1. 2021년 제2학기 등록금 납부 기간

   1) 제1차 등록기간：8월23일 ~ 8월27일

   2) 제2차 등록기간：9월13일 ~ 9월17일

※ 등록기간 내에 등록금이 납부되지 않을 시 “미등록 제적” 처리되므로 반드시 등록기간을 준수하시기 바랍니다.

3. 초과학기(9학기 이상) 재학시 등록금 납부방법

   1) 등록기간： 제2차 등록기간에 납부 가능합니다.

     ※ 수강신청 내역에 따른 등록금액을 2차 등록기간 고지서에서 확인할 수 있음

     ※ 1차 등록기간에는 등록금 고지서에 등록금 전액이 표시되므로 10학점 이상 수강하는 학생만 납부하기 바람

     ※ 개강 이후 ‘수강신청 변경 기간’에 변경한 내용은 등록금 고지서에 반영되지 않음

   2) 8학기까지는 학비전액을 납부해야 합니다. (수강신청 학점에 따라 계산하지 않음)

   3) 9학기부터는 수강신청한 학점에 따라 등록금을 계산합니다. 계산방법은 다음과 같습니다.

4. 해외송금 관련 정보

※ 해외송금 시, 반드시 ‘송금인이 모든 수수료 부담’ 및 ‘송금 전액 입금’을 선택해야 합니다.

- 송금된 금액이 고지서에 기재된 금액보다 부족할 경우, 학교 측에서 미납금과 관련된 메일을 보낼 예정이며, 등록기간 내에 미납금을 납부하지 못할 경우 제적처리 됩니다.

- ‘송금인이 모든 수수료 부담’및‘송금 전액 입금’ 선택 불가 시 수수료 및 환율 차이로 실입금 금액이 부족할 수 있으므로 원화 약 4만 원 추가 송금 필요

5. 등록금 납부 여부 확인방법

   1) 등록금 납부 여부 확인 가능한 시간

     - 한국계좌에서 송금한 경우：24시간 이후

     - 해외계좌에서 송금한 경우：3~5일 이후

       (5일 후에도 입금확인이 안 될 경우, 학교 측에서 미납금액 관련 메일을 보냈는지 확인 요망)

   2) 확인방법：종합정보시스템 – 등록/장학정보 – 등록내역

6. 해외송금 시, 금액 초과로 인한 환급방법

   1) 처리기간：매 학기 중반 이후

   2) 처리방법：등록금액을 초과하여 납부한 경우, 학교 측에서 보낸 메일 보낼 예정

              → 메일 확인 후 종합정보시스템에 한국 계좌번호 등록

     ※ 환불 받을 한국 계좌가 없는 경우, 다음학기에 환불신청 가능

     ※ 예금주명은 종합정보시스템 상의 이름과 동일해야 함(변경 불가)

Guide for Tuition Payment

1. 2021 Fall Semester Tuition Payment Period

   1) 1st Round of Registration：2021. 08. 23 ~ 2021. 08. 27

   2) 2nd Round of Registration : 2021. 09. 13 ~ 2021. 03. 17

※ If you don’t pay for the tuition during the given period, you will be “expelled due to unenrolled status.”

2. Tuition fee of 2021 Sping Semester (Unit : KRW)

3. Additional Semester (over 9 semesters) Enrollment Tuition Payment

   1) Registration Period：You can pay during the 2nd round of tuition payment.

    ※ You can check the tuition invoice according to the result of the course registration during the 2nd round of tuition payment.

    ※ During the 1st round of tuition payment, the invoice will show the full amount of tuition, so those who take over 10 credits is recommended to pay for the tuition during then.

    ※ Even though you change your course registration ‘during the course changing period’, it is not adjusted to the final tuition invoice.

   2) Full tuition fee must be paid until 8th semester. (Not calculated according to course registration credits)

   3) From 9th semester, tuition fee is calculated depending on course registration credits as follows:

4. Information for Overseas Remittance

  ※ For Overseas Remittance, you must select ‘remitter(sender) pays all fees’ and ‘send full payment.’

    - If the amount remitted is less than the amount stated on the invoice, the School will send an e-mail related to the unpaid amount. If you fail to pay the unpaid amount within the registration period, you will be expelled from school.

5. How to check whether tuition has been paid

   1) When to check

     - In case of remittance from Korean account：after 24 hours

     - In case of remittance from foreign account：after 3 to 5 business days

       (If payment is not confirmed after 5 days, please check whether the school has sent an e-mail regarding the unpaid amount)

   2) How to check：Web Information System – Registration/scholarship information – Registration details

6. Refund due to excess amount of overseas remittance,

    1) Period：During the mid of each semester

    2) How：If there is excess amount of tuition fee you have paid, the School will send an email. → If you receive the email, please register your Korean account number in the Web Information System so that we can refund the amount.

    ※ If you don’t have a Korean bank account, you can apply for the refund next semester.

    ※ The name of the account holder must be the same as the name on the Web Information System (cannot be changed)

学费缴纳指南

1. 2021年2学期学费缴纳时间

3. 追加学期学费缴纳（第九学期开始）

   1) 缴纳时间： 请在第二批缴纳时间缴费

    ※ 可在第2批缴纳学费告知书中查看选课后的相关学费。

    ※ 第1批学费缴纳期间的告知书中的学费金额均为全额，仅限需修10学分以上的同学缴纳学费。

    ※ 开课后在‘课程变更期间’进行的内容变更不会反应在学费告知书中。

   2) 截止到第八学期为止学费均为全额（不按选课学分计费）

4. 海外汇款信息

※ 海外汇款时请务必选择 ‘付款人承担所有手续费’ 及 ‘汇款全额到账’

- 海外汇款到账金额不足时学校会通过邮件进行补款通知，如未能在缴费期间补齐学费将做除籍处理

- 汇款时如果不能选择‘付款人承担所有手续费’及‘汇款全额到账时’会因汇率及收学费原因导致实际到账金额不足,请在汇款时多汇4万韩币或300人民币

5. 学费缴纳确认方法

   1) 确认时间

     - 韩国境内银行转账汇款：24小时后

     - 境外银行转账汇款：3-5天

       (5天过后未能确认到账时请查询邮箱是否有学校发送的补款通知)

   2) 确认方法：종합정보시스템 - 등록/장학정보 - 등록내역

6. 海外汇款超额部分退款

   1) 处理时间：每学期期中过后

   2) 处理方法：学校通过邮件通知学生

                   → 接到学校的邮件后在综合情报系统里录入韩国存折账号

     ※ 只接受韩国账号退款，如还未办理韩国存折的可在下学期申请退款

     ※ 户主名称为系统内预留的韩语姓名，无需更改
