2022년 ’성희롱 등 폭력예방교육’ 안내

 

안녕하세요. 한국외국어대학교 성평등센터입니다.

서로 존중하고 배려하는 성평등한 대학공동체 실현과 법정의무교육 이수를 위한 성희롱 등 폭력예방교육을 아래와 같이 실시하오니 교육에 참여하시기 바랍니다.

* 폭력예방교육은 법정의무교육으로, 모든 학생은 매년 연1회 이상 소정의 교육을 이수하여야 함

* 법적근거 : 양성평등기본법 제31조, 성폭력방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률 제5조, 가정폭력방지 및 피해자 보호 등에 관한 법률 제4조의3

* 정부는 매년 대학 등 공공기관의 교육실적을 평가하고 있으며, 부진기관으로 판정될 경우 기관장 특별교육, 언론공표, 이행계획서 제출, 현장점검의 대상이 되며, 그 결과는 교육부의 대학평가에 반영됨

1. 교육대상 : 모든 학생(학부생, 대학원생)

2. 교육기간 : 2022. 03 21(월) ~ 2022. 12. 31(토) (단, 8월 졸업예정자는 6월 30일까지 교육을 이수하여야 함)

3. 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 구성 및 시간

  - 1강 : 인권교육, 일상 속 성평등(약49분) / - 2강 : 성희롱·성폭력예방교육(31분)

  - 3강 : 가정폭력예방교육(33분) / - 4강 : 성매매예방교육 / 교육 총정리(25분)

  - 5강 : 형성평가 18문항 - 6강 : 만족도 조사 11문항

4. 교육 이수 방법(Chrome 또는 Edge 사용 권장)

  본교 메인 홈페이지 우측 상단 로그인(ID 및 PW 입력) → 마이페이지 하단 ‘폭력예방교육 수강하기’ 클릭 → 동영상 강의 제1강부터 제4강까지 수강 → 형성평가 실시 답안 제출 → 만족도 조사 실시 답안 제출 / 교육 완료

 

5. 유의사항

- 동영상 시청이 끝날 때마다 반드시 학습창 하단의 <저장/닫기> 버튼을 클릭해야 교육시간이 저장됨

- 4개의 동영상을 모두 학습한 후 형성평가와 만족도조사를 실시하여야 교육 이수 완료 인정됨

- 교육 미이수 시 학기말 성적열람 제한, 기한 내 반드시 교육을 이수하기 바람

- 교원자격증 취득 예정자는 본 폭력예방교육과 성인지교육을 연1회 반드시 이수하여야 함

- 타 기관에서 ‘2022년 성희롱 등 폭력예방교육’을 이수한 경우, 이수확인증을 아래 이메일로 제출

2022 Violence Prevention Education

[for Undergraduate (Graduate) Foreigner student]

 

Dear all students,

 

This is the Gender Equality Center in Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS). We would like to notify you that the statutory program of Violence Prevention Education is implemented, in order to raise the awareness of gender equality. To create a campus culture of gender equality where the human rights of both men and women are equally respected, you are cordially requested to participate in the online programs as follows;

 

* As Violence Prevention Education is compulsory, all students should take the following statutory education programs once or more times every year:

- a total of four-hour statutory education programs consisting of every one-hour video clip for prevention against sexual harassment, sexual violence, prostitution(sex trade and sex trafficking), and domestic violence

* Legal Grounds

- Section 31 of the Fundamentals of Gender Equality Act

- Article 5 of the preventive act of prostitution, protection of victim, etc.

- Article 5 of the preventive act of sexual violence and protection of victim, etc.

- the third clause of Article 4 of the preventive act of domestic violence and protection of victim, etc.

* The government conducts an annual assessment on the education outcome of public institutions including universities. If the outcome is found unsatisfied, it is subject to field inspection by the government oversight body, together with the ensuing penalties obliging its president or CEO to take the special education programs and making public its business entity name. Subsequently, its outcome will affect the score of the university evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Education.

1. Participants : All Undergraduate (from first-year (freshman) to final year and Graduate Students)

 

2. On-line Course Duration: Monday, March 21st, 2022 ~ Saterday, Desember 31st, 2022

  * Students planning to graduate in August 2022 must complete education by June 30th(Thu).

 

3. Online Education Contents and Time

- 1st : Human Rights Education, University and Gender Equality (about 50min)

- 2nd : Prevention Sexual Harassment and Violence (about 32min)

- 3rd : Prevention Domestic Violence (about 35min)

- 4th : Prevention Sex Trafficking / Summary (about 25min)

- 5th : Conduct Formative Evaluation 18 questions

- 6th : Education Satisfaction Survey 11 questions

 

4. How to take the online course(Using Chrome or Edge is recommended)

: Log-in HUFS website (http://hufs.ac.kr) → Click ‘폭력예방교육 수강하기(Taking Violence Prevention Education)’ on Mypage site → Click online lecture → Participate all 4 video clips → Take the test for formative assessment → Participate in Satisfaction Survey / Finish the course

 

5. please be advised:

① You need to click the button below the learning window after a lecture; otherwise, credits will not be recognized.

② Formative test and Satisfaction Survey must be done in order to finish the course.

③ If the education is not completed for the year, viewing the grade is limited at the end of the semester.

④ Those who are scheduled to obtain a teacher’s license must complete this violence prevention education and gender sensitive education once a year.

⑤ If you have completed the ‘2022 Education for the Prevention of Violence such as Sexual harassment’ at another institution, please submit a certificate to the following email.
