Warm Greetings from Aoyama Gakuin University!

 

This Japan Studies Certificate Program(JSCP) is a tuition-based program newly launched by the School of Global Studies and Collaboration at Sagamihara campus in 2015.

We offer this unique program for international students to be exposed to the multi-facets of Japan, from traditional to modern.

The courses are given in English and thus are designed for international students who may not be proficient in Japanese but may be interested in learning Japan for one semester or for one academic year.

This program also provides field trips and hands-on experiences related to the studies, so students can see, feel, and experience Japanese cultural heritage, the way of life, and its esthetics. Internship opportunities are also available if interested.

Please note that the program is also offered to our GSC students to prepare them for their future study or work abroad. This allows you to study with Japanese Students as well.
