We have almost completed sending the certificate of admission to your institutions.

You can easily find whether your home university has already received the paper by visiting our online application system.

 

 

1. Please log in to our system (http://webs.hufs.ac.kr:8989/src08/jsp/fexchange/index.html) with your ID and password

 

2. Click the "Your Application Status" Menu

 

3. You'll find the DHL tracking info as below:

 

4. Click the link "Track Your Documents"

 

5. HUFS Registration Status menu has not bee updated yet.

   - Your real HUFS Student ID will be shortly available, which you need to use to register for our university's course registration system.

   - Dorm assignment information will be available early August.

   - Course registration period: There is a small system error and being fixed. The registration period would be from August 4 to August 8, 2014. The final updates will be made around mid July.
