학생 건강검진 안내 Student Health Check-up

 

서울 캠퍼스 보건실에서는 학생의 건강관리를 위하여 아래와 같이 건강검진을 실시하고자 합니다.

 

The Health Service Center at Seoul campus will offer health check-up for current students as below.

- 아 래 -

■ 건강검진

1. 일 시 : 2012. 11. 14(수) ~ 11. 15(목) 09:30 ~ 15:00

2. 장 소 : 교수회관 2층 강연실

3. 검진대상 : 학생(교환학생, 기숙사생 등) 및 대학원생

4. 검진결과 : 검사 2주 후 보건실(국제학사 2층 201호)에서 수령

5. 주의사항 : 검사 6시간 전 금식

6. 검진항목 및 검사료

 

■ Heatlh Check-up

1. Date&Time : Nov. 14~15 (Weds~Thurs) 9:30am~3pm

2. Place: Auditorium, 2nd floor of Faculty Building

3. Eligible Students: All Seoul campus students(including exchange students)

4. Results: Results can be picked up at the Health Service Center two weeks after the check-up

5. Note: Students who wish to take the check-up must not eat anything 6 hours before the check-up time.

6. Test Items & Fee:

*Any students who wish to do the check-up can visit the auditorium(2nd floor of the Faculty Building) on the check-up date.

No prior reservation is required.
