2. 2023-1학기 표준입학허가서 신청 및 발급 일정

 ※신청기간이외 추가 신청 절대 불가

• 매번 신청기간 마감일 15시 이후 설문지 잠시 중지할 예정이고 다음 신청기간에 다시 오픈할 예정이니 신청 시 참고하시기 바랍니다.

※ D-2비자 신청 대상자만 신청할 수 있습니다. (F비자,E비자,A비자 소지자는 표준입학허가서 신청대상이 아닙니다).

※ 비자 체류기간이 남아있는 학생들은 신청할 필요 없이  원래 비자로 입국이 가능합니다.

※ 신청후 입국예정 취소 시 바로 학교에 연락 요망.

3. 휴학 신청 시 주의사항

  1) 휴학 신청하면 자동으로 1년 신청하게 됩니다. (단, 1개 학기 이후 복학 가능)

  2) 휴학기간 만료 후 다시 휴학 연장이 가능하며 재학 중 3년을 초과할 수 없음

    (단, 2012년 2학기 이후 3학년으로 편입학한 학생은 2년을 초과할 수 없음)

    ※ 휴학기간 만료 후 복학하지 않을 경우 “휴학기간초과제적”됨

  3) 금 학기 휴학 신청 시 기존 수강신청 데이터는 삭제됨 (복구 불가)

  4) 휴학 신청 후 2주 이내에 출국해야 합니다. (휴학신청 후 학생비자 만료)

  5) 신청기간 중 취소 : 종합정보시스템에서 직접 취소 신청

  6) 신청기간 이후 취소 문의: 

        haksamil@hufs.ac.kr(서울캠퍼스), hufsmil@hufs.ac.kr(글로벌캠퍼스)

     (※ 해당 학기 개강일까지만 취소 신청 가능)

4. 복학 신청 시 참고사항

※ 2023학년도 1학기 수업 진행 방식은 추후 결정 예정

5. 복학 신청 시 주의사항

  1) 휴학 후 복학할 경우 반드시 복학신청을 하여야 함 (1개 학기 휴학자도 복학신청 가능)

  2) 일반휴학을 1년 사용하여 복학예정일이 2023학년도 1학기라고 하더라도 복학신청을 반드시 하여야 함

     (자동 복학처리되지 않음)

  3) 복학생은 소정의 기간 내에 등록금 납부(등록휴학자 제외) 및 수강신청을 하여야 함

  4) 신청기간 중 취소 : 종합정보시스템에서 직접 취소 신청

  5) 신청기간 이후 취소 문의:  haksamil@hufs.ac.kr(서울캠퍼스), hufsmil@hufs.ac.kr(글로벌캠퍼스)

• 每申请批次最后一天下午三点后将暂时关闭问卷，关闭后将在下一批次申请时重新开启。

※ 标准入学申请许可书仅限D-2签证办理者可申请。

※ 目前以获得D-2签证，并未到滞留日期的同学，可凭现有签证入境无需再申请标准入学申请许可书。

※ 若申请后计划变更而无法入境，请马上与学校取得联系。

3. 休学申请注意事项

  1) 休学申请默认为一年（计划只休学一个学期的情况可在一学期后申请复学）

  2) 单次申请的休学时间结束后可延长，全学年休学时间不得超过3年(大三插班生2年)

    ※ 休学时间段结束后不申请复学的情况做“超过休学时限除籍“处理

  3) 休学申请审核完毕后课程表会自动清空，无法恢复

  4) 申请休学后2周内需要从出境离开韩国(休学申请后学生签证自动取消)

  5) 申请时间内取消 : 由学生本人在综合情报系统里点击取消申请

4.复学申请参考事项

5. 复学注意事项

  1) 休学之后需要复学的情况务必要进行复学申请(可以只休一个学期就复学)

  2) 显示预计复学日期是2023-1学期的情况也需要手动申请复学(系统不进行自动处理)

  3) 复学后应在学费缴纳期间内缴纳学费（缴纳学费后休学的情况除外）及进行选课

  4) 申请时间内取消 : 由学生本人在综合情报系统里点击取消申请

  5) 申请时间过后取消咨询 :

2. Certificate of Admission: Schedule & Issuance

 ※No additional application for exception to the application period

• The survey will be temporarily suspended after 15:00 on each application period and will be reopened during the next period.

3. Notice : Leave of Absence

  1) If you apply for a leave of absence, the period is automatically set to be a year.

    (However, you are able to return to school after a semester.)

  2) After the expiration of the leave of absence, you can extend the leave again. You can take up to 3 years of a leave of absence during the whole school year.

    (However, those who transferred as a junior since the 2012 Fall semester can take up to 2 years of a leave of absence.)

    ※ If you don’t return to school after the expiration of the leave of absence, you will be “expelled due to the excess of the leave of absence.“

  3) If you apply for a leave of absence, the history of your course registration of the current semester will be deleted. (It cannot be restored)

  4) After applying for a leave of absence, you should leave Korea within 2 weeks. (D-2 visa will be expired right after the application of a leave of absence.)

4. Notice: Return to School

 ※ The class delivery method of the 2023 spring semester will be decided later.

5. Notice about Returning to School

  1) If you would like to return to school after a leave of absence, you should apply for returning to school in the system. (You are able to return to school after a semester of a leave of absence.)

  2) You should apply for returning to school in the system even if you return right after the expiration of the leave of absence. (Application of returning to school is mandatory if you want to return.)

  3) If you return to school, you should pay for the tuition (if you did not pay for it in the previous semester) and do course registration during the designated periods.

  4) Cancellation during the Application Period : Cancel in the Web Information System
