2023-1학기 이중전공 변경 배정 확정 공고

2023학년도 제1학기 이중전공 변경 배정 결과를 아래와 같이 공고합니다.

- 아   래 -

1. 결과 조회 : 종합정보시스템 → 전공/교직관리 → 이중전공 변경신청 → 안내사항

2. 배정 결과에 따른 확인 사항

  가. 이중전공 변경에 배정된 경우

    1) 기존에 이수 중인 이중/부전공은 자동 취소됨(※ 별도 취소 절차 없음)

    2) “3. 이수구분 변경 안내”를 참고하여 이중전공 변경으로 인한 이수구분 변경 신청

     3) 추후 이중전공 변경 신청 불가(※ 재학 중 1회만 가능)

     4) 후기이중전공 선발자가 이중전공 변경 배정된 경우 이중전공 변경으로 처리됨

       (단, 후기이중전공 이수 희망자 제외)

  나. 이중전공 변경에 미배정된 경우

    1) 기존에 이수 중인 이중/부전공은 그대로 유지됨

    2) 추후 이중전공 변경기간에 신청 가능

3. 이수구분 변경 안내 : 이수구분 변경이 필요한 경우 학사종합지원센터 홈페이지 서식함의 “이수구분 변경 신청서” 작성 제출(※ 상시 제출 가능)

4. 기타 안내사항

  가. 부전공 희망자 및 단일전공 희망자의 경우 추후 종합정보시스템으로 별도 신청 예정

    1) 부전공 희망자 : 일반 부전공 또는 전공심화＋부전공 신청

    2) 단일전공 희망자 : 기존 이중/부전공 취소

    ※ 자세한 일정은 2023년 7월 중순 학사공지 예정인 “부전공 신청 및 이중전공/부전공 취소 일정” 확인

  나. 다음 학기 이중전공 변경 신청 기간은 11월 초 예정

 Announcement on Result of Double Major Change Application for Spring 2023

We are announcing the result of double major change application for Spring 2023 as follows.

1. How to check the result: Web Information System → Major/Teaching Profession Management → Apply for Changing Double Major → Announcement

2. Confirmation based on allocation results

  A. When assigned to a double major change

    1) Double/sub-major currently being completed will be automatically canceled ( ※No separate cancellation procedures)

    2) “3. Application for change of completion classification” due to change of double major by referring to "Information on change of completion classification"

  3) Unable to apply for a change of double major in the future (※ Only once during school)    

4) If a late double major selection is assigned a double major change, it will be treated as a double major change

(However, those who wish to complete a post-secondary major are excluded)

  B. In the case of not being assigned to the change of double major.

1) Existing dual/minor majors remain the same

2) Applications can be made during the change period of double major in the future

3. Information on the change of completion classification: If it is necessary to change the completion classification, submit the "Application for change of completion classification" in the format of the Bachelor＇s Support Center website (※Can be submitted at all times)

4. Other Guidelines

  가. Those who wish to major in minor or single major will apply separately through the comprehensive information system late

    1) Applicants for minor: General minor or advanced major ＋ minor application
  2) Single major applicant: Cancellation of existing double/minor major

    ※ Detailed schedule is "Application for minor and dual major/sub major" scheduled for academic notice in mid-July 2023 Cancel Schedule" c○nfirmation

  나. The application period for the change of double major next semester is scheduled for early November

2023-1学期第二专业变更分配结果公告

2023学年第1学期第二专业变更分配结果公布如下。

- 内   容 -

1. 结果查询: 综合信息系统→ 专业/教职管理 → 第二专业变更申请 → 公告事项

2. 根据结果需确认事项

  甲. 二专变更成功时

    1) 正在修的二专/副专将自动取消(※无需其他操作)

    2) 请参考“3. 이수구분 변경 안내”申请修课区分申请（이수구분 변경 신청）

3) 逾期无法再次申请二专变更(※ 在学期间仅有一次机会)

    4) 后期二专申请对象成功申请二专变更后将处理为二专变更

    (但,希望研修后期二专的同学除外)

乙. 未能变更二专时

    1) 正在修的二专/副专将维持现状

    2) 可在下次申请期间内继续申请二专变更

3. 研修区分变更通知:需要变更研修区分时请填写学士综合支援中心官网中样式栏中的“이수구분 변경 신청서”并提交给学士综合支援中心(※可随时提交)

4. 其他公告事项

  甲. 希望申请副专业的学生和希望单一专业的学生需在日后申请期间内在综合信息系统中另行申请

    1) 希望申请副专业的学生:申请一般副专业或者专业强化＋副专业

    2) 希望单一专业的学生:取消现有二专/副专

    ※ 详细日程请参考2023年7月中旬予公布的“副专业申请及二专/副专取消日程”
