2022학년도 제2학기 이중전공 변경 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

- 아  래 -

1. 신청 대상 : 2~4학년 재학생 및 휴학생

※ 확인사항

  가. 현재 2~4학년으로

    1) 기존에 이중전공을 신청한 적이 없는 경우 변경 신청 가능

    2) 이중전공을 신청하여 배정되지 않은 경우 변경 신청 가능

  나. 이전에 이중전공 변경 신청 기간에 신청하여

    1) 배정된 경우 변경 신청 불가(※ 이중전공 변경은 재학 중 1회만 가능)

    2) 배정되지 않은 경우 변경 신청 가능

  다. 2022학년도 후기 편입생(순수외국인전형 편입생 포함)은

    1) 변경 신청 불가

    2) 이중전공 신청으로만 신청 가능(※ 11월 28일(월) ~ 12월 2일(금) 예정)

       단, 해당 기간에 신청하지 않으면 다음 학기부터 이중전공 변경 신청으로만 가능함

2. 신청 기간 : 2022년 11월 7일(월) 10시 ~ 11월 11일(금) 16시

※ 안내된 기간에만 신청/변경/삭제 가능하므로 일정 준수할 것(이후 별도 운영 계획 없음)

3. 신청 방법 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 → 이중전공 변경신청(※1지망만 신청)

※ 제한사항

  가. 신청할 학과(부)/전공의 본인 학번대에 여석이 없는 경우 신청 불가

  나. 캠퍼스 간 이중전공을 희망하는 경우 아래의 제한학과로는 신청 불가

  다. 다음의 경우 이중전공 이수가 제한됨

  라. “외국어로서의한국어교육전공” 및 “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 입학전형 기준

     순수외국인전형 입학생만 신청 가능

     (단, “외국어로서의한국어통번역전공”은 2018학번부터만 신청 가능)

  마. AI융합전공 신청 안내

    1) (2021학번 이후)2학년 1학기 재적자(3학기 재적생)

       : 2학년 과정인 “AI융합전공” 신청(※ 3학년 진급 시 세부트랙 신청 및 배정)

    2) (2021학번 이후)2학년 2학기 이상 재적자(4학기 이상 재적생)

       : 3학년 과정인 희망 세부트랙(Language&AI, Software&AI, Business&AI) 신청

    3) 2020학번 이전은 3학년 과정은 희망 세부트랙으로 바로 신청함

4. 배정 확정 공지 : 2022년 12월 말 ~ 2023년 1월 초 [학사공지] 예정

※ 신청자를 대상으로 별도 전형을 진행하는 학과(부) 일정에 따라 공지 일정이 유동적임

※ 후기이중전공 선발자가 이중전공 변경 배정된 경우 둘 중 하나는 반드시 취소해야 함

5. 배정기준

  가. 현 시점 기준 학과(부)별/학번대별 이중전공 여석 내에서 배정(※ 첨부파일 참조)

  나. 학과(부)별 배정기준에 따름(※ 첨부파일 참조)

  다. 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정

  라. 배정 시 성적 기준 : 신청 마감일인 11월 11일(금) 16시 기준 성적

                                 (※ 이후 변동된 성적은 반영되지 않음)

  마. 동점자 배정기준

    1) 평점평균 동점자 : 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정

    2) 평점평균, 이수학점 동점자 : 동점자 전원 배정

6. 유의사항

  가. 글로벌캠퍼스 학과(전공)로 이중전공 희망하는 학생은 글로벌캠퍼스 공지사항 확인

  나. 양 캠퍼스에 동일하게 개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야 함

  다. 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 경우 반드시 학과 사무실에 관련 일정 및 자격 확인

     (※ 관련 일정 및 자격 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 본인 과실임을 유의할 것)

  라. 글로벌캠퍼스에서 이수한 이중전공 과목의 재수강은 글로벌캠퍼스 이중전공 이수 기간

     중에 재수강을 완료해야 함(※ 서울캠퍼스 이중전공으로 변경한 후에는 재수강 불가)

  마. 이중전공 변경 신청기간에 신청하여 배정된 경우 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 불가

     (단, 이중전공 변경 신청 후 배정되지 않으면 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 가능)

     ※ 이중전공 변경은 재학 중 1회만 가능하므로 신청에 유의할 것

  바. 부전공 희망자 및 단일전공 희망자의 경우 추후 종합정보시스템으로 별도 신청 예정

    1) 부전공 희망자 : 일반 부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청

    2) 단일전공 희망자 : 기존 이중/부전공 취소

    ※ 자세한 일정은 2023년 1월 중순 학사공지 예정인 “부전공 신청 및 이중전공/부전공 취소 일정” 확인

  사. (이중전공 변경에 따라)이수구분 수정이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서”를 작성하여 제출 바람(※상시 제출 가능)

Changing Double Majors for the 2022-2 semester in progress

Announcing the schedule for registering to change double majors for the 2022 2^st semester as below.

Applicable to: 2nd to 4th graders and students on leave of absence

※ Things to check
A. Currently, I＇m in 2nd to 4th grade
1) If you have never applied for a double major before, you can apply for a change
2) If you apply for a double major and are not assigned, you can apply for a            change
B. Previously, during the application period for the change of double major,
1) Unable to apply for change if assigned (Double major change is possible only once while attending school)

2) If not assigned, you can apply for a possibility
C. Those who transferred in the latter half of the 2022 school year (including those who transferred to the pure foreign admission system)
1) Unable to apply for change
2) Applications can only be made by applying for a double major ( 11 scheduled from November 28th (Mon) to December 2nd (Fri)
However, if you do not apply during the period, you can only apply for a change of double major from the next semester

2. Application period : 2022-11- 7(MON) 10:00AM ~ 11-11(FRI) 4:00PM

※ Application/change/deletion is possible only during the guided period, so follow the schedule (no further operation plan) 

3.How to apply: Web Information system → Major/Teaching Proffession Management → Apply for changing Double Major
(※When students apply for a changing double major, they only can apply for first choice)

※ Restrictions

A. Some departments might not be allowed to apply for double major due to limited seats.

B. If a student applies for double major between campuses, the application for double major of some departments is not allowed

C.  In the following cases the application of the double major is limited

D. Only international students can apply for double major in Korean Education as a Foreign Language or Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language. Students who have entered university from 2018 can apply for double major in Korean Interpretation & Translation as a Foreign Language 

 (However, "Korean Translation Major as a Foreign Language" can only be applied from the 2018 school year)

E. Information on application for AI convergence major
1) (After the 2021 academic year) Registered in the first semester of the second grade (re-registered in the third semester)
: Application for "AI Convergence Major," a second-grade course ( 3Application and assignment of detailed tracks when advancing to the third grade)
2) (After the 2021 academic year) Those enrolled in at least two semesters of the second grade (re-students of at least four semesters)
: Apply for the third-grade course, Language & AI, Software & AI, Business & AI
3) For the 3rd grade course before the 2020 class, you can apply immediately with the desired detailed track

4. Notice of c○nfirmation of assignment : Scheduled for[Notice] from the end of December 2022 to beginning of January 2023

※ The schedule of the announcement is flexible according to the schedule of the department (department) that conducts separate screening for applicants

※ If a late double major selection is assigned a double major change,

  one of the two must be canceled

5. Selection Criteria

A. applicants will only be assigned to a double major that has room for additional students (Note: the number of open seats varies by department and grade) (※ Please see attached the file for more details)

B. selection process follows criteria of each department (※ Please see attached the file for more details)

C. those who have acquired more than 34 credits will be chosen first

D. the GPA as of the last day of the application deadline (November 11th, Friday     until 4pm) will be applied

(Note: any updates in the grades after the deadline will not be applied)

E. selection criteria among those with the same GPA

1) Among those who hold the same GPA, applicants who have acquired more credits will be chosen first

2) Those who hold the same GPA and have acquired the same number of credits will be chosen all together

6. Precautions

A. Students who wish to double major in the department of global campus (major) check the notice of global campus

B. Convergence majors opened equally on both campuses must be completed on their own campuses

C. If there is a screening process for each department (department), check the relevant schedule and qualifications at the department＇s office
(※ Keep in mind that the disadvantages due to non-c○nfirmation of the relevant schedule and qualifications are your own fault)

D. Re-classification of dual majors completed at the Global Campus must be completed during the period of completion of dual majors at the Global Campus (※ Re-classification is not possible after changing to dual majors at the Seoul Campus)

 E. If an application is assigned during the application period for a change of double major, the application for a change of double major cannot be made later
(However, if it is not allocated after applying for a change in the double major, you can apply for a change in the double major later.)

※ You can change your major only once while attending school, so be aware of your application.

F. Those who wish to major in minor or single major will apply separately through the comprehensive information system in the future information system
1) Applicants for minor: General minor or advanced major ＋ minor application
2) Single major applicant: Cancellation of existing double/minor major
※ For the detailed schedule, check "Application for minor and cancellation schedule for double major/second major" scheduled for academic notice in mid-January 2023

G. If it is necessary to modify the completion classification (according to the change of double major), please fill out the "application for change of completion classification" in the format of the bachelor＇s support center website and submit it (*You can submit it at all times)

2022-2学期第二专业变更申请日程公告

2022学年度第2学期 第二专业变更申请变更申请日程如下

-内 容 -

1. 申请对象 : 2~4学年在校生与休学生

※ 确认事项

一、现在是2~4学年

    1) 之前没有进行过第二专业申请的情况下可以进行变更申请

    2) 申请过第二专业但未分配的情况下可以进行变更申请

二、之前申请双专业变更期间进行过申请

    1) 已被分配的情况下不可申请(※ 只能在校期间进行1次第二专业变更)

    2) 再未分配的情况下可以进行变更申请

三、2022学年度后期插班生（包括外国人专招、插班生）

    1) 不可进行变更申请

    2) 只能进行申请第二专业(※ 预计11月28日(周一)~ 12月2日(周五))

    但是，如果在该期间不进行申请，从下学期开始只能申请第二专业变更

2. 申请时间： 2022年11月7日(周一)10点至11月11日(周五)16点

※ 仅在此期间内可申请/变更/删除，请遵守时间（此后没有其他变更计划）。

3. 申请方法：综合信息系统→专业/教职管理→双重专业变更申请

(※仅申请第一志愿)

※ 限制情况

  一、申请专业（学部）/专业本人同届没有空位时不能申请

  二、希望在两个校区间读第二专业时, 不能申请以下限制学科

三、以下情况限制第二专业进修

四、对外韩国语教育专业与对外韩国语通翻译专业以只有外国人新生入学的情况可以申请，对外韩国语通翻译专业从2018级开始可以申请

     (但“对外韩语翻译专业”只能从学号2018开始可以进行申请)

  五、AI融合专业申请指南

    1) (学号2021之后) 2年级第1学期在籍生(第3学期在籍生)

       : 申请2学年课程的"AI融合专业"(※升入3年级时申请及分配细分课程)。

    2) (学号2021之后) 2年级2学期以上在籍生(4学期以上在籍生)

       : 申请3年级课程的"希望细分课程(Language&AI，Software&AI，Business&AI)"

    3) 2020学号之前直接申请希望细分课程作为三年级课程

4. 分配确定公告：预计2022年12月末~2023年1月初[学士公告]

※ 根据以申请者为对象进行单独选拔的学科（部）日程，公告日程会有所变动。

※ 后期第二专业选拔者被安排变更双重专业时，必须取消其中一个

5. 分配基准

一、以目前为基准，各学科(部)/各学号在第二专业的空位内分配(※ 参照附件)

二、按照学科（部）分配标准（※ 参照附件）

三、优先分配34学分以上的进修者

四、分配时成绩标准：申请截止日11月11日(周五)16时的成绩

                                 (※ 之后变动的成绩无相关)

五、 同分者分配标准

1) 平均同分者时：优先分配进修学分高的学生

2) 评分平均，修业学分同分者：同分者全员分配

6. 注意事项

一、希望成为国际校区学科（专业）第二专业的学生确认国际校区公告事项

二、在两个校区相同开设的融合专业必须在自己所属的校区进修

三、各专业（部）招生时，必须向专业办公室确认相关日程及申请资格

     (※ 请注意因未确认相关日程及资格而造成的损失属于本人过失。)

四、 在国际校区进修的第二专业科目重修，必须在国际校区第二专业进修期间完成重修(※变更为首尔校园双重专业后不能重修)。

五、 第二专业变更申请期间申请分配时, 日后不能申请第二专业变更

     (但，如果申请双重专业变更后未被分配，则日后可以申请双重专业变更)

     ※ 其中专业变更仅限在校期间1次，请注意申请。

六、希望报考副专业的人及希望报考单一专业的人，日后可通过综合信息系统另行申请。

    1) 申请副专业者：申请普通副专业或深化专业＋副专业

    2) 希望报考单一专业者：取消现有的第二/副专业

    ※ 详细日程确认将于2023年1月中旬发布学士公告的“副专业申请及第二专业/副专业取消日程”

七、(根据第二专业变更)需要修改专业分类时，请填写学士综合支援中心网站格式箱的"进修专业分类变更申请书"并提交(※可随时提交)。
