2020 Fall Semester HUFS Dream Scholarship Notice

 

The HUFS Dream is a scholarship to support students who are in the blind spot of the scholarship, financially. We are looking for the 2020 Fall Semester HUFS Dream Scholarship applicant as follows.

 

1. Scholarship & Openings: HUFS Dream Scholarship, 00 people(exact number is unknown)

2. Scholarship Amount: Scholarship will be given within the range of the tuition according to the results of the examination and payment will differ depending on one’s result (under 1 million won)

3 Applicant: Seoul campus undergraduates enrolling 8 semesters or less as of 2020 fall semester

*International students can apply via Office of International Admissions & Management

4. Qualification for Application

-Students who are in financial difficulties

-Students who had an accident or been hurt due to the natural disaster

-Students who are in need of urgent financial assistance due to national emergency  

5. Application Period (planned): November 23^rd (Mon), 2020 ~ December 1^st (Tue) until 16:00

7. Selection Criteria: Applicants will be selected considering household finance, academic performance, scholarship receive record etc.

-Students who had not benefit from National and Academic scholarship will be prioritized

-Selection will be done consider comprehensively including one’s national scholarship application record(student funding section), grades, recommendation letter etc.

8. Note

-Scholarship result: early December 2020 at web information system

-Bank account registration: register one’s own bank account (web information system scholarship > register bank account)

-Note for student loaner: Students who have paid one’s tuition through student loans for 2020 fall semester from the Korea Student Aid Foundation and the Government Employees’ Pension Service etc. must have return the “2020 Fall Semester Student Loan”. (If not returned, students will be considered as having double benefits. They will be refused the Korea Student Aid Foundation student loan and National Scholarship etc. in the following semester due to the Korea Student Aid Foundation guideline.)
