Dear prospective exchange / visiting students!!

 

Greetings from the international office, HUFS

We thank all of you for applying for our international exchange/visiting program.

 

As the application deadline is coming very soon, we ask you to complete our online application and mail it to our office soon so that we can start our evaluation process for admission.

 

Please refer to the information below;

 

1. Complete our online application system. (Exchange)

2. Complete the form and hit "SEND / PRINT Application" button

   Around 20% of all applicants didn't have the form sent electronically. To be able to retreive your information for us, you are required to provide(submit) the information and hit the send button in the system!! 

   Please note that our system allows you to input/amend any data on our system until May 30 if you haven't completed our online application yet!

 

3. Check your application status

   We are currently updating your application status. If you want to know whether your application papers have reached to HUFS, admission been approved or invitation papers been sent via DHL, please go to our system and click the menu "Your Application Status"

 

4. Visiting students

   We will send you email individually once your admission has been approved.

 

We plan to finalize admission evaluation this week and start issuing certificates of admission!!
