종합정보시스템→전공/교직관리→이중전공 신청
① 2지망 신청가능(2지망 신청은 선택사항임): 2지망 배정은 1지망이 다 배정되고 남은 자리가 있을 경우에만 배정 가능하며 1지망
신청자가 선발인원을 초과한 학과의 경우 2지망 신청 시 배정될 가능성이 낮으므로 2지망 신청 시 유의. 학과별 전형이 있는 학과의 경우 1지망 신청자가 배정인원을
초과했을 경우 2지망 지원자에 대해 전형 응시를 제한할 수 있음
② 1지망 신청 내역 기준 학과별 신청인원 및 경쟁률 실시간 조회 가능(신청화면에서 학과리스트 옆에서 확인): 21학번만 조회 가능(기존 학번 경쟁률
및 기존 배정 결과는 공개하지 않음)

□ 배정원칙 ① 학과별 배정기준(첨부 문서 참고)에 따름
② 34학점 이상 이수자 우선 배정(2021학년도 겨울계절학기 성적
미포함)
※ 2022년
1월 5일자 기준 성적으로 배정(2022년 1월 5일 이후 변동 성적 반영하지 않음)
※ 배정순위 : 1지망 34학점이상
-> 1지망 34학점미만 -> 2지망 34학점이상 -> 2지망 34학점 미만
※ 평점평균 동점자 발생 시 이수학점이 높은 학생 우선 배정, 이수학점도 동일 시 전원배정
※ 2021학년도 2학기 편입생은 전적대학 이수학점 포함하나 평점은 외대에서 수강한 첫 학기 평점평균만 반영함
※ Language & Diplomacy학부
및 Language & Trade학부 학생은 학과에 별도 기준이 없는 전공을 지원할 때, 우선 배정함(우선배정을 위한 자격 요건 등 관련 사항은 LD학부 및 LT학부 사무실 문의)

② 양캠퍼스에 동일하게
개설되는 융합전공은 본인 소속 캠퍼스에서 이수해야함
③ 학과(부)별 전형이 있는 학과(부)의
경우 반드시 학과 사무실 문의를 통해 시험/면접/서류제출
등의 일정 및 자격을 확인하기 바람(일정/방법/지원자격 등에 대한 미확인으로 배정받지 못한 것은 본인 과실임)
④ 이번 신청 대상자
중 이중전공 미신청/탈락자의 경우에도 추후 이중전공 희망시에는 이중전공 변경기간에 신청하여야함(이중전공 신청기간에는 1학년 2학기 재학생 및 당해년도 해당학기 편입생만 가능)
⑤ 서양어대학 프랑스어학부
희망자의 경우 2학년 진급 시 “프랑스어학부”로 신청하고, 3학년
진급 시 세부전공을 별도로 신청하여 배정 받음
⑥ AI융합전공 희망자의 경우 2학년 진급 시 “AI융합전공”으로 신청하고, 3학년 진급 시 세부트랙 중 하나를
별도로 신청하여 배정 받음

Students
can choose up to 2 majors (the second choice is optional) : Second choices
will be assigned after assigning first choices. Those majors with excessive
applicants with 1st choices won’t have chances to assign 2nd
choice applicants. For majors with their own test and with excessive 1st
choice applicants, 2nd choice applicants may be excluded from the
tests

choice competition rate is shown next to the list of departments in
application page : ONLY for class of 2021 (not
applicable for other students)

□ Assignment Principle
|
① Assignment will be made according to the
qualification standards of each department
(Contact each department for more information)
② Those who have completed at least 34 credits will be assigned
first (grades for the 2021 Winter semester are not included)
|
※Assignment will be based on one’s GPA of 2022.1.5 (Change in GPA after 2022.1.
5 will not be reflected)
※ Order
of assigning priority : 1st choice with more than 34 credits
-> 1st choice with
under 34 credits -> 2nd choice with more than 34
credits -> 2nd choice with under 34 credits
※ For applicants with same GPA,
the one with more credits will be assigned, if acquired same credits, all
will be assigned
※ For transfer students of the 2021 Fall,
the number of credits of the previous university will be included, but the
GPA counted for the assignment will be that of their 1st
semester at HUFS.
※ Students of the Division of
Language & Diplomacy or the Division of Language & Trade will be
assigned first if they apply for majors that do not have a separate
qualification. (Please contact directly to the office of LD or LT for more
information, such as qualification requirements for priority assignment)

Those who apply for a double major in Global
Campus have to check Global Campus’s notice

The
convergence majors established in both campuses have to be completed in the
campus where the applicant is currently enrolled

In
the case of selection by department, please make sure to ask about required tests/interview/documents
etc. to the department office. Also, please check the schedules and
qualifications (Failure of getting a double major assigned due to not having
confirmed the schedule/method/qualification etc. will be a result of one’s own negligence)
④
Among those eligible for this application,
students who did not apply for a double major or who failed to be assigned
should apply for a double major during the Period of Changing Double Major
later if they want to have a double major (During the double major
application period, only freshmen enrolled in their second semester or
students who were transferred this year and semester are allowed to apply)

For
those who wish to apply for the French Department of the College of
Occidental Languages, students should apply for the “French Department” when they become a sophomore next year and
apply separately for a subdivision when they become a junior

For those applying for Integrated AI major,
students should apply for “Integrated
AI major” in sophomore and apply separately for subdivision when they become a junior AI

可申请第2志愿(第2志愿申请不是必选项): 申请第二志愿时需注意，因为只有当所有第一志愿都被分配并且还有剩余座位时，才有可能分配第二志愿。各院系均有志愿者的情况下，如果第一志愿的申请人数超过分配的申请人数，则第二志愿的申请可能会受到限制。

| ① 希望申请龙仁校区学科（专业）为第二专业的人请注意确认龙仁校区的公告事项。
② 在两个校区同时开设的融合专业需要在本人所属的校区进修。
③ 部分学科有学科单独要求的申请标准,请一定要通过咨询学科办公室确认考试/面试/提交材料等日程和确认资格(对因为没有确认日程/方法/申请资格等而没能被分配的情况由学生本人负全责) 。
④ 符合申请要求但是没有申请第二专业/或者落选的情况，在以后需要申请第二专业时需要在第二专业变更期限内进行申请(本申请时间段内只接受 1 学年 2 学期的在校生和本学期的插班生申请) 。
⑤ 希望申请西洋语大学法语学部的学生需要在第二学年升学时申请“法语学部”，第三学年升学时申请细分专业后接受分配。
