14:00 ~ 14:30 p.m. Pick up your ID card & immigration paper

 

14:30 ~ 14:40 p.m. Welcome to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies

 - Introduction Session/ Staff Members @OISS, HUFS & ISO Video

 

14:40 ~ 15:10 p.m. Programs, Housing & International Student Services

 - Exchange / Visiting Program in general, Dorm Life, Immigration Info, Scholarships, and more

 

15:10 ~ 15:30 p.m. Course Registration Information & International Student Organization (ISO)

 - Academic Schedules (Undergraduate / Korean Language Program), Course registration info.   

   Students will have their academic advising session following this orientation by groups.

 - Student Services, Cultural Activities & Field Trips

 

15:30 ~ 17:00 p.m. Campus Tour & Academic Advising

 - Location: HUFS Seoul Campus

 - By groups (guided by ISO students)- Major buildings, Cafeterias, Computer labs, Academic  

    Advising Session. This session will be held in Korean, English, Spanish, French and Japanese.

15:40 ~ 17:00 p.m. Academic Advising for Global Campus Students

 - Location: Seminar Room 201#, Minerva Complex
