2022학년도 제1학기 이중전공 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

□ 이중전공 신청

※ 신청기간 이후 추가 신청/변경/삭제 절대 불가  

신청방법 

종합정보시스템→전공/교직관리→이중전공 신청  

※ 2지망 신청가능(2지망 신청은 선택사항임) 

배정확정 

2022년 7월 중순~하순(학과별 전형 일정에 따라 유동적이며 별도 공고 예정) 

 

 

             

□ 배정원칙 

 

① 학과별 배정기준(첨부 문서 참고)에 따름 

② 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정(2022학년도 여름계절학기 성적 미포함) 

※ 2022년 7월 6일자 기준 성적으로 배정(7월 6일 이후 변동 성적 반영하지 않음) 

※ 2022학년도 편입생은 전적대학 인정학점 포함하나 평점은 외대에서 수강한 첫 학기 평점평균만 반영함 

※ Language & Diplomacy전공 및 Language & Trade전공 학생은 이중전공을 우선 배정함(우선배정을 위한 자격 요건 등 관련 사항은 LD학부 및 LT학부 사무실 문의)  

 

 ③ 각 학번별 정규 배정 성적 기준 정원 외 선발(전년도 배정 결과는 공개하지 않음)

평점평균만 반영 학과 

2021학년도 제2학기 정규배정 시 형성된 평점평균 기준(배정된 학생 중 최저 평점평균인 학생) 이상 시 배정 

학과별 전형 시행 학과 

2021학년도 제2학기 정규배정 시 형성된 “학과전형 ＋ 평점평균에 의한 최종 합격자 중 최저점수” 이상 시 배정 

 

 

  

□ 안내사항

① 글로벌캠퍼스 학과(전공)로 이중전공 희망자는 글로벌캠퍼스 공지사항 확인 바람 

② 양캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야함 

③ 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 학과(부)의 경우 반드시 학과 사무실 문의를 통해 시험/면접/서류제출 등의 일정 및 자격을 확인하기 바람(일정/방법/지원자격 등에 대한 미확인으로 배정받지 못한 것은 본인 과실임) 

④ 이번 신청 대상자 중 이중전공 미신청/탈락자의 경우에도 추후 이중전공 희망시에는 이중전공 변경기간에 신청하여야함(이중전공 신청기간에는 1학년 2학기 재학생 및 당해년도 해당학기 편입생만 가능) 

⑤ 서양어대학 프랑스어학부 희망자의 경우 2학년 진급 시 “프랑스어학부”로 신청하고, 3학년 진급 시 세부전공을 별도로 신청하여 배정 받음 

⑥ AI융합전공 희망자의 경우 2학년 진급 시 “AI융합전공”으로 신청하고, 3학년 진급 시 세부트랙을 별도로 신청하여 배정 받음 

제한사항 

① 캠퍼스 간 이중전공 희망자의 경우 캠퍼스 간 이중전공 제한학과로 신청 불가

③ 외국어로서의한국어교육전공 및 외국어로서의한국어통번역전공은 입학전형 기준 순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청가능하며, 외국어로서의한국어통번역전공은 2018학번부터만 신청가능 

 

 

 

□ 기타: 부전공 희망자(일반부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청) 및 단일전공 희망자(기존 이중전공/부전공 취소)는 2022년 7월 중순 종합정보시스템에서 신청(2022년 7월 중 별도 공지 예정)

□ Application of Double Major

※Students can choose up to 2 majors (the second choice is optional)

Results

Mid-late July of 2022(According to the screening schedule of each

department, the announcement will be made separately in each department)

 

 

             

□ Assignment Principle 

① Assignment will be made according to the qualification standards of each department

(Contact each department for more information)

② Those who have completed at least 34 credits will be assigned first (grades for the 2022 Summer semester are not included)

※Assignment will be based on one’s GPA of 2022.7.6 (Change in GPA after 2022.7. 6 will not be reflected) 

※ For transfer students of the 2022, the number of credits of the previous university will be included, but the GPA counted for the assignment will be that of their 1st semester at HUFS.

※ Students of the Division of Language & Diplomacy or the Division of Language & Trade will be assigned first if they apply for majors that do not have a separate qualification. (Please contact directly to the office of LD or LT for more information, such as qualification requirements for priority assignment)

③ Double Major will be assigned to

Department selecting with GPA stadard only 

Those who have higher GPA than assignee with the lowest GPA from Fall 2021

Department selecting with own exams

Those who have higher exam score＋GPA than assignee with the lowest grade from Fall 2021

 

 

□ Note

①    Those who apply for a double major in Global Campus have to check Global Campus’s notice

②    The convergence majors established in both campuses have to be completed in the campus where the applicant is currently enrolled

③    In the case of selection by department, please make sure to ask about required tests/interview/documents etc. to the department office. Also, please check the schedules and qualifications (Failure of getting a double major assigned due to not having c○nfirmed the schedule/method/qualification etc. will be a result of one’s own negligence)

④    Among those eligible for this application, students who did not apply for a double major or who failed to be assigned should apply for a double major during the Period of Changing Double Major later if they want to have a double major (During the double major application period, only freshmen enrolled in their second semester or students who were transferred this year and semester are allowed to apply)

⑤    For those who wish to apply for the French Department of the College of Occidental Languages, students should apply for the “French Department” when they become a sophomore next year and apply separately for a subdivision when they become a junior

⑥   For those applying for Integrated AI major, students should apply for “Integrated AI major” in sophomore and apply separately for subdivision when they become a junior AI

③    ③Only international students can apply for double major in Korean Education as a Foreign Language or Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language. Students who have entered university from 2018 can apply for double major in Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language

 

 

□ Others: Students who want to apply for a minor (applying for a minor or intensive major ＋ minor) or a single major (cancellation of one’s double major/minor) can apply during the Mid-July 2022 through the Web Information System (a separate notice will be announced in July 2022)

 综合信息系统（종합정보시스템）->专业/教育管理（전공/교직관리）->

第二专业申请（이중전공 신청 ） 

※可申请第2志愿(第2志愿申请不是必选项)

确认分配 

2022年7月中下旬（根据各学科的录取日程如有变动将另行通知）

 

 

             

□ 分配原则

① 根据各学科分配标准（详情请咨询所在学科）

② 已修学分在34分以上的学生优先分配 (不包含2022学年度夏季假期课成绩) 

※ 以2022年7月6日成绩为基准进行分配 (不计2022年7月6日 日以后的成绩) 

※ 对2022学年插班生插班前的学分进行认证,但平均成绩只认证在外大上课的成绩

※Language & Diplomacy 学部和 Language & Trade学部的学生在申请没有特殊要求的学科时优先分配（优先分配的资格要求等相关事项请咨询LD学部和LT学部办公室）

 ③ 具体分配方法

仅以学分绩点为审核标准的学科

学分绩点比 2021 年第2学期常规分配期间的平均学分绩点标准（被分配学生中学分绩点最低的学生）更高时

以考试为审核标准的学科

考试成绩比2021年第2学期常规分配期间“基于学科标准＋学分绩点标准的最终合格者中的最低分”更高时

   

 

□ 说明事项

①希望申请龙仁校区学科（专业）为第二专业的人请注意确认龙仁校区的公告事项。

②在两个校区同时开设的融合专业需要在本人所属的校区进修。

③部分学科有学科单独要求的申请标准,请一定要通过咨询学科办公室确认考试/面试/提交材料等日程和确认资格(对因为没有确认日程/方法/申请资格等而没能被分配的情况由学生本人负全责) 。

④符合申请要求但是没有申请第二专业/或者落选的情况，在以后需要申请第二专业时需要在第二专业变更期限内进行申请(本申请时间段内只接受 1 学年 2 学期的在校生和本学期的插班生申请) 。

⑤希望申请西洋语大学法语学部的学生需要在第二学年升学时申请“法语学部”，第三学年升学时申请细分专业后接受分配。

⑥申请AI Convergence专业的申请者在升入2年级时须申请“AI Convergence Major”，升入3年级时须申请一个细分专业。

单一专业的人（取消现有的第二专业/副专业）在2022年7月中旬综合情报系统内申请
