If you have been successfully assigned to our residence hall (Globeedorm- oncampus, HUFS International House - offcampus), please refer to the information below;
A. How to check whether you've been successfully assigned
- Go to our online application system and click the HUFS Registration status
If "Assigned" remains empty;
you have been assigned to our off-campus residence hall (HUFS International House) or
you have been assigned to our on-campus dorm (Globeedorm) but you need to live in a temporary housing until Sep. 8, 2013. (Our office will arrange this short-term apartment for you)

B. Check-in Dates/Times
- Residence Hall check in for new exchange students
August 28 (9 am to 10 pm) - August 29 (9 am to 10 pm)
※ Please note that 20 female students need to stay in temporary housing
- Early Check in: Unacceptable
C. Arrival Information
To make check-in process easier and avoid any inconvenience, our dorm office asks that you complete "Arrival Information" form before you arrive. If you have already purchased the air ticket, please fill out this online survey now!!
