2022학년도 2학기 HUFS Global Mentoring 프로그램의 멘티 모집을 안내드립니다.

1 프로그램 소개

HUFS Global Mentoring은 외국인 전형으로 입학한 학과(부) 소속 재학생들의 전반적인 학업 및 학교생활 만족도 향상을 도모하기 위해 시행되는 프로그램입니다.

-활동방식

멘토-멘티는 ‘1:1 또는 1:다수’로 구성되며, 대면 및 비대면 줌을 병행해 멘토링을 진행합니다. 

-활동기간

9/13(화)~12/21(수)

-활동내용

• 학기별 수시 활동(최소 2주 1번 미팅, 비대면(SNS 등) 활동 가능)

• 멘토가 훕스어빌리티에 탑재한 학습계획서를 토대로 학업 및 상담 상황 지속 관리

• 활동 종료 시점에 멘토 및 멘티 만족도 조사 완료 후, HUFS Global Mentoring 프로그램 최종 완료

-멘티역할

• 격주 1회 멘토 학생과 정기적 미팅(학기 중 총 8회 진행)

• 전공/ 교양과목 정보 혹은 학사에 대한 궁금증 문의

• 전반적인 대학 생활 고충 상담

-멘토링 장학금

• 학기별 전체 멘티 인원의 20% 이내에서 Best Mentee 선발하여 장학금 지급(10만원)

- 입학 첫 학기 학생 우선 선발

Recruitment of HUFS Global Mentoring Program Mentions
Here is a guide to recruiting mentees for the HUFS Global Mentoring program for the first semester of 2022.

1 Program Introduction
HUFS Global Mentoring is a program implemented to improve the overall academic and school life satisfaction of enrolled students in departments (departments) who entered the department as foreigners.

- How to Act
Mentor-mentee consists of 1:1 or 1:Many, and mentoring is conducted in parallel with face-to-face and non-face-to-face zoom.

- Period of activities
September 13 (Tue) - December 21 (Wed)

- Contents of activities

• Occasional activities by semester (at least once every two weeks, non-face-to-face (SNS, etc.) are possible)

• Continuous management of academic and counseling situations based on the study plan installed by mentors in HUFS Ability.

• Final completion of the HUFS Global Mentoring program after completing the mentor and mentee satisfaction survey at the end of the activity (6/7 - 6/24).

- Mentee role

• Regular meetings with mentor students every other week (8 sessions in total)

• Inquiries about major / liberal arts information or Bachelor＇s degree

• Counseling on overall college life difficulties.

- Mentoring Scholarship

• Best Mentee will be selected within 20% of the total number of mentees per semester and scholarships will be paid (100,000 won.)

2 Eligibility for application

- Students enrolled in the department (department) who entered the department as a foreigner.
- first-semester student selection

3 Deadline for application

- On Monday 5 September 2022, 15:00 p.m. Submit the required documents by B.A office e-mail(cob@hufs.ac.kr).
