申请日程请在日后参考学校官网)

1. 休学期间的学分认证在校期间仅限一次机会

(1次最多认证6学分，不满6学分的情况也算作使用了1次机会)

1. 休学生在本次假期课选的课程无法在2023-1学期正规课程内再次申请 

6. 取消课程及退款

1) 取消时间 : 12. 19(周一)～ 2023.1.6(周五) 每日09:00~17:00 截至

 2) 取消防法 : 종합정보시스템 ⇒ 계절학기 환불 

 3) 取消科目根据退款条款进行退款 (2023.1. 18(周三) 以后统一发放)
