2022학년도 제1학기 이중전공 변경 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

□ 이중전공 변경 신청

대상	2~4학년 학생 중 이중전공 변경 신청기간에 신청하여 배정된 적이 없는 재학생 및 휴학생 ※ 기존에 이중전공을 신청한 적이 없거나 미선발 된 경우에도 2~4학년은 이중전공 변경 기간에 신청하여야 함 ※ 2022학년도 편입생(외국인 포함)은 이중전공 신청기간【5/30(월)~6/3(금,16시】에 신청함
신청기간	2022년 5월 9일(월) 10:00 ~ 5월 13일(금) 16:00 ※ 신청기간 이후 추가 신청 절대 불가
신청방법	종합정보시스템→전공/교직관리→이중전공 변경신청 ※ 이중전공 변경 신청은 1지망만 신청가능
배정확정	2022년 6월말~7월초 예정(학과별 전형 일정에 따라 유동적이며 별도 공고 예정)

□ 배정원칙

① 현 시점 기준 학과별/학번대별 이중전공 여석 내에서 배정(첨부 문서 참조)

② 학과별 배정기준(첨부 문서 참고)에 따름

③ 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정

※ 마감일인 5월 13일(금) 16시 기준 성적으로 배정(마감 후 변동된 성적은 반영하지 않음)

※ 평점평균 동점자 발생 시 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정, 이수학점도 동일 시 전원배정

① 글로벌캠퍼스 학과(전공)로 이중전공 희망자는 글로벌캠퍼스 공지사항 확인 바람

② 양캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야함

③ 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 학과(부)의 경우 반드시 학과 사무실 문의를 통해 시험/면접/서류제출 등의 일정 및 자격을 확인하기 바람(일정/방법/지원자격 등에 대한 미확인으로 배정받지 못한 것은 본인 과실임)

④ 이중전공 변경 신청기간에 신청하여 배정된 경우 추후 이중전공 변경 신청불가(이중전공 변경 신청기간에 미배정된 경우 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 가능)

⑤ 글로벌캠퍼스에서 이수한 이중전공 과목은 서울캠퍼스 이중전공으로 변경한 후에는 재수강 불가(글로벌캠퍼스 이중전공이 유지되어 있는 상태에서 재수강을 완료해야 함)

⑥ 후기이중전공 선발자가 이중전공 변경 배정되었을 경우 둘 중 하나를 반드시 취소해야함

⑦ AI융합전공 학번별 신청 안내
1)2021학번: AI융합전공(2학년과정)으로 신청 후 3학년 진급 전 세부트랙 신청 및 배정
2)2020학번 및 그 전학번: 희망 세부트랙으로 바로 신청

제한사항

①학과별/학번대별 여석이 없는 학과(전공) 신청 불가

②캠퍼스 간 이중전공 희망자의 경우 캠퍼스 간 이중전공 제한학과로의 신청 불가

④ 외국어로서의한국어교육전공 및 외국어로서의한국어통번역전공은 입학전형 기준 순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청가능하며, 외국어로서의한국어통번역전공은 2018학번부터만 신청가능

□ 기타: 부전공 희망자(일반부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청) 및 단일전공 희망자(기존 이중전공/부전공 취소)는 7월 중순 종합정보시스템에서 신청(별도 공지 예정)

Announcing the schedule for registering to change double majors for the 2022 1^stsemester as below.

□ Application of Changing Double Major

Who	Students who are in their 2nd~ 4th year and never assigned to the double major are eligible for apply for a double major ※ Students who are in their 2^nd~4^th year and never applied to the double major or selected for double major before should apply during this period ※ Transfer students in 2022 should apply for double major during May 30(Mon.)~June 3(Fri.) 16:00.
Application period	2022-5-9(Mon) 10:00 ~ 5-13(Fri) 16:00 ※ Application/change/cancellation after the application period is not possible
How to apply	Web Information System → Major/Teaching Profession Management → Apply for Changing Double Major ※ When students apply for a changing double major, they only can apply for first choice.
Results	Late June 2022 - Early July 2022 (According to the screening schedule of each department, the announcement will be made separately in each department)

□ Assignment Principle

①Assignment made within the available seats within each department/class at the present time (Refer to attachment)

②Standard for Assignment: Follows the standards for assignment according to department (Refer to attachment to see standards for assignment according to department)

③ Those who have taken over 34 credits will be assigned first

※ The standard is the grades in the Web Information System on the due date of may 13 (Fri) 16:00

※ If the candidates have the same GPA, the students who take more courses have priority. If it＇s all same, all of them will be accepted.

① Those who apply for a double major in Global Campus have to check Global Campus’s

notice

② The convergence majors established in both campuses have to be completed in the campus

where the applicant is currently enrolled

③ In the case of selection by department, please make sure to ask about required

tests/interview/documents etc. to the department office. Also, please check the

schedules and qualifications (Failure of getting a double major assigned due to not

having c○nfirmed the schedule/method/qualification etc. will be a result of one’s own

negligence)

④ If assigned a major after registering during the period for changing double majors, you cannot register to change double majors in future.

(If not assigned a major during the period for changing double majors, you are able to register for changing double majors in future)

⑤ you cannot retake a subject that you have already enrolled in at the Global Campus as a Double Major or a Minor. (You must complete the enrollment as a Global Campus Double Major or Minor)

⑥ If you are subject to Second-term Double Major and have changed his or her double major, you must cancel one of two of your double Major choices.

⑦ Notes for AI Convergence major

1)Class of 2021: apply for AI Convergence major(2^nd year track) and will be assigned to specific major before start of 3^rd year
2)Class of 2020 and before : apply directly to the desired specific track

□ Students who want to apply for a minor (applying for a minor or intensive major ＋ minor) or a single major (cancellation of one’s double major/minor) can apply during the Mid-July 2022 through the Web Information System (To be announced separately)

申请对象	2~4学年学生中在指定申请期间进行申请并还未分配过课程的在学生以及修学生 ※ 即使之前没有申请过第二专业或没有被选中，2~4年级的学生也必须在第二专业变更期间进行申请。 2022学年度插班生（包含外国人）需在第二专业申请时间【5/30(周一)~6/3(周五),16点】进行申请
申请日期	2022年5月 9日(周一) 10:00 ~ 5月 13日(周五) 16:00 ※ 申请时间过后无法追加申请/变更/删除
申请方法	综合信息系统（종합정보시스템）->专业/教育管理（전공/교직관리）-> 第二专业变更申请（이중전공 변경신청 ） ※ 第二专业变更申请只有第一志愿可以申请
确认分配	预计2022月6月末~ 2022年7月初确定(根据各学科的录取日程如有变动将另行通知)

□ 分配原则

① 根据目前各学科/班级的第二专业剩余座位内进行分配（见附件）

② 根据学科分配规则“학과별 배정기준” (见附件)进行分配

③ 取得34学分以上者优先分配

※ 以截止日期5月13日（周五）16:00的成绩为准进行分配 (结束后变更的成绩不在考虑范围内)

※ GPA并列的情况下，已修学分最高的学生优先，如果完成的学分相同，则分配所有学生

① 希望申请龙仁校区学科（专业）为第二专业的人请注意确认龙仁校区的公告事项

② 在两个校区同时开设的融合专业需要在本人所属的校区进修。

③ 部分学科有学科单独要求的申请标准,请一定要通过咨询学科办公室确认考试/面试/提交材料等日程和确认资格(对因为没有确认日程/方法/申请资格等而没能被分配的情况由学生本人负全责)

④ 在第二专业变更期间申请并分配课程后不能再进行变更申请

(但, 在第二专业变更期间申请后落选的情况下之后可以再进行第二专业变更申请)

⑤ 不能重修已经在国际校区进修的第二专业。（需在国际校区第二专业期间修完）

⑥ 选修后期第二专业的同学成功分配到第二专业变更课程的情况下必须取消其中之一。

⑦ AI融合专业按学号排序申请
1)2021学号: 申请AI融合专业(2学年课程)后可在升学至3年级之前申请细分专业课并进行排课
2)2020 学号及之前学号:可直接申请期望细分专业课

非师范大学学生	不可以将进修师范大学学科选为第二专业
到2016级为止	不可以将LD专业以及 LT专业选为第二专业 (2017级开始可以)

所有学生	不可以将被废除的学科（法学系，社会学专业）选为第二专业不可以将本人学号中不存在的学科选为第二专业

④ 对外韩国语教育专业与对外韩国语通翻译专业以只有外国人新生入学的情况可以申请，对外韩国语通翻译专业从2018级开始可以申请

□其他：希望申请副专业的学生（一般副专业或者是深化专业＋申请副专业）和希望单一专业的学生（取消现有的第二专业/副专业）需在2022年7月中旬在综合情报系统内申请（另行公告）
